Lovely venue within helpful and assisting staff. The community are all helpful and will assist where possible with the language barrier. Food is excellent

Friendly, well-organised with a swimming pool. Rooms very spacious and clean as are the bathrooms. 20 m from one of the most beautiful beaches of Italy where the sea is crystal clear.

Everything was very clean. The breakfast was continental and in the very pleasant garden. The stuff was excellent. I have never met such a attentive and helpful stuff. Carla, you are the best!!!! 🥰🥰

Beautiful garden, pool with free towels, private beach access with sunbeds and umbrellas. Near many restaurants, bus stop to Palermo. Rooms towards the sea with a balcony and much better than on the road

Pool was unfortunately empty of water, so we had to get vouchers for the private beach daily

Our room had the dreamiest view, and the whole vibe of the hotel is so peaceful and elegant. The pool area and gardens are stunning too—we spent hours just relaxing there

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Igea. The food was absolutely amazing, and the service was equally impressive. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and made us feel genuinely cared for throughout our visit

They anticipated our every need—bringing water and towels without us even asking—and they made getting our car seamless

One small detail I noticed, however, was that for a hotel in this price range, you expect everything to be perfect

One particular experience that was above and beyond was when Phillip, a member of the front desk staff, brought his personal backgammon set for us to play after my husband had expressed interest in finding a board in town and playing

The garden could have been better maintained some of the palm trees looked quite dry and the greenery wasn’t as neatly trimmed as you’d expect. That said, these were minor issues in an otherwise fantastic experience

Rooms great size and cleaned every single day (fresh towels etc) Good AC in room (we had a Quadruple room - double bed and two single beds with balcony facing the pool and sea / mountains)

The hotel overlooks a beautiful beach of the place called the Island of Females. The hotel has a private access to a beach, has a small swimming pool with bar service. The welcome is friendly and the staff professional

Visited in August 2022 for 6 nights with a family of 7 from U. it was our first time in this resort and we were not disappointed! We had 4 rooms - all basic and simple yet comfortable

I was alone, but the room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was also delicious. I was able to relax while listening to the sounds of the waves and the birds singing.

Our travel adapters were not the correct ones for the plug sockets in the rooms but once again we were all provided with plug adapters by the helpful staff

All good except for the staff at breakfast. Other than 1 server….unfriendly and rude. Helped myself to gluten free products in a drawer and got scolded for it! But the morning before the other server said to help myself.

Our room was okay, but nothing special. That might be because we had one of the older, unrenovated rooms. As we passed by other rooms, we noticed that many of them had already been modernized and looked much nicer

Lovely staff who are more than happy to assist, the room was nice and basic with a very comfortable bed. The only let down was a slightly weak aircon but that can be forgiven. Definitely would stay here again.

Great location to explore palermo on foot and exceptional staff. Recommend taking the time to have some drinks on the rooftop terrace at night or taking a coffee up in the morning. The room was spacious, clean and tidy

We actually drove longer distances outside Palermo with our rental car and walked or took the bus to the centre. The swimming pool is located on the roof, but it was exceptionally small sized

The hotel's breakfast is served on the 14th floor, which is a bit difficult to reach by lift at breakfast time, but the breakfast itself is tasty and extensive, including scrambled eggs and fried bacon

The hotel is located east of Palermo city centre and next to a large truck terminal, but it is still quite easy to walk to Palermo city centre or even take the bus from here

The hotel is clearly old and looks a bit shabby from the outside, but at least our room was very clean and functional, with adjustable air conditioning

I would recommend this hotel to those travelling by car as it offers good value for money (but don't expect the latest luxury)

After reading some of the reviews of the hotel, I was dreading checking in. Yes, the hotel is a bit out of the way, in quite a run down area but Ubers and taxis were reasonably cheap

It is fairly low key but has an excellent location next to beach at 2 mins walk. Our room had amazing sea view but rooms are basic in decoration. 15 mins from airport and staff are friendly.

I stayed one night at this place, the place a bit old, but everything was clean and I had a room with private bathroom and balcony on the beach, the breakfast was really very good comparing to the price I have

It has a really great location, overlooking the harbor, and the lobby and front desk area are really very modern. There is a nice restaurant upstairs and a large banquet room downstairs

The rooms however just don't have any charm. The flooring was nice, tile, and the bathroom was nicely appointed. The bed did not impress me, for the price I think it's a good deal

I don't feel judging the breakfast is so fair since this was during corona time and naturally many cutbacks were made. We had allergies from the rooms and didn't sleep well so we left ASAP

What an amazing holiday 2024!!! We are really impressed with everything! Sea views are spectacular from all of the resort. The resort Is big and offers various pools and a Toboggan pool at the sea with slides

amazing for kids and also adults. We definitely explored! Each pool has its own bar and it s so easy to get a drink. My favourite bar was at la Capannuccia close to Piscina del Golfo

Really can't understand the low marks on Google review. However, when reading some of the reviews i wasn't surprised as some people were complaining about the cost of a taxi, which has nothing to do with the resort

The rooms are clean and comfortable as well as all of the resort! We normally go around Europe in various resorts and this is one is certainly the best we've been to and promise to return next year

It’s Clean the staff is on point and the views are amazing. The pool is great the beach is even better

Residence has also a beautiful view to beach, which is situated cca. 8 minutes walk from residence (or you can take a little city train or bicycle). Also a washing machine is free to use

The garden in residence is full of palms, olive trees and other very beatiful plants. The private pool is also in the residence and it's only for guests of the residence valentina

My room was fine with a view towards the beach. It is a short walk to the city center and nice to have a look around there. (The only negative I can think of was the internet connection

The breakfast comes with the stay and includes great coffee, pastries, fruit, scrambled eggs. Staff is very friendly, including the manager Angela. Note that the water in the room is not free of charge

It is an old building (old tuna fish factory, I think). The building seem to be well maintained and upgraded so it is a nice balance of old history and modern amenities to make the stay comfortable
