Lovely venue within helpful and assisting staff. The community are all helpful and will assist where possible with the language barrier. Food is excellent

Beautiful garden, pool with free towels, private beach access with sunbeds and umbrellas. Near many restaurants, bus stop to Palermo. Rooms towards the sea with a balcony and much better than on the road

Monello beach is about a 30 minute drive from Palermo, making it a good place to stay after/before the airport. This hotel has large, clean rooms and a nice pool. 10 minute walk to the beach and into town to eat

Breakfast is buffet style and contains everything you need. Our kids especially enjoyed the pool facilities. You can choose from 3 pools or you can access the sea from beside the pool area

I have stayed at this hotel with my family during August. We booked a family room with a balcony and sea view and that's exactly what we got

The pool area is a little run down/barebones, but i enjoyed my stay

I highly recommend to spend the few extra quid because the view is absolutely stunning. Our room was spacious with a little fridge, which came handy. The room was cleaned daily with a fresh towels each day

A nice place to stay if you plan on exploring mondello and the surrounding areas. The food at the hotel restaurant is very good, and the restaurant itself is usually pretty calm compared to other places in the vicinity

Beautiful residence facing the sea close to Mondello. The apartment is very nice and furnished very well with a stained glass window large balcony equipped with table and chairs overlooking the sea

Great location, 15 min from Palermo, 1 min (walk) from the beach.. Give up, not really modern, but nice, great pool. Finally GOOD WiFi. Breakfast good but not a lot of choice

Great location for those who want to stay near the sea and within easy reach of the beach of Mondello and the Sanctuary of Santa Rosalia. Excellent places to get to on foot

The hospitality is excellent, everyone is very kind and available, the owner is always attentive to every need. In front of the bus stop to Mondello in a few minutes and to Palermo raggiungibe in about half an hour

The nice bedroom and bed with mattress in memory, good location, the bathroom is equipped with sanitary suspended, large shower, kitchenette, fridge with water and fruit, great tv in room and sofa bed

We organised a 4 day conference for which we received lots of positive feedback, and a good part of it was thanks to the hotel staff. The food was also great (I miss those croissants for breakfast)

We stayed in December at the bottom of low season, so the pool was closed. We visited the roof top bar, but It was a tad chilly to stay. However, this is a great hotel located near the beach

The whole property and their rooms are absolutely immaculate - every day our room was sparkling! The cleaners are amazing - the pool area is gorgeous and a lovely place to relax - the pool has enough sun loungers for every guest so no need to get up early and fight for a chair - amazing! - the quality of the rooms is great

5hrs to get to table from leaving) and tables were left full of dirty plates for hours after people left their tables, which could be seen from the pool/balconies - the hotel couldn’t really deal with allergies which was strange as they emailed asking me about any allergies a week before

Additionally, it was hard to order drinks around the pool. We waited 38 mins for an aperol spritz after having to walk into reception to order and chase them - no one would ever ask if you wanted a drink proactively

- your own pool towels are only changed every 3 days, if not you’re charged €5 for extra

We always had to ask every morning for an ingredient list and once they brought out some shop bought muffins with the label on it - disappointing. We had a welcome gift with a nut (our allergen) in it upon our arrival

Excellent and professional welcome. Quiet room, cleanliness, meticulous, excellent services, bike, sunbed, gym all free of charge. The breakfast is a pleasant geranium pots in the common areas outside

The beach is beautiful, see-through and also there is lifeguards on duty ,not alot of space to put towel due to all sunbeds and unbrellas that are there which is an pity ,i enjoyed swimming here despite the crowds,think peak season will be really busy

It's situated within the grounds of a swim club, so there are a lot of options--pool, the sea, or just lounging (which we did a lot of). There's also a small cafe on the grounds and free parking

Easily reached from Palermo by bus , Beautiful beach , gradual sloping water depth of the most beautiful azure blue, we paid on one of the lidos , not cheap cost 28 euro for two per day , public part of the beach was very narrow with a lot of beach vendors on it , worth a visit

It reminded me of the powdery shores of the Bahamas, creating the perfect setting to relax and unwind. If you’re looking for a beautiful beach with clear water to swim in, Mondello is a must-visit!

Even the saltwater seemed different—gentler and less overpowering, making it a refreshing experience. What really stood out was the soft sand, which is rare for Mediterranean beaches

The sand was clean, the water was lovely and turquoise, there was lots of room on the free area, plenty of parking a couple of streets back from the beach (a five minute slow walk)

This is the place where you will feal like home but with a lot of privacy and the best breakfast ! Has all the futures and confort you need ! The yard is full with trees, flowers and a lot of places to sit and relax

Amazing house with lovely garden! Manuela is a lovely girl, super helpful with everything! Her breakfast was Sicilian , delicious and a bit different every day :) Highly recommend it and will def come back!

We enjoyed our stay here a lot. You really could not expect more of a B&B and the breakfast is unmatched in Sicily so far.
