Rooms could do with a repaint, but public areas are up to standard. Found the beds very comfortable, and the pillows fluffy, although we did have to ask for extra, and an extra blanket; but house-keeping brought it to our room within minutes. Breakfast is extensive, and excellent quality. Pool was unfortunately empty of water, so we had to get vouchers for the private beach daily.

Hotel staff was excellent and spoke very good English. Breakfast was great, had hot and cold selections and good service. Location and view were outstanding and a nice walk to either the beach or city center. Our room was very clean and had plenty of space with a very nice bathroom and excellent shower. A bit dated but who cares when it is clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel

Monello beach is about a 30 minute drive from Palermo, making it a good place to stay after/before the airport. This hotel has large, clean rooms and a nice pool. 10 minute walk to the beach and into town to eat. Beautiful ocean views.

The location is best, but hotel needs renovation, everything was falling apart. Staff is very good especially terrace crew. And the room price is higher for what you get!

Nice location with an array of restaurants and cafes minutes away. Reception staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast selection was underwhelming and items ran out. Coffee was on ration. Staff clearing breakfast tables were working very hard. 2 local Italians who joined us on our table were 'told' to move by other staff to another table whilst in the middle of eating?! Reminded us of Fawlty towers.

A nice place to stay if you plan on exploring mondello and the surrounding areas. The food at the hotel restaurant is very good, and the restaurant itself is usually pretty calm compared to other places in the vicinity. The pool area is a little run down/barebones, but i enjoyed my stay.

I have stayed at this hotel with my family during August. We booked a family room with a balcony and sea view and that's exactly what we got. This hotel is unreal. Perfect sea views from our room and most of the hotel. AC works great. Has a beautiful pool and private swimming cove. We loved spending our day here compared to going to mondello beach. Highly recommend!!

We stayed in December at the bottom of low season, so the pool was closed. We visited the roof top bar, but It was a tad chilly to stay. However, this is a great hotel located near the beach. This is a very nice location with excellent service and very kind staff. We spent 8 nights in July 22. Unfortunately our room had a very bad smell any time the air conditiong was on. It was so bad that we rarely could use the air conditioning. Hotel staff tried very hard to solve the issue with no success. No other rooms were available and we ended up to stay in that room till the end of our vacation

The hotel is very nice. Staff members are extremely friendly and helpful, accommodating all our requests and making sure our event ran smoothly. We organised a 4 day conference for which we received lots of positive feedback, and a good part of it was thanks to the hotel staff. The food was also great (I miss those croissants for breakfast). Beautiful residence facing the sea close to Mondello. The apartment is very nice and furnished very well with a stained glass window large balcony equipped with table and chairs overlooking the sea. It's ok. No English TV channels. Receptionists pleasant and speak English. A man at the car park collecting tips to guard cars looked too intimidating.

The BB offers services such as beach umbrella and chairs to be transported directly on the beach and a private parking within walking distance (about 250m far). The place is full of restaurants all around where you can enjoy what you want. Crystal-clear water.

Very nice and quiet hotel, only 10 min walk from the beach, very friendly and helpful stuff. I read the reviews and expected it to be very old, but it turned out to be better than I expected. There was a balcony with a view on the mountain which was not mentioned in the description and was a nice surprise. I was working remotely and WiFi worked well both in lobby and in the room

Unique family hotel with the staff that will make you feel like at home. Food is extraordinary, prepared with love with great variety of choice every day. Very clean, very peaceful with all facilities one could need (digital TV, fast Internet, AC, etc). Highly recommend it.

Our stay was above our expectations and fullfiled all of our wishes. This is exactly how we imagine our holiday stay from every point of view. Very nice villa, Close to Palermo and Mondello beach. You definitely need a car if you plan to stay here. Service was great (not your typical hotel service, more like being a guest at your Sicilian grandma). Clean rooms and daily clean up , AC and TV in the room. All in all very nice for a casual holiday.

We had an issue with the booking of another apartment. We called Silvia and she really saved our holiday!!!! The apartment is nice and clean. Mondello Beach is absolutely stunning! The water was crystal clear, with no trace of the fishy smell you might expect from other coastal destinations like the Caribbean. Even the saltwater seemed different—gentler and less overpowering, making it a refreshing experience. What really stood out was the soft sand, which is rare for Mediterranean beaches. We were so close to avoiding this beach completely after all the awful reviews. We ended up risking it and getting a taxi to the beach. I am SO glad we did. It was absolutely beautiful. The water was so clear and you could see so many cute lil fish! it's a lovely beach. Maybe because it was late September there were less people vying for space but I don't recognise many of the negative reviews at all. The sand was clean, the water was lovely and turquoise, there was lots of room on the free area, plenty of parking a couple of streets back from the beach (a five minute slow walk).

This was a first rate experience from start to finish. The place is immaculate, the beds are very comfortable and the views are outstanding. The staff is the best (shout out to Ivan and Judith). It's situated within the grounds of a swim club, so there are a lot of options--pool, the sea, or just lounging (which we did a lot of). There's also a small cafe on the grounds and free parking.

Having just gotten engaged we wanted to explore a little. We were so pleased to stumble upon Mondello beach. It was fantastic. The burger restaurant needs to sort some of its miserable waiters out but other than that the location is fantastic.

Easily reached from Palermo by bus , Beautiful beach , gradual sloping water depth of the most beautiful azure blue, we paid on one of the lidos , not cheap cost 28 euro for two per day , public part of the beach was very narrow with a lot of beach vendors on it , worth a visit

Enchanting place, suitable for a nice relaxing stay, Mrs. Sara is very kind and caring, friendly with everyone always available 24 hours a day, the apartments she has are very comfortable and tastefully furnished ... Cozy B&B with everything your heart desires... The breakfast (with homemade organic jam and cakes) on the terrace overlooking the beautiful garden made us happy every day. Essential accommodation in an old manor house. The house should be arranged as well as the large garden with many fruit trees but untreated. Large room with bathroom, coffee machine, cups, sugar and soft drinks in the minibar. Only flaws no TV, and the fridge really really too too loud (!!!!). The lady was really kind and helpful.

Amazing B&B in Mondello. Good location - very close to the main street (2-3 min walk) and fairly close to the beach (about 15 min walk). The place is very clean, modern and comfortable. The host, Saviero is just amazing - very welcoming, flexible and, on top, a great baker! The breakfast was very lovely. It was also easy (and free) to park our car on the street of the B&B. Only need to read the reviews to know how great this place is!! Beautifully maintained and decorated with comfy beds and rooms. The breakfast wow! Unbelievably good with lots of homemade delicacies, best we had of the 5 different b&bs we stayed in during out trip.
