Monello beach is about a 30 minute drive from Palermo, making it a good place to stay after/before the airport. This hotel has large, clean rooms and a nice pool. 10 minute walk to the beach and into town to eat. Beautiful ocean views.

The location is best, but hotel needs renovation, everything was falling apart. Staff is very good especially terrace crew. And the room price is higher for what you get!

Nice location with an array of restaurants and cafes minutes away. Reception staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast selection was underwhelming and items ran out. Coffee was on ration. Staff clearing breakfast tables were working very hard. 2 local Italians who joined us on our table were 'told' to move by other staff to another table whilst in the middle of eating?! Reminded us of Fawlty towers.

A nice place to stay if you plan on exploring mondello and the surrounding areas. The food at the hotel restaurant is very good, and the restaurant itself is usually pretty calm compared to other places in the vicinity. The pool area is a little run down/barebones, but i enjoyed my stay.

I have stayed at this hotel with my family during August. We booked a family room with a balcony and sea view and that's exactly what we got. This hotel is unreal. Perfect sea views from our room and most of the hotel. AC works great. Has a beautiful pool and private swimming cove. We loved spending our day here compared to going to mondello beach. Highly recommend!!

Lovely venue within helpful and assisting staff. The community are all helpful and will assist where possible with the language barrier. Food is excellent

Rooms could do with a repaint, but public areas are up to standard. Found the beds very comfortable, and the pillows fluffy, although we did have to ask for extra, and an extra blanket; but house-keeping brought it to our room within minutes. Breakfast is extensive, and excellent quality. Pool was unfortunately empty of water, so we had to get vouchers for the private beach daily.

Hotel staff was excellent and spoke very good English. Breakfast was great, had hot and cold selections and good service. Location and view were outstanding and a nice walk to either the beach or city center. Our room was very clean and had plenty of space with a very nice bathroom and excellent shower. Its ok but its rather old and new combined. Room with seasight and balcony is very nice and clean. However the staff could use some workshop about how to be more helpfull and friendly towards guests. Also the pool was kinda like the green goblin has taken a **** in it.

Beautiful garden, pool with free towels, private beach access with sunbeds and umbrellas. Decent range at Breakfast. Near many restaurants, bus stop to Palermo. Rooms towards the sea with a balcony and much better than on the road. The book is better than through booking. On other sites you can find for half the price.

We recommend Domia with all our hearts! The staff made us feel pampered and at home: just to name a few, in no particular order: Giusi, Giuseppe, Jason, Francesco, Gabriela, Valentina, Angela, Floriana, Mimo etc. Please try the food created by chef Floriana and in the morning, chef Mimo. I recently stayed at Domia with my husband and infant to close out our vacation. This was one of the best hotel experiences we have had. The owner and staff were so welcoming and thought through little details that could make our stay more comfortable, including to go above and beyond for my daughter by making play space for her and interacting with her throughout the day. Truly a hidden gem—worthy of being listed on a specialist site such as Mr & Mrs Smith not just for the comfort and level of service but the food as well. The breakfast which is included is worthy of a five star hotel but the restaurant where you can also book for lunch and dinner is also highly recommended. Honestly ate at many local restaurants but this was the over and above the best in the area...

Fantastic experience for us. Stayed 5 nights to really relax and we were positively surprised at every turn. So good to come back to the pool when the beach got too busy. Had a room with private jacuzzi which was excellent. Very close to the beach with a hidden shortcut. Service, food, room, cleaning, everything was top notch. We will definitely come back.

Lovely cocoon on the seaside of busy Sicily. The rooms where really well decorated with all the necessary amenities. Perfectly clean of course. The food was authentic, tasty and made with love and local produce. Best off all was the staff: every person we talked to was kind, enthusiastic, helpful and caring towards our family. Very nice and quiet hotel, only 10 min walk from the beach, very friendly and helpful stuff. I read the reviews and expected it to be very old, but it turned out to be better than I expected. There was a balcony with a view on the mountain which was not mentioned in the description and was a nice surprise. I was working remotely and WiFi worked well both in lobby and in the room

The rooms are outdated, however shower was great and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast is horrible, not even worth to get even though its free. The area is near Mondello Beach, walking distance 10 minutes. A bus takes you to the historic centre of Palermo. The staff was friendly and helpfull. Although restaurant options are a bit far away, please take a stroll to a restaurant and dont eat dinner...

Unique family hotel with the staff that will make you feel like at home. Food is extraordinary, prepared with love with great variety of choice every day. Very clean, very peaceful with all facilities one could need (digital TV, fast Internet, AC, etc). Highly recommend it.

The hotel is very nice. Staff members are extremely friendly and helpful, accommodating all our requests and making sure our event ran smoothly. We organised a 4 day conference for which we received lots of positive feedback, and a good part of it was thanks to the hotel staff. The food was also great (I miss those croissants for breakfast). Beautiful residence facing the sea close to Mondello. The apartment is very nice and furnished very well with a stained glass window large balcony equipped with table and chairs overlooking the sea. The nice bedroom and bed with mattress in memory, good location, the bathroom is equipped with sanitary suspended, large shower, kitchenette, fridge with water and fruit, great tv in room and sofa bed....

Good pasta and fast service, though nothing special. Prices were fair. Drinks are very fair. The view is amazing, sitting directly at the beach terrace.

The BB offers services such as beach umbrella and chairs to be transported directly on the beach and a private parking within walking distance (about 250m far). I stayed in last night (21.05.2016), together with my wife. Excellent and professional welcome. Quiet room, cleanliness, meticulous, excellent services, bike, sunbed, gym all free of charge. The breakfast is a pleasant geranium pots in the common areas outside.

We stayed in December at the bottom of low season, so the pool was closed. We visited the roof top bar, but It was a tad chilly to stay. However, this is a great hotel located near the beach. Service was wonderful, the rooms clean and comfortable and the breakfast was amazing. Can't go wrong staying here.

What you see is what you get ... my wife and I we're at the tail end of our 2 week tour of Sicily.. what a perfect end for our trip at this amazing boutique hotel. This is a very nice location with excellent service and very kind staff. We spent 8 nights in July 22. Unfortunately our room had a very bad smell any time the air conditiong was on. It was so bad that we rarely could use the air conditioning. Hotel staff tried very hard to solve the issue with no success. No other rooms were available and we ended up to stay in that room till the end of our vacation

Very nice villa, Close to Palermo and Mondello beach. You definitely need a car if you plan to stay here. Service was great (not your typical hotel service, more like being a guest at your Sicilian grandma). Clean rooms and daily clean up , AC and TV in the room. We had an issue with the booking of another apartment. We called Silvia and she really saved our holiday!!!! The apartment is nice and clean. Silvia and her husband are really nice person and the breakfast they prepared for us very good. The beach is not so far. You can choose either to go by car or walk. In one word amazing. Sylvia is simply amazing. She collected us from the airport and settled us in to our beautiful romanitca room in her lovely apartment. The property is clean and well furnished and there are restaurants to eat at locally. B&B in an excellent position near the beach of Mondello. Brand new structure with attention to the smallest details. Clean rooms and modern furniture. B & b in an excellent position just a few steps from the sea. Comfortable rooms immersed in a well-kept garden where an excellent breakfast is served based on delicious homemade cakes. Cozy B&B with everything your heart desires... The breakfast (with homemade organic jam and cakes) on the terrace overlooking the beautiful garden made us happy every day. The hostess Gabriella was extremely nice and accommodating. The room was more like a small apartment with a mini kitchen and sofa.
