I recently stayed at Domia with my husband and infant to close out our vacation. This was one of the best hotel experiences we have had. The owner and staff were so welcoming and thought through little details that could make our stay more comfortable, including to go above and beyond for my daughter by making play space for her and interacting with her throughout the day. Truly a hidden gem—worthy of being listed on a specialist site such as Mr & Mrs Smith not just for the comfort and level of service but the food as well. The breakfast which is included is worthy of a five star hotel but the restaurant where you can also book for lunch and dinner is also highly recommended. Honestly ate at many local restaurants but this was the over and above the best in the area...

Fantastic experience for us. Stayed 5 nights to really relax and we were positively surprised at every turn. So good to come back to the pool when the beach got too busy. Had a room with private jacuzzi which was excellent. Very close to the beach with a hidden shortcut. Service, food, room, cleaning, everything was top notch. We will definitely come back.

I highly recommend Domia as a place to stay near Mondello beach. The room and facilities are great if you are looking for somewhere to relax. The staff are all friendly and attentive to details no complaints only positives

Lovely cocoon on the seaside of busy Sicily. The rooms where really well decorated with all the necessary amenities. Perfectly clean of course. The food was authentic, tasty and made with love and local produce. Best off all was the staff: every person we talked to was kind, enthusiastic, helpful and caring towards our family. Absolutely fantastic boutique hotel in a great location close to the beach and local restaurants. Easy access to Palermo as well. The rooms are modern and clean as is the rest of the hotel. Great restaurant (& complimentary breakfast), with friendly and knowledgeable staff. They treat you as friends and have high standards for service. Great clean, up to date place, close to beach with friendly staff.

Good pasta and fast service, though nothing special. Prices were fair. Drinks are very fair. The view is amazing, sitting directly at the beach terrace.

Friendly staff, comfortable rooms. Close to the sea and to the center of Mondello. Excellent breakfast. The BB offers services such as beach umbrella and chairs to be transported directly on the beach and a private parking within walking distance (about 250m far). The place is full of restaurants all around where you can enjoy what you want. Crystal-clear water.

Everything was very clean. The breakfast was continental and in the very pleasant garden. The stuff was excellent. I have never met such a attentive and helpful stuff. Carla, you are the best!!!! 🥰🥰

Rooms could do with a repaint, but public areas are up to standard. Found the beds very comfortable, and the pillows fluffy, although we did have to ask for extra, and an extra blanket; but house-keeping brought it to our room within minutes. Breakfast is extensive, and excellent quality. Pool was unfortunately empty of water, so we had to get vouchers for the private beach daily.

Hotel staff was excellent and spoke very good English. Breakfast was great, had hot and cold selections and good service. Location and view were outstanding and a nice walk to either the beach or city center. Our room was very clean and had plenty of space with a very nice bathroom and excellent shower. A bit dated but who cares when it is clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel

Monello beach is about a 30 minute drive from Palermo, making it a good place to stay after/before the airport. This hotel has large, clean rooms and a nice pool. 10 minute walk to the beach and into town to eat. Beautiful ocean views.

The location is best, but hotel needs renovation, everything was falling apart. Staff is very good especially terrace crew. And the room price is higher for what you get!

Nice location with an array of restaurants and cafes minutes away. Reception staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast selection was underwhelming and items ran out. Coffee was on ration. Staff clearing breakfast tables were working very hard. 2 local Italians who joined us on our table were 'told' to move by other staff to another table whilst in the middle of eating?! Reminded us of Fawlty towers.

A nice place to stay if you plan on exploring mondello and the surrounding areas. The food at the hotel restaurant is very good, and the restaurant itself is usually pretty calm compared to other places in the vicinity. The pool area is a little run down/barebones, but i enjoyed my stay.

I have stayed at this hotel with my family during August. We booked a family room with a balcony and sea view and that's exactly what we got. I highly recommend to spend the few extra quid because the view is absolutely stunning. Our room was spacious with a little fridge, which came handy. This hotel is unreal. Perfect sea views from our room and most of the hotel. AC works great. Has a beautiful pool and private swimming cove. We loved spending our day here compared to going to mondello beach. Highly recommend!!

What you see is what you get ... my wife and I we're at the tail end of our 2 week tour of Sicily.. what a perfect end for our trip at this amazing boutique hotel. The staff was great in particular Dario was a gracious host..I strongly suggest this hotel even if you want to visit Palermo ( 30 min drive) it has a heavenly feel with great rooms & a view of the coast ( if you book sea view) well worth...

This is a very nice location with excellent service and very kind staff. We spent 8 nights in July 22. Unfortunately our room had a very bad smell any time the air conditiong was on. It was so bad that we rarely could use the air conditioning. Hotel staff tried very hard to solve the issue with no success. No other rooms were available and we ended up to stay in that room till the end of our vacation

The location was perfect for walking to everything! Lovely, friendly, helpful staff. The room was perfect. Good breakfast and a location that's really hard to beat lots of public transport, nearby restaurants, bars, etc. Overall an enjoyable stay. Very nice place! Simple and clean interior, very nice balcony from or room with garden view! Very delicious breakfast with great variety (sandwiches, fruits, juices, jogurts) and a cherry on a cake sweets backed by the host. Saverio is backing them himself as a hobby, very delicious! The hosts went above and beyond, and were so helpful when we messed up our check in time. They even helped my husband park the rental car when he got stuck! Above and beyond. Also delicious breakfast and very clean room.

Amazing B&B in Mondello. Good location - very close to the main street (2-3 min walk) and fairly close to the beach (about 15 min walk). The place is very clean, modern and comfortable. The host, Saviero is just amazing - very welcoming, flexible and, on top, a great baker! The breakfast was very lovely. It was also easy (and free) to park our car on the street of the B&B. Fully recommended!

Only need to read the reviews to know how great this place is!! Beautifully maintained and decorated with comfy beds and rooms. The breakfast wow! Unbelievably good with lots of homemade delicacies, best we had of the 5 different b&bs we stayed in during out trip. The property is located about 10 minutes from the sea and all tourist services in a quiet location and easily reachable on foot. The modern and clean spaces, the room equipped with new and modern furniture, clean, TV, a / c, fridge, private bathroom. This is am amazing wee gem rural location nice stroll to the beach but best if all are the owners so welcoming & extremely nice genuine friendly folk. Rooms are spotless & breakfasts fab. Our hosts went the extra mile too & took us to the airport making it easier to catch our flight

Quiet and excellent location to reach the center and the beach. Spacious and clean room, well-stocked breakfast, kindness and attention from the owner who also lent us an umbrella for the beach. All very good!

The structure is nice and in a good location, but the difference was made by the availability of the owners, who satisfied us in all our requests even beyond checkout. Therefore 100% highly recommended

Owners are really nice people, rooms are nice, clean and kept cool, breakfast is good (filled croissants, fruit, juice, coffee, yogurth, fresh buns, cheese, salami, ham etc) and pricing is decent. Walking distance to the beach (10 min). I would gladly stay with them again. Owner also let me stay in my room until 16.00 due to late flight. Grazie Francesco 🙂

Great hotel, service are good. Close to the see, the disadvantage is that it far away from the town, not so convenient without a car.

The hotel is very nice. Staff members are extremely friendly and helpful, accommodating all our requests and making sure our event ran smoothly. We organised a 4 day conference for which we received lots of positive feedback, and a good part of it was thanks to the hotel staff. The food was also great (I miss those croissants for breakfast). Definitely recommend a visit.

Beautiful residence facing the sea close to Mondello. The apartment is very nice and furnished very well with a stained glass window large balcony equipped with table and chairs overlooking the sea. The nice bedroom and bed with mattress in memory, good location, the bathroom is equipped with sanitary suspended, large shower, kitchenette, fridge with water and fruit, great tv in room and sofa bed....

Great location, 15 min from Palermo, 1 min (walk) from the beach.. Give up, not really modern, but nice, great pool. Finally GOOD WiFi. Breakfast good but not a lot of choice

It's ok. No English TV channels. Receptionists pleasant and speak English. A man at the car park collecting tips to guard cars looked too intimidating.

A wonderful apartment in a wonderful location. 10 minutes walk from the beach and the bus stop to take you to Palermo. Barbara and Maria were so helpful with tips for the area. Great sized flat with beautiful garden to relax in.

We had a perfect stay - a very clean, well equipped house a short walk from Mondello beach. The kitchen and two bathrooms are excellent and the beds all very comfortable. Barbara was lovely and very helpful. We will be back!

Our stay was above our expectations and fullfiled all of our wishes. This is exactly how we imagine our holiday stay from every point of view. The owner was very welcoming, always in a good mood, good singer :), suggested nice tips where to go, reservated table for us in wonderful restaurant and prepared delicious breakfast which was rich in choice - lots of traditional bakery, cakes, good quality...

Very nice villa, Close to Palermo and Mondello beach. You definitely need a car if you plan to stay here. Service was great (not your typical hotel service, more like being a guest at your Sicilian grandma). Clean rooms and daily clean up , AC and TV in the room. All in all very nice for a casual holiday.

Superb service, feels like you are apart of wonderful Sicilian family. Ultra comfort bedrooms and high level of hygiene. We got the volcano room which has fabulous sea view. Defo will repeat. Please ask for breakfast cos it's unforgettable.

We had an issue with the booking of another apartment. We called Silvia and she really saved our holiday!!!! The apartment is nice and clean. Silvia and her husband are really nice person and the breakfast they prepared for us very good. The beach is not so far. You can choose either to go by car or walk. In one word amazing. Thank you very much Silvia!

Sylvia is simply amazing. She collected us from the airport and settled us in to our beautiful romanitca room in her lovely apartment. The property is clean and well furnished and there are restaurants to eat at locally. Sylvia provided a delicious home baked breakfast of local cakes and pastries, coffee and juice and then kindly took us too our next destination. Thank you Sylvia

We spent 11 days at this accommodation. Silvia and her husband are great, very welcoming hosts! Incredibly helpful! I have never experience such a hospitality. The rooms are very clean and cosy with a kitchen where you can cook your own food. The breakfast is home made and very special. B & b in an excellent position just a few steps from the sea. Comfortable rooms immersed in a well-kept garden where an excellent breakfast is served based on delicious homemade cakes. Mrs. Sara is a wonderful hostess, attentive to every need, hospitable and helpful. Well ... it's a bit like being at home!

Enchanting place, suitable for a nice relaxing stay, Mrs. Sara is very kind and caring, friendly with everyone always available 24 hours a day, the apartments she has are very comfortable and tastefully furnished ... Cozy B&B with everything your heart desires... The breakfast (with homemade organic jam and cakes) on the terrace overlooking the beautiful garden made us happy every day. The hostess Gabriella was extremely nice and accommodating. The room was more like a small apartment with a mini kitchen and sofa.
