The family-run hotel in a quiet location, a small green area with direct access to the beach. Compact, cosy rooms, friendly atmosphere. Perfect for a relaxing beach holiday.

Renovated: 1993

Location: in the heart of Lignano Sabbiadoro, near the centre of town and the beach, 95 km from Venice airport, 65 km from the airport of Trieste – Friuli.

Consists of two buildings (2 and 3 floors).

Beach: public sandy beach in 50 m from the hotel (1 coastline). Umbrellas, sun beds: free.

Pets: on request.

Food

Buffet Breakfast, lunch, dinner - choice of à La carte dishes.

Check-in: 14:00 - 21:00 Check-out: 08:00 - 10:00

On the hotel territory: restaurant, Elevator, Parking, terrace with sun loungers

Attractions: Bicycle rental, relaxation area with TV, entertainment program 2 times a week

A beautiful, clean hotel right on the beach – the perfect place to relax and unwind. The breakfast is wonderfully varied, and the entire team is warm and attentive. The lady at the reception desk particularly impressed us with her friendliness. We felt completely at home and will be back.

A superbly beautiful and well-maintained hotel. The entire staff is very friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean and tidy, there's a lovely pool, loungers right by the sea, and the hotel garden is lovingly tended. A wide selection at breakfast, absolutely recommended.

A paradise right on the beach with a beautiful garden and pool. Very child-friendly. We were there with our 3-year-old grandson. Everything was just perfect. We had full board, which was very varied and very good. Many thanks to the entire team. We'll definitely be back.

Location is perfect, right at the beach and close to the city center as well. The breakfast was delicious would suggest to try their egg and bacon. We loved their offering on free bikes - used them every day! They were very comfortable.

BAR ONLY REVIEW.
Very clean place, friendly and polite staff. The environment is very spacious and the tables outside are well spaced. Very quiet in the evening, I have noticed it often passing in front of it, because it is far from the noise of the center or the Terrazza a Mare area. Obviously, the afternoon is accompanied by the passage of tourists to / from the beach.

Spectacular beachfront structure, renovated a few months ago.
Andrea and Milva have rediscovered and modernized a real gem..the architecture and the open horseshoe layout of the garden..the warm mix of wood ... and the professionalism and kindness of all the staff.

Place of peace .. Unique in Lignano. In front of the sea with all the comforts .. Even yoga lessons on a soft carpet of grass under the trees .. Lovely hosts Andrea and Milva, always available with a smile and the typical Friulian generosity .. Truly the top in Lignano Sabbiadoro
