Lovely place to stay, amazing view and access to the ocean with great recommendations for the tours. Most of the staff were super super friendly, some others unfortunately … quite the opposite.

This place is simply marvelous! You can just dive into the water right below the hotel, and instantly see colorful and exotic fish. The friendly staff helped us with everything we asked. Definitely worth a stay!

Excellent and lovely place with all facilities you need to enjoy your vacation. The hotel rooms are nice, there is a big restaurant and a great pool. Food is amazing. You can reach a small beach with bright crystalline water and do snorkeling. Personnel is professional and friendly. I recommend it.

The hotel is quirky. The room is old and tired, mattress soft and shower small. However, we had 2 great meals in the hotel and the setting is simply stunning. Stunning views, nice pool and it is literally on the sea front! Ignore the bad reviews, go to this hotel - you won't regret it!

Excellent structure located 3/4 minutes from the pedestrian area and the marina. Staff courteous and helpful. The breakfast buffet is varied and adequate. The swimming pool is not large but usable. I do not assign the fifth star because the double room in which we stayed, certainly clean and dignified, is a little dated in the furnishings.

Very convenient hotel due to its strategic position, near the center for walking and near Marina Corta. All one step away. Small flaw is the swimming pool since from 16 it is always in the shade. For everything else I highly recommend it, especially for the staff, always available and especially for Monica, the receptionist, a wonderful girl who found any solution for us and gave us advice on everything...

The hotel is perfectly located a little bit outside town (10 minute walk) and up hill so you can enjoy a beautiful view of the sea, mountains and town. The pictures definitely not make enough justice to the place as is way nicer. Rooms are spacious, quiet and with nice terraces and balconies. Great place. :-) Close to the town and easy to reach from the harbor (7-10min). Great breakfast buffet. Panorama terrace. Pool and jacuzzi. Rooms get thoroughly cleaned every day. The employees are friendly and happy to help with bookings for excursions and solved ever little problem we ran in to. The hotel is situated on the very good place = quiet, but still not far from everything. Just 15min walking from the harbour, through old town. Very nice view to old town from breakfast terrace. Also very kind and nice staff, lovely exteriors of the hotel (swimming pool and around). They provide free taxi from/to harbour, when you're coming/leaving. The restaurant cooks very good, too.

A few steps from the nightlife center of Lipari. The structure is surrounded by greenery, hospitable and professional staff. Excellent Aeolian cuisine.

The hotel is clean and comfortable and the service is good. The coffee in the breakfast room is truly revolting and our room had a shower enclosure that was too small given the amount of available space in the bathroom. We didn't use the restaurant but it looked good.

Literally my favourite stay ever at a hotel. We booked for two nights, previous to leaving for Italy. Due to weather, there were no ferries going to our other destination (Stromboli), so we were in Lipari 1 day early. We booked through a booking site, to add on an extra day. 45 minutes later, we were at the hotel, the room was ready (930am) , the front desk had seen that we booked a sea view originally...

Be sure to report any and all damage or missing items, furniture, door knobs, or latches immediately upon arrival. If not, they will bill you an extra 50 euro per item. Great place to stay! Lovely rooms. Beds are good, as is the bathroom. The balcony is very big, which is amazing. Breakfast was fantastic! Especially the coffees and the fruits. Would definitely recommend staying here when visiting Lipari.

Very kind staff, excellent location near the center, there is no green area, a bit of a garden where you can sit, rest, the terraces are sunny. The large common terrace is absolutely devoid of everything, no chairs are not liveable, too bad

Amazing location, breakfast, very child friendly, and clean. Has a separate private bedroom with dark shades for a childs nap time if not your own. Very near the main street with a lot of opportunities. The pool is fun and clean and they have a drink service with some food at the pool, and with a very kind staff. 100% recommended. 👌🏻

The perfect place to relax and enjoy Lipari. Don’t make the mistake I made by only staying one night, next time I’ll stay longer. Everything is good and the pool is wonderful to relax in on a hot day.

Hotel with location and view from the room envied by all guests of other properties. A fantastic view of the gulf and with Vulcano in the background, visible even while staying in bed. The owners have a unique friendliness and availability. The breakfast offers a superlative and very varied choice from sweet to savory, including typical Aeolian products. Super recommended, it is worth all the price...

We had a great time: impeccable service, very courteous staff and beautiful rooms with breathtaking views; unique "problem" the distance from the center so you have to organize yourself by taxi or bus .... but the view you can enjoy is worth the sacrifice !!!

very helpful staff. fantastic breakfast on the panoramic terrace. breathtaking view in the evening. the only problem is the distance from the center for which there is an efficient shuttle system. If the municipality extended the cycle/pedestrian path to Porto Pignataro, everything would be exceptional!

Fabulous location. Very nice and well-kept building. Family run but very professional. Enjoy your breakfast. If I had to find a flaw it is only the wifi not present in all the rooms. Our room, the Sagittarius, although not using wifi, is located in an area with a lot of privacy and with a very large and panoramic patio.

Fabulous location !! The room has a beautiful terrace overlooking the small port of Pignataro. From the latter you can enjoy a hearty breakfast admiring the island of Vulcano and the southern end of the island of Lipari. The owners are very kind and very professional. All this is also associated with a meticulous cleaning !!

It was fine really, but nothing more. Very clean for sure. Bed was a little over-firm. It's a little out of town, but not too far. Staff friendly. Breakfast acceptable. Comfortable and clean, which is what you need when travelling away from home. It was easy to relax here, and wasn't much of a walk to get into the centre of town.

Giuseppe welcomed us in his hotel in the warmest way possible. He even brought us to a viewpoint to watch the sunset. His recommendations were also spot on. I spent a couple of days last summer and I didn't want to live. The place is terrific and the service outstanding!

Top for the service is the welcome. Francesco came to pick us up at the port. Before check-in time, he already let us use the swimming pool served with a drink and coffee. The room was very comfortable and spotless. Super quiet. Well connected to the center and the various restaurants. There is a free shuttle to a beach in Canneto. In short, an unforgettable experience.

My extended family (including an infant) had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Villa de Pasquale (soon to be Hotel Villa de Cute) and enjoyed every moment. The staff there - especially Newton - and the owner and family made sure that we had absolutely everything we could think of or needed. Our stay here was amazing, location and view is top, very nice swimming pool. We had a very warm welcome with a refreshing drink or granite and fruit salad. We stayed 5 nights, I'm not sure what to say. First time we saw Francesco we felt welcome. This is a true place to relax and forget your stress. They help you with everything you need. Some reviews say that you need to ask breakfast but they just keep everything fresh. Newton has an unforgettable personality and is the kindest I have ever met. I'm going to miss this place till we come again.

This is a superbly amazing Hotel aided not only by the fact that the Management by Gianluca and Valeria were so accommodating and nice and always ready to help with suggestions of where to visit but the Hotel's breakfast was royal with as many fresh and varied choices as you would find in any 5 Star luxurious hotel. We have been there at the end of the season, nevertheless the experience was great. We had a fantastic room and the personnel was extremely kind and useful. The hotel is located a bit out of the center but they have a free shuttle service to and from the port and the center, however we walked most of the times as it was near. Breakfast was good, only the fruit juices were a bit tasteless.

We stayed here for 2 nights as a group of friends and loved Borgo Eolie. The plus is the staff. Everyone is ultra friendly and very nice to satisfy every request. All the staff, from the driver, who takes you from the port to the resort many times a day, to the receptionist are amazing. Great little hotel with regular, free shuttlebus from the port and the town centre. Very friendly, personal service. Reasonable breakfast served with fresh fruit. Pleasant pool area and rooms of a high standard. Only downfall was the air-conditioning in the room that seemed to only half work.

We stayed in a nice and spacious quadruple room, the only flaw, the lack of a fridge, however compensated by the staff who provided us with a fridge on the ground floor. Staff always helpful and kind. Excellent location, close to a supermarket, the center and transport links. Good and varied breakfast. I recommend it for both short and long stays. :)

I spent a week in September and I had a very good time; good cleanliness of the rooms, excellent cuisine by Mrs. Luisa, all plentiful and homemade. The staff are also friendly, all available to give information and advice for visiting the island... very convenient hotel to the beach. The panoramic terrace has a super view of the sea, too bad you can't access it before 8... to see the sunrise. I recommend...

I spent a week in this delightful hotel. The choice was spot on! The room was very nice and functional. The staff very attentive and super kind. In addition, the structure has a very strategic position: crossing the road leads directly to the beach of Canneto. Highly recommended!

Solid spot but more as a home Base to explore the island than a destination. Walkable from ferry with ease. We had issues with our keycards often but staff always quite nice. Rooms are good enough and the place is kept very clean.

We would give the hotel 5 stars but the restaurant left quite a lot to desire. The facilities were great, though, and the location couldn't have been better.

Just a few minutes walk up from the port of Lipari to the hotel. It has great views and comfortable rooms. Breakfast is European style with a selection of cereals, pastries, yoghurt, cold meats and cheese. Can't forget the coffee ! The rooms are modern and contain all the usual furniture. WiFi throughout the premises. Lovely relaxing pool overlooking the whole bay.
