the location was amazing and the staff very friendly. having a restaurant on site for either lunch or dinner was great with amazing views

Decoration is a bit dated but everything else was lovely, in particular the sea side area

Lovely place to stay, amazing view and access to the ocean with great recommendations for the tours. Most of the staff were super super friendly, some others unfortunately … quite the opposite.

This place is simply marvelous! You can just dive into the water right below the hotel, and instantly see colorful and exotic fish. The friendly staff helped us with everything we asked. Definitely worth a stay!

Excellent and lovely place with all facilities you need to enjoy your vacation. The hotel rooms are nice, there is a big restaurant and a great pool. Food is amazing. You can reach a small beach with bright crystalline water and do snorkeling. Personnel is professional and friendly. I recommend it.

Clean and cared for

Very kind staff, excellent location near the center, there is no green area, a bit of a garden where you can sit, rest, the terraces are sunny. The large common terrace is absolutely devoid of everything, no chairs are not liveable, too bad

Tt summed up badly nn you are ... you can enjoy the public beach a few steps from the hotel, a few steps from the historic center of Lipari .... Honor to the Ladies who WORK a lot ... But to get to a 4 star you need the hand of a professional ... Anyway I recommend it ... It's fine ...

Solid spot but more as a home Base to explore the island than a destination. Walkable from ferry with ease. We had issues with our keycards often but staff always quite nice. Rooms are good enough and the place is kept very clean.

This is a beautiful location. Nice view across the harbor. Friendly staff. Breakfast could have more offer and better taste. And PLEASE, get rid of the background music.

A mini paradise right in Lipari. We stayed here for 4 nights and did not want to leave. The room was large and clean, but relatively basic. The view from our room out to the terrace and beyond was simply breathtaking. We had the sea, the castle, and the hills. The gardens are full of beautiful colourful plants and trees, plus a couple of very friendly cats. Breakfast was very good, coffee was excellent...

What a lovely surprise! We enjoyed our time so much at this place that we didn't want to leave in the end. Incredibly beautiful view and very helpful staff. The place is clean. They provide shampoo, soap, hair dryer, etc. Every time you leave or come back you have to get the keys from reception but it's open 24 hours. I love this place, you are close to the port and by 15 min walking you are in Garibaldi street. You have the sea just under your room and in the morning you can enjoy the sea view from the windows of your room. The plates are delicious and the staffs are nice and helpful. I will definitely come back to this place again and will recommend to anyone else.

This lovely hotel overlooks the sea and has its own private jetty for swimming and sunbathing. The views are sublime both day and night. We stayed 4 nights and our stay was very pleasant. Nice location, great food and excellent staff!

This is probably the finest hotel in it's pricerange. The view, rooms and staff are all amazing and they will help you book vehicles of any kind for local prices. The only downside is that even though the food is brilliant, they don't offer any vegan/vegetarian alternatives. Excellent structure located 3/4 minutes from the pedestrian area and the marina. Staff courteous and helpful. The breakfast buffet is varied and adequate. The swimming pool is not large but usable. I do not assign the fifth star because the double room in which we stayed, certainly clean and dignified, is a little dated in the furnishings.

Very convenient hotel due to its strategic position, near the center for walking and near Marina Corta. All one step away. Small flaw is the swimming pool since from 16 it is always in the shade. The hotel is perfectly located a little bit outside town (10 minute walk) and up hill so you can enjoy a beautiful view of the sea, mountains and town. Hotel with location and view from the room envied by all guests of other properties. A fantastic view of the gulf and with Vulcano in the background, visible even while staying in bed. The owners have a unique friendliness and availability. The breakfast offers a superlative and very varied choice from sweet to savory, including typical Aeolian products. We had a great time: impeccable service, very courteous staff and beautiful rooms with breathtaking views; unique "problem" the distance from the center so you have to organize yourself by taxi or bus .... but the view you can enjoy is worth the sacrifice !!!

If the municipality extended the cycle/pedestrian path to Porto Pignataro, everything would be exceptional!

Fabulous location. Very nice and well-kept building. Family run but very professional. Enjoy your breakfast. If I had to find a flaw it is only the wifi not present in all the rooms. Our room, the Sagittarius, although not using wifi, is located in an area with a lot of privacy and with a very large and panoramic patio.

Fabulous location !! The room has a beautiful terrace overlooking the small port of Pignataro. From the latter you can enjoy a hearty breakfast admiring the island of Vulcano and the southern end of the island of Lipari. The owners are very kind and very professional. All this is also associated with a meticulous cleaning !!

From the moment we arrived our entire experience was excelllent. The absolute friendliness and customer service from the staff was 5++. I wish I remembered everyone's names to give each one credit, but there was not a single person who wasn't gracious, and superb. The hotel is situated on the very good place = quiet, but still not far from everything. Just 15min walking from the harbour, through old town. Very nice view to old town from breakfast terrace. Also very kind and nice staff, lovely exteriors of the hotel (swimming pool and around). They provide free taxi from/to harbour, when you're coming/leaving. The restaurant cooks very good, too.

The hotel is clean and comfortable and the service is good. The coffee in the breakfast room is truly revolting and our room had a shower enclosure that was too small given the amount of available space in the bathroom. We didn't use the restaurant but it looked good.

Amazing location, breakfast, very child friendly, and clean. Has a separate private bedroom with dark shades for a childs nap time if not your own. Very near the main street with a lot of opportunities. The pool is fun and clean and they have a drink service with some food at the pool, and with a very kind staff. 100% recommended. 👌🏻

The perfect place to relax and enjoy Lipari. Don’t make the mistake I made by only staying one night, next time I’ll stay longer. Everything is good and the pool is wonderful to relax in on a hot day.

I spent a couple of days last summer and I didn't want to live. The place is terrific and the service outstanding!

This place has everything. Close to the town centre. Large multi room accommodation. Quiet neighborhood. Fantastic manager and staff. All topped off with a large jacuzzi on the roof. It has a beautiful dining area for breakfast, including fresh made coffee.

We had a nice and roomy apartment, conveniently located near the main street. room was cleaned every day, friendly staff.

We spent 5 nights here using our time to hike in Lipari and Aeolian Islands. Our room was spacious, clean and well appointed with a refrigerator (some rooms have kitchens). We had a welcoming terrace overlooking Via Vittorio Emanuele so some street noise and during the day noise from a across the street remodel but no problems sleeping. It was fine really, but nothing more. Very clean for sure. Bed was a little over-firm. It's a little out of town, but not too far. Staff friendly. Breakfast acceptable. Comfortable and clean, which is what you need when travelling away from home. It was easy to relax here, and wasn't much of a walk to get into the centre of town.

Top for the service is the welcome. Francesco came to pick us up at the port. Before check-in time, he already let us use the swimming pool served with a drink and coffee. The room was very comfortable and spotless. Super quiet. Well connected to the center and the various restaurants. There is a free shuttle to a beach in Canneto. Our stay here was amazing, location and view is top, very nice swimming pool. We had a very warm welcome with a refreshing drink or granite and fruit salad. We stayed 5 nights, I'm not sure what to say. First time we saw Francesco we felt welcome. This is a true place to relax and forget your stress. They help you with everything you need. Some reviews say that you need to ask breakfast but they just keep everything fresh. Newton has an unforgettable personality and is the kindest I have ever met. I'm going to miss this place till we come again.

Very nice hotel but needs some maintenance

Very nice view from the swimming pool, good breakfasts, extremely hospitable staff and the relaxing garden ...but a lots of very very very loud old fat germans who don't let you relax if they are at the pool.

We have been there at the end of the season, nevertheless the experience was great. We had a fantastic room and the personnel was extremely kind and useful. The hotel is located a bit out of the center but they have a free shuttle service to and from the port and the center, however we walked most of the times as it was near. Breakfast was good, only the fruit juices were a bit tasteless.

Great little hotel with regular, free shuttlebus from the port and the town centre. Very friendly, personal service. Reasonable breakfast served with fresh fruit. Pleasant pool area and rooms of a high standard. Only downfall was the air-conditioning in the room that seemed to only half work.

I spent a week in September and I had a very good time; good cleanliness of the rooms, excellent cuisine by Mrs. Luisa, all plentiful and homemade. This is a superbly amazing Hotel aided not only by the fact that the Management by Gianluca and Valeria were so accommodating and nice and always ready to help with suggestions of where to visit but the Hotel's breakfast was royal with as many fresh and varied choices as you would find in any 5 Star luxurious hotel.
