A relatively old hotel, the value for money service is a weak one. Beautiful room, But the heat was not always constant, being given that it was too cold or too hot. The Internet (a very important aspect) is extremely weak, often non-existent. Cozy with themed and color rooms

Totally recommended!! We stayed for a week and we are super satisfied! Very very clean, close to one of the ski lifts and about 7min walk from the center of Livigno. Everything was perfect. Special thanks to Mariano who made his best to help and make us feel welcome in Livigno!

Hotel is great. Small and cozy, with all the facilities you need for a nice ski vacation (ski room, lockers, washing facilities with extra cost etc.). The hotel is overall amazing. Service is great I forgot my phone on a bus and they helped to find it 10 out of 10. We had booked a superior room, it was a bit too small in our opinion so next time we will definitely book a larger room. Very good location, only 100 m from ski lift so you can walk. The rooms are clean and one more very important thing - the dogs are allowed. But..., the owner is a bit strange, rude, may be her English is not good enough. We stayed in the hotel for 4 nights. Although the hotel is a little out of town it is very close to Mottolino chair lifts. The food was really, really good and well presented and delivered by a very enthusiastic staff! The staff are the hotels best asset and nothing is a problem to them. Really lovely hotel. Staff were always friendly. Rooms were immaculate and well presented. We had a Junior Suite which has a balcony and overlooked the valley. They have heated ski lockers on site for your equipment which is great. When you arrive in Livigno you want to take the red bus from Livigno Centro station. This will take you straight to the hotel. Hotel Alaska is a gem. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. The rooms are comfortable and can do with coffee and tea making facilities and maybe a fridge. The food on the other hand is excellent and you will definitely not go hungry. It is situated 9n the main strip with a bus stop on your doorstep and is an easy walk to any of the 2 foodstores we found.

This is our second stay in Chalet Garden apartments. Contact with the hotel impeccable, standard apartments very high, fully equipped and very well maintained. The view from the windows of the whole town invariably impresses what makes morning coffee more pleasant. Very good skibus communication on both Carosello 3000 and Mottolino. You should respect guests as your customers. Your attitude is rude. This refers to workers on hotel reception. Waiters are excellent. Restaurant is nice and good. One night stay on a motorcycle trip. The bed was huge and so comfortable after a like ride. The food was delicious and the wine list extensive. It was great to chill in the lounge with a drink after a tiring day and the staff were very attentive. Looking to stay here in the Winter for a ski trip now.

We stayed at Hotel Astoria for 1 week in August '24 with a group of 13 mountain bikers . Very friendly staff, great service, good food. The complementary laundry service and fully equipped bike room + bike workshop make this the perfect hotel for mountain bikers and other cyclists. Rooms are basic but very clean.

A very good place to stay in Livignpo. Located just some meter away from the ski tracks (carosello 3000), Hospitality, good atmosphere and comfortable facilities were really appreciated. The halfbroad was very good and changing every day, with always a possibility for vegetarian.

Excellent rooms and facilities very spacious. My only criticism is coat hooks should be near to door not next to bed. Especially hanging ski wear, it would be far more practical. Nice and warm though.

All the staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. Our room on the third floor was immaculate. They've done a great renovation of the hotel. Our blacony overlooked the square which was quiet and had views of the mountain. The staff were accomodating when we needed extra things to help with our stay. Generally a really positive vibe here.

Great small hotel next to the main road in Trepalle. Good food, affordable stay. Walking distance to Carrosello 3000 ski area.

Heating wasn't working every day. Some days were cold. We had great view on the mountain. David was great, he was very friendly. Breakfast was usually from 7:30, classic, without scrambled eggs. Dinner had 3 dishes, we were full every day.

We stayed five days in this hotel for our winter vacation and it was perfect. The food was from local cusine and it was delicious. Breakfast was rich, coffee was very good and we really liked fresh juice from oranges. The room was spacious and clean, the bed was soft. All the staff members were really nice and helpful. Mottolino ski area is just 2 station from the hotel and the bus station is in front...

Classic mountain style rooms completely made of wood, very convenient parking inside the square. Near the center. A little far if you want to stay and turn to Mottolino, you have to move the car, but everything is ok.

It's good for the price. Really not bad given that it is cheap. Although the breakfast left a lot to be desired. Staff was very nice. Beast thing is that it is right next to a large ski lift to the top of the mountain.

I come in Livigno since 2007 every year and I been eating here for the past 2 years.. The best food and the best price to eat in Livigno. We enjoy our stay. The room, spa and restaurant was very clean. The breakfast and dinner was very good. We had stayed at Alba several times the last 15 years in the winter and summer, and we always feels welcome. The staff is friendly and give a great service.

The apartment was very good for our purposes. There was lot of room for two of us. We were able to adjust the temperature so it was nice cool inside even if it was hot outside. The crocery store was very close. We had a very good service at the reception desk.

We had a very peasant stay in Alba Hotel in Livigno. The staff was very kind and helpful. The room comfortable, clean and quiet with a beautiful view. The beds very comfy. We also enjoyed our meals in the big and stylish restaurant. The hotel is well situated near the ski lifts, which is a big adventage because we didn't have to use the car during our holiday.

Comfort and big Junior suit, warm and clean. Enough space for wardrobe and ski stuff. We loved turkish bathroom in spa area and pool. Food very balanced and good quality. Next to ski lift and bus station. Best choice for what you paid - best buy. We will come again next year.

The location is quite ok. You can get to the mountain quickly because the ski lift is a 5-minute walk away. The city center is a 20-minute walk away. Bus traffic nearby and very good. Free ski buses every 10-15 minutes Hotel staff very kind and helpful. The food is rich and you will definitely not miss anything.

Stayed only one night, cozy and clean rooms, very kind staff, delicious breakfast with homemade cakes and jams. I was able to leave the car parked in the ZTL area for the whole next day until the evening.
