Without any recommendation, we booked a short vacation with my family here as a location which was closer to Valcamonica area but not far from services being with 2 children. An unremarkable hotel in need of a refresh, everything feels worn and shabby. More of a two star than three star experience.

I have been in the hotel from the 8th to the 12th of August , I found the location great all around lake Iseo , the parking for motorbike inside or outside great , the room tidy and clean each day , the restaurant top breakfast and dinner as well with the top view of the lake , the service over the standard. The hotel has a great a SPA area . Great few days of Vacation 2024 , thank you .

The hotel is in a great spot and is centrally located. The staff were super helpful and friendly. We ate in the restaurant attached to the hotel and found that convenient and enjoyable. And we enjoyed the free wellness voucher that comes with your booking! The hotel has bikes you can use to ride around but we ran out of time!

We stayed in this hotel for a week, the location of the property is convenient for visiting the village and visiting the main places of interest. Excellent and varied breakfast, helpful and attentive staff. The only flaw is the room: dark, hot and without adequate ventilation due to the underground location. The property is in a small closed compound where you can find anything you need around welleness: gym. hairdresser, SPA and even doctors. There is a private medical practice just next door. The location is at walking distance from the town city center. The restaurant is very nice and at a fair price. Be sure to book a table close to the window. SPA is small but nice. Parking is super comfortable

Definitely good value for the money. We also were really happy to find a hotel at this price in this location.

The Continental is a business hotel, kind of, so not much charming or romantic. Yet it's quiet and clean and that was what we needed for one night: a convenient place to rest. The private parking is a plus.

I arrived at the hotel with around 20 other people after our flight got cancelled. The staff was not even properly informed about the situation but they still managed to provide us with a place to sleep, dinner, and even breakfast at 2 AM! I think they could not have reacted more professionally. Apart from that, the room was lovely with an exquisite view from the window. P.S. Lots of respect from Damian

Small room, but good price and it came with three single beds which suited the three friends travelling together. all in all a good service, staff friendly, and typical Italian breakfast. Garage parking included. Would go again in similar circumstances.

This hotel is a great value for Lago d'Iseo. Iseo is a major attraction and many hotels are 200€ or more. For much much less we found Hotel Belvedere directly across from the lake with beautiful views rom that balcony and windows. Giuseppe handled our reservation and he was super helpful. I honestly think we got the very last room in all of Lovere for the very busy weekend. It was a pretty quick walk...

Very friendly and helpful staff. The view to the lake is amazing. Only downside is that internet is too slow and room needs updates.

We stayed here for 3 nights. Luigi greeted us well and helped us with our luggage. Room old style italian with small balcony which was fine. alot of traffic noise with windows open but when closed no noise. aircon great. Breakfast lovely. Luigi is a lovely kind man and i would recommend this hotel.

Hostel in an excellent position to visit Lake Iseo with panoramic views of the lake. Easy parking and well-maintained and excellent cleanliness, sweet and savory breakfast is included in the price. Exceptional value for money.

Comfortable hostel located a few steps from the historic center of Lovere, enjoying a wonderful lake view...simple but very clean room with a comfortable bathroom, excellent soundproofing of the room, as it is a car passage area...very good breakfast and abundant, buffet style... on each floor there is a terrace overlooking the lake where you can relax... very kind staff.

Lovely well run hotel overlooking lake Iseo. Spacious and well furnished rooms with good views. Everything works well in the rooms. Comfortable bed. Restaurants and cafes a short walk away. Breakfast was good. The staff were friendly and efficient.

Excellent hotel The service was excellent. The room was cozy and clean. All around delicious breakfast. If we are ever in that area we will definitely come back. Traveling with two kids- very kids-friendly.

This is a clean, comfortable hotel. Two things really mark it out though. Firstly, excellent customer service. All the staff have such a kind and helpful attitude. Nothing is too much trouble and everyone seems genuinely glad to answer questions, research train timetables or do whatever is needed. Nice location Nice hotel & location, but be aware of some road noise from the street. The hotel parking lot is small, so expect to park somewhere else.

It's nice here, right by the lake. The staff helped us get closer parking and even helped us find reservations to restaurants nearby. Very friendly. The room is very spacious. It could use a little bit more lighting and maybe a fan due to the hot summers.

If you are passionate about vintage 70s furniture, you have a small or medium-sized dog, it's August 19th and the area is full or very expensive and you are able to adapt, the motel is fine. Clean sheets and a bathroom with shower (no bidet). Breakfast not included but free buffet with snacks with coffee from the machine (also branded coffee). Decor a bit dated, basic facilities but friendly staff, good location and cheap.

We enjoyed a really wonderful family meal on Sunday. The lunch was fantastic together with the beautiful views from the dining room. The food was really excellent and the atmosphere of families getting together very enjoyable. Thank you to all the lovely staff.

Had an amazing 6 course surprise menu it was fabulous and would recommend and go again when back there the food was really tasty the portions were good sizes and the service was above what I expected it was my first visit to italy and was not disappointed

Lovely hotel. Small room with tiny balcony and fabulous view over the lake. Restaurant over priced and nouveau cuisine style. Breakfast was great! 20 minute walk to the lake partially down a main road. Barking and winning dog when locked away but we’ll behaved when allowed out.

Beautiful view over lake Iseo, great restaurant with amazing food and service. Highly recommend! (If I worked at the hotel I would put a "SOS" sign on the string hanging next to the toilet in the lobby - sorry again for pulling it thinking it was for flushing the toilet)

Loved this hotel! It had the best views over the lake and the restaurant was fantastic, amazing food and wine and really reasonable. Staff were brilliant, comfortable beds clean and modern rooms. Will be booking again in September!

Stayed on a business visit for a month in this hotel. It's a family run business, with very clean settings and courteous staff.

The rooms are old and need to be renovated but the personnel and the owners are wonderful and the food at the restaurant is superb. I'd say that this compensates the old rooms and make the stay a pleasant experience

Rooms and services in personal order and kind and professional managers the food at times of excellent quality and particularity or of normal appreciation but always genuine and abundant. Prices in the norm of the same quality. The excellent buffet breakfast is very varied and has no limits on consumption.

Nice room and bathroom, shame about the lack of air conditioning in some of the rooms, so it cracked from the heat. Nice place that offers different types of cuisine. I took the pizza, cooked in a wood oven and very good, I particularly liked the dough. The fast and kind service. Normal prices. Note on the menu a choice of interesting whiskeys at great prices.

If passing through for a quick lunch, it's a great place. The restaurant offers lunch at a cost of 10 euros, for a first course, a second course, buffet side dishes, water and coffee. Without great pretensions, you spend little and fill up. Very courteous staff.

I stayed one night in this hotel, the online price was not cheap compared to what I then saw in the information panel hanging at the entrance. As a hotel in terms of value for money, I don't recommend it on the basis of what I paid, the room was quite spacious but as cleanliness and comfort it was not adequate for the price. For breakfast I would say ni .. nothing ... As a restaurant, yes, I can recommend...

Nothing special just a good Hotel Price are okay

I guess the hotel had its best years in the 80ties/90ties. It's fine and rooms are OK. Hotel staff at the desk and most others are nice. We only had problems when we (a group of 7) wanted to sit at one table for breakfast - for us (Germans) this was not possible - for similar Italian groups this was not a problem at all !? The breakfast is OK - do not expect too much.

The spa is ok, I've tried it also on the past. The room is clean but it stinks a bit due of old water wells in the bathroom. Superior rooms are OK, attendandts and waitresses are friendly and they do their job as well as it's supposed to be. Food is not good as thought, it's poor of flavour and portions are simply poor. I wasn't able to have a Wi-Fi connection for the entire duration of my stand, except in the hall, there it works.

The service and hotel staff were great, the room was nice and clean, and the location was excellent, 50mt from the famous Terme di Boario. All in all a good experience, 4/5 stars because the breakfast did not have many salted options and because the room walls had some stains and scratch, not expected in a 4 stars hotels.

Incredible staff, everyone was so friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was small but everything was fresh and tasty! Perfect location next to Terme, huge outdoor parking. We even lost the rooms metal key and they didn’t charge us anything and handled it with such elegance. The hotel may be 3 stars but the experience they give you is 5 stars. Bravo Albergo Sorriso!

Amazing ✨ I stayed here for a week with my family for a Ski and City break. 30 minutes driving to Ski slopes 1hr to Bergamo Città Alta and 1:20 to Verona, plus the mountain 🏔 and lakes right at the door step. Fabulous place too stay, family owned and run and it really shows. Delicious food, clean and comfortable rooms, very friendly owners. The raisin and walnut bread at breakfast is really really good.

We had such a wonderful stay during our quick getaway. The staff was so welcoming, accommodating and pleasant. The location is perfect, hotel has reserved parking, easy to walk around town, walking distance to the Terme di Boario and has few restaurants in the area as well as the hotel.
