Nice hotel with amazing VIEW. We enjoyed the pool as well as the restaurant with chef tasting menu. One of the best hotels in the area. The only think I would consider is to book a larger room when staying for more than a weekend. The regular double might be too small for longer stays.

Every person that walks in through the door is treated like a vip. The staff are amazing and so helpful. They seem like one big family complementing each others strengths. How many hotels have a management team that actually acknowledge their guests outside the hotel. Amazing stay.. Amazing stay

What a fantastic venue, really blew me away. From the moment we landed, the staff were all smiles and very friendly, and some staff speak good English. Rooms were nice, very clean when we landed, views are AMAZING looking out on the lake. We have been at the hotel for four nights. Since I started learning Italian just 50 days before the vaccation I still needed to communicate in English almost all the time. This was absolutely no problem, all the staff was able to communicate in English. Also they were very friendly and polite from the very first second on. We absolutely loved the place. Owner and employees were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant was very good and the hotel premise is with its pool and garden were great. The rooms are a bit small but offer a great view over the lake. Can definitely recommend.

My friend and I were treated with great courtesy and friendliness by the lovely family and in fact it was like being in the midst of an Italian community. We had simple but comfortable rooms with views of the lake and splendid dawn chorus from the hills all around in the fine mornings in our week's stay. Friendly and affordable with a lovely view. We wished we spoke Italian when we ate here, all the staff were so friendly and jovial but only one spoke English. Good, basic and tasty food. Great wine recommendation!

Restaurant with a Great view, very delicious food (“home cooking style”) !!! We went here because it was recommended by an Italian friend. Ravioli is amazing, desserts too!!! The only drawback is the price - 50 EUR for lunch for 2 people is a bit too high.

No excuses. This is a piece of land with soul. if you like Italian style simplicity and you have the right sensibility you can find here good people and good food.

My girlfriend and I really enjoyed staying here. The hostess is very friendly and makes a delicious breakfast. The entire property is very clean and the rooms are modern.

What can I say: If you‘r seeking for a smaller, familial guest house in a typical italian lake village, this is the place to go! Great view on lake iseo and the mountains, the kindess hosts you can imagine, yummy breakfast and modern + clean apartments. Full recommendation! Singel mistake was, that the secound room has a sleeping couch only, what was shown different at expedia.

We had a wonderful stay in mid September. Ai Ronchi is located a little uphill and has therefore a beautiful view. It's a 5min walk to the lakeside, where you find restaurants and shops. Riva di Solto is a calm and quiet place, where you need a car to get around. Parking is available at the B&B. It's nice here, right by the lake. The staff helped us get closer parking and even helped us find reservations to restaurants nearby. Very friendly. The room is very spacious. It could use a little bit more lighting and maybe a fan due to the hot summers.

Really nice rooms, parking and great location. Only downsides are the noise from the street and the breakfast.
