This is a clean, comfortable hotel. Two things really mark it out though. Firstly, excellent customer service. All the staff have such a kind and helpful attitude. Nice location Nice hotel & location, but be aware of some road noise from the street. The hotel parking lot is small, so expect to park somewhere else.

It's nice here, right by the lake. The staff helped us get closer parking and even helped us find reservations to restaurants nearby. Very friendly. The room is very spacious. It could use a little bit more lighting and maybe a fan due to the hot summers.

The Continental is a business hotel, kind of, so not much charming or romantic. Yet it's quiet and clean and that was what we needed for one night: a convenient place to rest. The private parking is a plus.

I arrived at the hotel with around 20 other people after our flight got cancelled. The staff was not even properly informed about the situation but they still managed to provide us with a place to sleep, dinner, and even breakfast at 2 AM! We enjoyed a really wonderful family meal on Sunday. The lunch was fantastic together with the beautiful views from the dining room. The food was really excellent and the atmosphere of families getting together very enjoyable. Thank you to all the lovely staff.

Had an amazing 6 course surprise menu it was fabulous and would recommend and go again when back there the food was really tasty the portions were good sizes and the service was above what I expected it was my first visit to italy and was not disappointed

Lovely hotel. Small room with tiny balcony and fabulous view over the lake. Restaurant over priced and nouveau cuisine style. Breakfast was great! 20 minute walk to the lake partially down a main road. Barking and winning dog when locked away but we’ll behaved when allowed out.

This was a great hotel with a nice staff and amazing view. The only thing I wish was different was the size of the room. A bit too small. But overall we were happy there.

This hotel is a great value for Lago d'Iseo. Iseo is a major attraction and many hotels are 200€ or more. For much much less we found Hotel Belvedere directly across from the lake with beautiful views rom that balcony and windows. Giuseppe handled our reservation and he was super helpful. I honestly think we got the very last room in all of Lovere for the very busy weekend. It was a pretty quick walk...

We stayed here for 3 nights. Luigi greeted us well and helped us with our luggage. I have been in the hotel from the 8th to the 12th of August , I found the location great all around lake Iseo , the parking for motorbike inside or outside great , the room tidy and clean each day , the restaurant top breakfast and dinner as well with the top view of the lake , the service over the standard. The hotel is in a great spot and is centrally located. The staff were super helpful and friendly. We ate in the restaurant attached to the hotel and found that convenient and enjoyable. And we enjoyed the free wellness voucher that comes with your booking! The hotel has bikes you can use to ride around but we ran out of time!

We stayed in this hotel for a week, the location of the property is convenient for visiting the village and visiting the main places of interest. The property is in a small closed compound where you can find anything you need around welleness: gym. hairdresser, SPA and even doctors. There is a private medical practice just next door. Nice location. Fair and clean rooms with lovely views, but slightly outdated. Nice balcony to sit and chat in the evening. Nice staff. Food at the restaurant is tasty, but the service is a bit slow. Internet reception in the rooms is not good to not exist

This was the third time lucky re Covid restrcitions in 2020 and 2021 and wow what an aweome hotel. The hotel, room, view and staff were all excellent. The couple of things that would make is absolteuly perfect for me would be to make the access into the lake easier as I would have loved to swim but re a knee problem the drop from the end of the steps was too much. Very good lake front hotel. You can relax by the lake all day and go for the occasional dip in the lake. The restaurant is very good too - so you don’t really have to leave the hotel - but you should at least take a trip to monte isola! Breakfast was excellent! Only negatives are: * lack of hooks in the room to dry the pool towel that you only get one of for your whole stay for environmental reasons...

The place is gorgeous. Overlooking the lake with a very nice sunset. The staff is amazing and very helpful. The diner was good with very nice ingredients. Rooms maybe a bit noisy but the rest makes up for it. Also nice to take the ferry to the island opposite.

The hotel is family run and the owner is very helpful and kind. It is no longer possible to have lunch / dinner on site. Excellent position to reach the station and the pier, as well as the main services such as pharmacy, supermarket ... The breakfast is a sweet and savory buffet. This little gem of a hotel is located incredibly close to the ferry station and center of town and offers incredible views of Lago D'Iseo from the second floor. The rooms are spotless, and the linens and towels are freshly laundered. And the staff are super friendly and helpful. You won't find a better place to rest your head while in town for the price. We had a lovely time here; the lake is beautiful, the hotel is situated perfectly by the water and the walk to Iseo town not too far for us. The staff were friendly and accommodating from the off. Recommended.

The hotels position and view of the lake is beautiful, the pool and outdoor facilities are great. The two restaurants in the hotel have a good offering and buffet breakfast had lots of choice. The town of Pilzone doesn't have much except a locals bar and a fantastic fruit shop. Trains to Iseo run infrequently. So a great hotel to get away from everything.

The balcony rooms have beautiful views across the lake. Service throughout our stay was excellent. We dined in the Terrazza restaurant and the food, wine and service were all excellent too! Would definitely return.

Very stunning location! We loved the pool area and the ability to swim in the lake. The room had a lovely view, too, and we enjoyed the balcony. The staff were all very helpful but the service did not feel very personal. It was a shame that a quick lift of about 500m to the station was charged at €20 when other similar standard hotels offer this free.

It was such a pleasure to stay at Relais I Due Roccoli. We stayed in the cottage, which is a cabin away from the main hotel, a private location with a private pool. It was so peaceful. I went for dinner with my partner, baby son and mother last night. One of the best meals any of us have had. The roof terrace has spectacular views. The dining area is lovely. The staff were fantastic and if possible, the food was better. They took extra measures to make the meal with a baby comfortable. Very suggestive structure built on a rock, in a very strategic position. The rooms, served by a comfortable lift, are clean and well-kept and despite the not exactly brand new furnishings, they are well maintained. My room was on the fourth floor and it was very sunny and quiet. Good breakfast even if only sweet.

I guess the hotel had its best years in the 80ties/90ties. It's fine and rooms are OK. Hotel staff at the desk and most others are nice. We only had problems when we (a group of 7) wanted to sit at one table for breakfast - for us (Germans) this was not possible - for similar Italian groups this was not a problem at all !? The breakfast is OK - do not expect too much.

Superior rooms are OK, attendandts and waitresses are friendly and they do their job as well as it's supposed to be. Food is not good as thought, it's poor of flavour and portions are simply poor. I wasn't able to have a Wi-Fi connection for the entire duration of my stand, except in the hall, there it works.

The service and hotel staff were great, the room was nice and clean, and the location was excellent, 50mt from the famous Terme di Boario. All in all a good experience, 4/5 stars because the breakfast did not have many salted options and because the room walls had some stains and scratch, not expected in a 4 stars hotels.

Nice place that offers different types of cuisine. I took the pizza, cooked in a wood oven and very good, I particularly liked the dough. The fast and kind service. Normal prices. Note on the menu a choice of interesting whiskeys at great prices.

If passing through for a quick lunch, it's a great place. The restaurant offers lunch at a cost of 10 euros, for a first course, a second course, buffet side dishes, water and coffee. Without great pretensions, you spend little and fill up. Very courteous staff.

I stayed one night in this hotel, the online price was not cheap compared to what I then saw in the information panel hanging at the entrance. As a hotel in terms of value for money, I don't recommend it on the basis of what I paid, the room was quite spacious but as cleanliness and comfort it was not adequate for the price. Incredible staff, everyone was so friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was small but everything was fresh and tasty! Perfect location next to Terme, huge outdoor parking. We even lost the rooms metal key and they didn’t charge us anything and handled it with such elegance. The hotel may be 3 stars but the experience they give you is 5 stars. Bravo Albergo Sorriso!

Amazing ✨ I stayed here for a week with my family for a Ski and City break. 30 minutes driving to Ski slopes 1hr to Bergamo Città Alta and 1:20 to Verona, plus the mountain 🏔 and lakes right at the door step. On Monday the 17th a day before our departure from the hotel the cleaners never bothered to clean the room claiming that we had on the door the don’t disturb sign which was not true. It was a very happy anniversary! The spa amenities were very welcoming after a long day of exploring the lake area. Breakfast included a plethora of delicious choices. We also enjoyed a beautiful sunrise and sunset each day from our terrace .
