This is a nice place near by the lake , surrounded by trees , nice pool! the things we don’t like was the fact A/C wasn’t working and we had to use wet rags to help reduce de heat inside of the room, you can imagine with a 6 year old sweating all night and trying to keep cool and comfortable! brought to management attention and they pretty much ignored and didn’t do anything about it!! unfortunately we checked in late and was very late to look for another place!!

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in!!
I am writing this review to warn other, especially families, on the very poor quality of this hotel to the point where it is actually dangerous to both your health and life.
On arrival we were given the room directly above the reception with a balcony view of the car park. The room looked like something from a 1970’s hostel and also smelt like one. We were offered an small upgrade which was marginally better until…… we switched on the air conditioning unit. It was so loud you had to talk with raised voices and it never actually cooled the room at all. To top this off, the mezzanine children’s beds had a bulb missing from the light directly above the bed and was live mains voltage when switched on (which I have pictures of).
After raising our concerns and not wanting to sty our second night, we were met with a shrug of the shoulders from the hotel staff who refused a refund for our second night.
PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COST!!!

Perfect quite location, extremely friendly personnel and a perfect base to visit Umbria's magnificent cities. Kids will enjoy the well maintained swimming pool and animation programmes 👌

We've choose this hotel because of the facilities for the playground for the babies. Unfortunately all the facilities for babies were abandoned and very dirty (also full of spider net and nest). Even the balcony was not cleaned. During the breakfast we have to hold our small baby on our lap because they have only one seat for baby that has to shared with all customers. Despite the pictures and the information on booking websites the property is not beachfront.

Despite the absence of the mat in the bathroom, room are quite comfortable, clean and silent. The place is rather easy to reach and the staff is very much polite. The village is equipped with a small pool, a meditation park end a basketball and tennis court. Wi-fi and air conditioning in the room if you prefer.
