The room is okay, though a bit dated. The breakfast quality is terrible; it takes courage to call what they offer a cappuccino.

I've been traveling for over 40 years, but I can confidently classify this hotel as the worst ever. Even in my youth, on a very tight budget, I've never experienced such a disaster. The room was small and dusty, with no air conditioning, only a noisy ceiling fan. It was impossible to sleep at night. The mattress still had springs you could actually feel, the refrigerator was moldy inside, and the bathroom was small and dirty. The shower was so small that the doors wouldn't close when standing in it. The pool was dirty, and the water was green. Definitely not recommended for swimming. We didn't dare use the restaurant, given the hygienic conditions. We tried breakfast once, but found nothing except a piece of cake. We were offered a cappuccino or something similar, which made us both sick all morning. I ended up here on a 22-day tour booked through Traveldeals, for which I paid an average of €120 per night for hotels (half board), so I don't need to hear any complaints about it being cheap and good value for money! I gave it one star because I had to.

We stayed two nights at this hotel with a magnificent view of Lake Trasimeno. Luana was a friendly and helpful host. We also had the option of dining at the hotel in the evening, and for just €2.50 more, a generous breakfast with homemade cakes was included.

Well regardless of either reviews we enjoyed this hotel. 1st it was very well priced. Secondly the room though basic was very very comfortable and spotless. And the view from the balcony of the room is priceless. It was off season so the restaurant was tired and dated feeling. ( Hard to complain about a breakfast that costs €2.50) A large beer was €3 and I drank two of those on the lovely terrace. Def need to drive here but would have no issues going back for the views alone. Staff also very nice.

The strong point is certainly the magnificent location overlooking the lake and the price, but despite the friendliness of the owner there were unforgivable shortcomings. There are normal radiators in the rooms which are turned off at night and in the morning the room and bathroom are freezing as there is no air conditioning. In the bathroom there is no recirculation and suction of air, so it suffocates. At the request for face towels we twice received the white shower mat which according to the owner should be used for the face. There are no toiletries, even small ones, in the bathroom but two old and used soap dishes. The double bed was very badly made, I had to make it again three times in the night with three old and heavy tyres, absurd. The cold breakfast room in the morning without heating presents a poor and not very clean buffet, I repeat it is December 8th with 5 degrees outside and therefore cold. Rooms not soundproofed, you can hear people snoring at night. Worse than that, I don't know if you know what I mean

Good the combination stay plus breakfast and dinner, but...
Friendly staff but the welcome was terrible.
During check-in we just got the key without any explanation.
The breakfast is buffet breakfast and is quite rich but the coffee and cappuccino from automatic machine are terrible.
For dinner is possible to choose from three different first courses, three different second courses, three different side dishes and more then one option for the dessert. The beverage are covered separately. Most of the dishes that we have tried were tasty.
The structure is good for its swimming pool but the building is dated and the maintenance is missing and the cleaning as well (maybe they need more staff).
Despite our reservation they do not give us a room with a king size bed but two single beds where was uncomfortable to sleep with our small baby, even they have some available king size bed in the store room the owner suggest to put a towel in the middle between the two single beds.
The refrigerator was not working and they do not want to change.
We had to stay all the time with the balcony window close because the the balcony railing is designed with a gap from the floor that allow a child to slip through.

Well well well.. what can I say. Unfortunately I worked for 2 days and they didn’t even pay me. I went back after few weeks to get my money and they said they didn’t have cash 😂 . Any way the quality of the food is really poor. You wanna spend your money and enjoy your time somewhere else.
