Despite the absence of the mat in the bathroom, room are quite comfortable, clean and silent. The place is rather easy to reach and the staff is very much polite. The village is equipped with a small pool, a meditation park end a basketball and tennis court. Wi-fi and air conditioning in the room if you prefer.

I stayed in this hotel for 3 days with my family and we were disappointed because although the structure is really beautiful it lacks maintenance completely, the first night we spent it in a room where the bathroom drain didn't work we had to drain with a bucket , the shower leaked water from the shower tray flooding the bathroom, the second day they changed our room the bathroom worked but leaked...

Excellent location, beautiful view, the place is lived in but not to be denigrated .. rooms with everything you need, then a lot of outdoor space and a swimming pool that doesn't hurt! The owners are very kind and welcoming you feel at home .. recommended both for one night and for a relaxing holiday ..

Pure relaxation. Hotel surrounded by greenery and silence: a peace of mind. Very clean and pretty, retro style but very welcoming. To relax you can stay by the pool or take a dip, there is also a playground for children, and a ping pong table to play. Very kind and friendly staff. Ample parking.

Nice hotel, but I thought there was breakfast included, but there wasn't. And we couldn't even watch TV because there was no cable for the antenna. I didn't manage to ask because at the reception except on the evening of check in, then there has never been anyone. Anyway for those looking for a place to sleep at the last minute and to spend little, that's just fine.

The owners are very courteous and helpful, the breakfast included in the price is abundant, the room is cleaned every day and the place is very quiet and both in the room and in the bathroom everything works, if in the future I need a room they will be the first that I will call.

Giangiacomo is a brilliant host. This is a sleepy little town with a nice restaurant within a 5 minute walk of the hostel. Trains to and from Torricella are infrequent, so you'll need to plan your day trips carefully. Alternatively there is bus service, taxi service and the station at Magiore, 3 km away, offers more frequent train service.

Absolutely wonderful views of the lake and the sunset from our location. Staff were fantastic and everybody there so friendly. BBQ was just next to our property, swimming pool lovely, really peaceful and relaxing, and close to beautiful places to visit.

Location was great for me but it's not everyone's cup of tea but hotel itself was absolutely beautiful.

B&B appreciated by two couples out of two! Exceptional welcome, with a touch of class inside the restaurant. Great for a B&B, as the review shows, the rooms were great with air conditioning. The location of the restaurant is not the best, on one side it overlooks a Super Road, on the other side it overlooks the A1 motorway, always busy.

Excellent structure. Comfortable with beautiful rooms in a rural style. The location is perfect, in the industrial area, from where, in a short time, you can reach the various villages, many of which overlook Lake Trasimeno. Breakfast is not in the structure, but has a partner restaurant. The breakfast is good.

L'alloggio era molto grande e pulito. A disposizione molte brochure e biglietti da visita per organizzare al meglio le uscite durante il soggiorno. Beautiful farmhouse very well kept, there are 3 bedrooms with bathroom on the first floor (very quiet), kitchen and very large living room on the ground floor. Outside a beautiful garden where children can play and a beautiful swimming pool. Thanks to Mrs. Daniela always kind and very helpful.

The pitches here are large with lots of options in shade or overlooking the lake with beautiful sunset. The sanitary blocks are so clean and very well maintained with large, powerful hot showers (but lots of mosquitoes in the showers so watch out!). Very good welcome and good information. We booked a mobile home for two nights. After the inspection some things were missing, but in the real short time everything was completed. They hung up a plastic bag with all the missing stuff at the door of our mobile home. Great service. The lady at the reception was really friendly. My big compliments Maya! Hospitality is great, small but cozy camping. Some maintenance is needed on the trailers. Food in the restaurant is very good and not expensive. Wish they told me about the swimming caps being obligated in the pool when we were booking.

Bellissimo casale ristrutturato nella campagna umbra, ampio spazio recintato che ha permesso ai miei cani di poter sgambare in sicurezza, ottima stanza con accesso diretto e al pian terreno senza problemi di trasporto bagagli e uscita cani, ampia comoda e calda . Buona la colazione . Localizzato a poca distanza da superstrada e zona abitata ma comunque isolato e tranquillo.

The old barn is Mr. Mauro, an extremely kind and helpful person, together with his daughter. The location is close to the communication roads to reach all the Umbrian towns, it is clean, perfectly maintained, welcoming, comfortable, green, quiet and relaxing. The breakfast cakes are homemade and delicious. The pool is the icing on the cake. I can't wait to go back!

Welcoming and helpful owners. We shut ourselves out by mistake, and they came to our rescue right away despite being in the middle of dinner. Quiet residence with the possibility of using the swimming pool and barbecue area. The only flaw was the poorly equipped kitchen. We were barely able to cook a simple plate of pasta because all the cutlery was missing, there weren't even a wooden spoon and colander...

We spent three wonderful days in this farm. The location is beautiful in nature, ideal for those who want a bit of tranquility. The rooms are nice and clean. There is a swimming pool where you can relax when you return from visits to the surrounding cities. We liked it very much ... I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to visit Umbria.

Nice place, unfortunately the room was humid and the furniture was old and not so clean, the sofa was full of dust. Probably room at second floor was better.
