I stayed in this hotel for 3 days with my family and we were disappointed because although the structure is really beautiful it lacks maintenance completely, the first night we spent it in a room where the bathroom drain didn't work we had to drain with a bucket , the shower leaked water from the shower tray flooding the bathroom, the second day they changed our room the bathroom worked but leaked...

Excellent location, beautiful view, the place is lived in but not to be denigrated .. rooms with everything you need, then a lot of outdoor space and a swimming pool that doesn't hurt! The owners are very kind and welcoming you feel at home .. recommended both for one night and for a relaxing holiday ..

Pure relaxation. Hotel surrounded by greenery and silence: a peace of mind. Very clean and pretty, retro style but very welcoming. To relax you can stay by the pool or take a dip, there is also a playground for children, and a ping pong table to play. Very kind and friendly staff. Ample parking.

Despite the absence of the mat in the bathroom, room are quite comfortable, clean and silent. The place is rather easy to reach and the staff is very much polite. The village is equipped with a small pool, a meditation park end a basketball and tennis court. Wi-fi and air conditioning in the room if you prefer.

It is a great place to take a break from the hustle and bustle of the city. The view of the lake and the pool are the best part of this place. A great advantage is also full equipment, various types of kitchen accessories or refreshments (cookies, juices, water). It's good starting point for visiting Perugia or Assisi.

Three days to escape from everyday life. Surprising welcome .... kindness and cordiality received from the first moment. NOTHING is missing inside the apartment. Beautiful lake view pool at your complete disposal. Seeing the other apartments it is obvious to think of a new stay in our structure in the company of friends.

Good starting point for excursions in the area. Several fully-equipped apartments in a 19th-century building and in an annex directly on Lake Trasimeno. Infinity pool on the fully enclosed lawn. Covered parking Air conditioning in bedroom. Italian breakfast meals, water, milk, fruit juices, pastries, towels and bed linen included and provided in the reasonable rental price, as well as bathrobes, caps...

Due to illness we had to cancel our trip just 3 day's in advance of our arrival. Officially for a cancellation within 7 days before arrival ,a cancellation penalty is due. However they were so generous to cancel our planned stay without a penalty!

Must do Wonderful. Best views in Italy by far. Rich in history. Staff are all impeccable and friendly. Restaurant is superb and an incredible breakfast. Very clean and comfortable.

A nice resort built on a hill overlooking Lake Trasimeno, branded as a romantic resort but open to families with kids, sometimes spoiling the experience. The resort is spread between rooms in the main building, some too close to the restaurant, and others detached with more privacy. We have not been very lucky as some insects left us with annoying bumps but overall the place is in a very nice location...

An amazing view and situation on a hill surrounded by olive groves. Each room is unique, all built of original stone. The staff friendly and helpful and a great restaurant to top it off. We did not have time to use the spa facilities, but definitely a place we would like to return to.

This place is an experience not simply a hotel! Far off the beaten track BUT worth the treck. The setting, atmosphere, food and wines, swimming pool and the view are all amazing. They also have a wellness centre which you must book in advance and is totally private for you and your guest(s). The hotel is next to the town of Magione and next to the beautiful Lake Trasimeno BOTH well worth exploring...

A few days away. Not too great on the first night to be honest. The location, stunning, the room, beautiful with the swimming pool right on our door step. However, the heater for said swimming pool is located opposite the headboard of our bed, so during the course of the night you can hear the machine working away with a constant humming sound, which, during the night is greatly amplified. I found this place very welcoming, the staff are friendly and helpful. Excellent value for money. Very convenient parking that will allow you to leave your car in front of the room. Fascinating panorama, ideal for those who love animals, on the farm you will find many very beautiful kittens and 2 Great Danes, the owner is very willing to satisfy the needs of his customers.

L'alloggio era molto grande e pulito. A disposizione molte brochure e biglietti da visita per organizzare al meglio le uscite durante il soggiorno. Zona piscina ben organizzata con ombrelloni e sdrai. La signora Daniela molto carina e premurosa nei nostri confronti, in quanto purtroppo durante il mio soggiorno sono stato poco bene.

Het ruime huis met alle mogelijke voorzieningen. De tuin eromheen met een ruime keuze aan zitruimte. De perfect ingerichte keuken. De vele mogelijkheden om te fietsen in de schitterende omgeving.

Beautiful farmhouse very well kept, there are 3 bedrooms with bathroom on the first floor (very quiet), kitchen and very large living room on the ground floor. Outside a beautiful garden where children can play and a beautiful swimming pool. Thanks to Mrs. Daniela always kind and very helpful.

Nice hotel, but I thought there was breakfast included, but there wasn't. And we couldn't even watch TV because there was no cable for the antenna. I didn't manage to ask because at the reception except on the evening of check in, then there has never been anyone. Anyway for those looking for a place to sleep at the last minute and to spend little, that's just fine.

It's a nice accommodation in old Italian borough at the top of the hill above the Trasimeno Lake, close to the border between Toscana and Umbria. Wonderful Umbrian experience in the Spanish village. Quiet area away from the traffic and noise pollution of the city, the village is a real oasis of peace. Large rooms equipped with all comforts. The pool area offers a magnificent view of the hills and Lake Trasimeno, the owners very kind and super helpful. If I return to these parts we will certainly keep it among the places to return.

Very nice and relaxing place. The Muffa Nobile accommodation is very spacious and rather well equipped. We were able to take advantage of the pool which be careful not to be in the sun all day. On the other hand, a pity that there is no air conditioning in the accommodation and that the bedding is a bit old so the nights are not necessarily restful. This small tourist rental is great. Now it's called Maxi Paradiso run by wonderful people Consuelo and Camilla. You have the possibility to have breakfast independently in a dedicated area where you will find everything you need in abundance. You will feel at home, go and you will be satisfied!

We stayed two nights from March 16th to 18th and had a great time! Delightful B&B in a strategic position by the lake. Parking nearby and free. Maximum attention to the customer, fantastic breakfast! Mr. Giangiacomo is an exceptional person, extremely available and ready to give valuable advice for both tourist and culinary itineraries. B&B appreciated by two couples out of two! Exceptional welcome, with a touch of class inside the restaurant. Great for a B&B, as the review shows, the rooms were great with air conditioning. The location of the restaurant is not the best, on one side it overlooks a Super Road, on the other side it overlooks the A1 motorway, always busy.

The location is perfect, in the industrial area, from where, in a short time, you can reach the various villages, many of which overlook Lake Trasimeno.
