This is a great and nice place right next to the harbour. Our room was #8 with a very cool balcony. Everything is well thought of, with designer furniture, high quality fixtures. Good breakfast with excellent coffee. The personnel was friendly, amenable, always there to help. Best value so far for our stay in Cinque Terre.

Great breakfast in a beautiful lemon tree garden. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was spacious, comfortable and quiet. The location was up the hill away from the big crowds but close enough to get into the heart of the town in a few minutes.

Modern, clean and practical bedrooms. Ours had a stunning terrace with excellent views of Manarola. We changed our evening plans so we could sit and appreciate the sunset and watch the town change from day to night. We were woken up to the smell of baking croissants in the morning which was delightful but at first I did think I was having a stroke.🤣

My daughter and I recently stayed at this beautiful hotel. Everything was absolutely perfect! The owners were fantastic. We were kindly given an upgrade and dinner reservations In town were made for us. Their place was extremely clean and comfortable. We especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast in the lemon tree garden. We loved everything about our stay!!!

We chose to stay in Manarola in order to visit Cinque Terre . This accommodation is near the train station , few minutes walk to the downtown restaurants and 5 min walk to the parking area. Our stay here was good and comfortable. The room was extremely clean. It also has a great view, which can be seen from the bed as you drink your coffe; it’s more than enough for the little time spent in the room

It was good, good communication, nice view and decent room, but overpriced and a bit small. We could use a provate garage in La Spezia, which was great, but the door of the box was broken.

Lovely place to stay, right in the centre of town, but so peaceful and quiet. Close to the train station, ferry and restaurants. Milena and Luca were wonderful hosts, very helpful in helping us with what to do and where to go.

We loved the place! Great and simple. So charming with two terrassen. And with a great location. The room was tidy, clean and airy. Bathroom as well. Friendly, helpfull and informative straff. Room was clean and tidy. Bed was comfortable and bathroom was sufficient. Staff were very friendly and helpful, as well as being very knowledgeable about the area. Excellent location with just a short walk to Manarola train station. Pillows were a bit soft but that is personal preference. Initial stairs were narrow (shallow depth) but that is more of a warning than a negative of the property.

The location was great, a short walk from the station at Manarola. The view from our window was picture perfect, We wish we could look at that every day. Restaurants nearby were great, and travel to other villages via train or boat was easy

The location is very good; close to the train station and the sea. The service was nice, friendly, and the rooms clean. It was quite an experience after a full days hiking to be at the balcony at sunset and sip nice glass of wine while whachting people walk by as we listened to a street claninett player. The location of the room is great. It is right next to the square. They have rooms in different buildings but they are right next to each other. Perfect location on the main street in Manarola, a short walk from the train station, restaurants, shops and the sea. Clean and nice room with air conditioning and a small refrigerator. Quite loud when the trains pass and no real window in the room, but still very happy with the stay.

The view is memorable. Breakfast was plenty and delicious. However, the bed was hard as a rock. The "mattress" was the thinnest we have ever been on- including camping. Arpaiu is not really a hotel. It's more like a bed and breakfast without the comfortable bed.

One of the best train stations that I have seen and been to in my life so far. Even if you don't visit the beautiful village of Manarola do take some time to admire the beautiful views from the train station as it is very close to the sea. You have some really nice views here.

Can't tell you enough what a great place this is. I stayed here during spring 2020 and first of all i loved the location. I had such a good time here not even kidding. We loved this hotel. It is quite a walk up the hill and requires going up many steep stairs but once you get settled the views are unmatched. It provided the most incredible views to wake up to every morning.

The location was superb, near the church square, shops and restaurants but also just at the beginning of walks to both Corniglia and Riomaggiore, a real bonus. The apartment was perfect, a very comfortable bed and a wonderful balcony overlooking the church square and the hills with the sound of the rushing river to lull you to sleep. I loved this place! It's a cozy little hotel with lovely staff, a comfortable room, really good breakfast, a nice location, and in a delightful and beautiful town. But like much of Cinque Terre, it is a vertical place. From the train or ferry, we had to walk up the main road, then up some steps to our hotel, then up more steps to our room. It takes some strength and stamina, but it's worth it.

I loved the harried proprietress! She was still able to be kind to me when she wasn’t working on the fabulous breakfast pastries and breakfast! I had a medical problem and I went to her and she called the pharmacist for me. The staff is really helpful and friendly. The rooms are typical European size but very well kept and extremely clean. The breakfast is great and included with the room. They also have free wine in the afternoons. Wi-Fi is weak depending your room.
