Everithing there was amazing: place, people, location, food, wine, weather 👌
We had an amazing time here at Cinqueterre Residence, using Riomaggiore as a base to explore the other towns. Our room had a spectacular view of the entire town, from which we could enjoy the sunset in peace each evening. The room itself was very clean, brightly lit and housekeeping was thorough everyday. Breakfast was delicious and the hot chocolate was the highlight (my wife’s favorite on our whole...
Amazing spot. The property is extremely clean, modern and comfortable inside, the staff are awesome and super helpful. Breakfast is delicious and very handy to get you going in the morning- they even hand make you cappuccinos. It’s in a nice village close to many restaurants; although there’s a fair amount of stairs to get back to the apartment. This is common all across CinqueTerre though, and there...
Loved this place, and it’s run by a group of very nice and hardworking people. The staff is very helpful and kind. The rooms are clean, spacious, cute and fit in with the surrounding of rural Italy. Breakfast is good with fresh fruit, eggs, coffee m, honeycomb honey and some items from their home grown garden. It’s a beautiful earthy property with lots of trees including lemon and floral varieties...
A lovely and unique hotel with stunning views of the town and sea. The staff are brilliant and prices are great!
This hotel was the perfect stay for our 3 days in Cinque Terre. It has a beautiful view overlooking Riomaggiore. We had the superior deluxe room which was amazing. The staff went above and beyond during our stay. Davide helped us book a private boat tour, and made sure we had everything we needed. The breakfast was delicious and had many options- made any coffee drink you wanted and served the best...

Beautiful view and special experience from room, good service.
Very lovely room but unfortunately the weather was not great so didn’t get to use the balcony. Perhaps check local weather beforehand!
It was great being right in the harbour. Our host was so informative and helped us plan our hikes.
Paolo was over the top helpful. The property had an outstanding staff! Beds a little hard and a/c could have been a little better.
Waterfront Hotel Nice location on the water and room was clean. Michel was very friendly and helpful.
Lovely stay for us from Canada. It is a bit difficult walking all those stairs but the owner assisted us and we got a service to bring our bags back to the train on leaving. Excellent view of the sea and all activity from our balcony. Perfect spot

Lovely hotel in a great location. Room was great, amazing breakfast, and fantastic staff- nothing was too much trouble.
Wonderful location within metres of the sea and famous views. Friendly hosts and reception staff. Clean and comfortable room.
We loved our overnight. Alberto was so welcoming. The room was clean and and the windows opened to the water. Breakfast was very good, eggs cooked to order. Hospitality was tremendous. Thank you Jessica
This is a fantastic place to stay in Cinque Terre! The owners are very personable and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and that we had all the information we needed for the area. We stayed during our anniversary trip and they left us a handwritten note with some cookies in our room. They were also able to provide a room with a balcony that looked straight out to the sunset...
Would absolutely recommend staying here! It was the perfect location and the husband and wife that owned and ran the hotel are truly what made our stay excellent. They were the most accommodating couple and great at what they do. They were both very helpful with booking reservations, recommendations, and making our stay comfortable. They are also readily available and in the hotel lobby most all of...
This is a great and nice place right next to the harbour. Our room was #8 with a very cool balcony. Everything is well thought of, with designer furniture, high quality fixtures. Good breakfast with excellent coffee. The personnel was friendly, amenable, always there to help. Best value so far for our stay in Cinque Terre.

Great breakfast in a beautiful lemon tree garden. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was spacious, comfortable and quiet. The location was up the hill away from the big crowds but close enough to get into the heart of the town in a few minutes.
Ciao~ Hello. I visited Manarola in early September. I found the hotel closest to the village parking lot because I used a rental car. The 'Hotel Ca' d'Andrean' was convenient because it was very close to the parking lot. It was the best condition for me. It was very close from the hotel to the main square and sea. The accessibility was good. The room was clean, and above all, the view from the terrace...
Nice staff. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was amazing and served on a nice terrace outside. Definitely a place to consider when staying in Cinque Terre.
Modern, clean and practical bedrooms. Ours had a stunning terrace with excellent views of Manarola. We changed our evening plans so we could sit and appreciate the sunset and watch the town change from day to night. We were woken up to the smell of baking croissants in the morning which was delightful but at first I did think I was having a stroke.🤣
We had a wonderful stay in Manarola at this hotel! All the way from checking with us before we arrived, to helping with our suitcases from the train station (which is close but uphill), to making dinner reservations the staff did a great job! The room was very comfortable and we appreciated the Air conditioning! Breakfast outdoors by the lemon trees was nice. Simone was very attentive, genuinely caring...
My daughter and I recently stayed at this beautiful hotel. Everything was absolutely perfect! The owners were fantastic. We were kindly given an upgrade and dinner reservations In town were made for us. Their place was extremely clean and comfortable. We especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast in the lemon tree garden. We loved everything about our stay!!!

Just went for drinks and some sorbet, both were excellent! Nice staff and fantastic view. They had just changed owners so it might have a new name now.
Tasty food, great prices and a spectacular view.
I don't know if it's this location but I recall the name of the restaurant was La Posada. I had the best seafood pasta dish in this restaurant.

Good location in La Speia. Easy access to port and train station for visits to Conque Terra. I saw bikers everywhere. We drove a car. Ample parking. Very helpful staff. Good breakfast.
You MUST stay here!!! This hotel is one of the nicest places I have ever stayed in. We travel frequently and this hotel is one of the best ever. Owner and staff are amazing. Continental breakfast was delicious. Rooms were clean and had private balcony. Enjoyed the rooftop deck for wine in the evening.
I stayed at Hotel Nella with my husband and family over Easter break and we had a wonderful time. The entire staff was warm, kind, helpful and made us feel right at home. The rooms were super clean, and spacious. The breakfast was also delicious with great pastries, yogurt, fruit and plenty more food to choose from. There were also some lovely restaurants right outside where you could enjoy...
The welcome was very nice and warm especially the receptionist Sarah. The room is small but really beautiful with a view of the mountain in a quiet area with a small balcony, the breakfast is really generous! Very practical for a visit to the Cinque Terre. It would be nice to have a car to get around.
Staff was excellent very helpful and gave a lot of recommendations. Area close to La Spezia and convenient if you have a car. There are also bus routes if needed. Breakfast was good

Staff was very friendly and accomodating. It's located right next to the train station and it's so easy to walk to the centre from there.
Had a wonderful stay. The hotel is a minute's walk from the train station - and in the opposite direction of most foot traffic. You do hear the trains from your room so if you're a light sleeper that could be the only problem. I didn't even notice them for the most part - all the hiking, swimming, walking, eating and drinking had me sleeping like a baby. Comfortable beds, a/c, basic standing shower...
Friendly lady managing the facility. Room had air conditioning!!!!! And it’s own private balcony, the location was ideal for the train station, room was super clean and it was cleaned during the day while we were out. They held our bags for us after we checked out and our train was in the evening. There’s also a little garden / rooftop balcony that was for all guests. Would stay here again!
Very lovely place on perfect spot - close to the downtown, close to the beach, close to shops, close to train station. Should be kept in mind by visitors, that it is maybe a little bit on "rush place" - the train goes in next street almost every hour or so during the day. But we didn't mind it at all. The hotel is nice, comfy, cosy with pleasant atmosphere. We had room no. 11 with new nice bathroom...

Fantastic location for exploring Vernazza, right in the centre. A bit of a steep climb - but this is to be expected. Breakfast terrace was beautiful.
Amazing on the deck for breakfast.Clean and good housekeeping.
Excellent stay at a fabulous hotel - breakfast terrace is amazing and peaceful evening terrace a great feature. The restaurant is the best one we ate at in town.
Lovely bar and cafe - very friendly service and a nice escape from the hot sun.
RECCOMENDED! Good night stay on a breathtaking place on the Italian Coast. VERY NICE! * The astonishing & peaceful view from the Breakfast Area. * The attention of the breakfast staff. NOT THAT NICE... * The attention in the Reception & in the Bar. * The room was dusty. Was not cleaned properly for our arrival. Tidied, but not clean. * No air conditioner in the room. BE AWARE! * Numerous stairs...
Hotel is very clean and has really good views. There are 2 outside terrace - one is used for breakfast (covered if bad weather). Rooms are not really quiet, but in the night is anyway nothing disturb. Good hotel, can recommend it.

The accommodation was fantastic. The view of our apartment was simply exceptional and we truly enjoyed having breakfast on the terrace overlooking the bay. Take advantage of the nice pizzeria around the corner, it's worth it.
Things we loved about our stay: 1-The view: very large windows made it so easy to enjoy the view. We also loved our private patio. 2-The pool: pool was nice too, not crowded and fantastic view. 3-the front desk lady was helpful. Things we didn’t like: 1-location! If you are planning to use public transportation this is not the best location. It has limited bus option and while we were there taxis...
The price is on the high side compared to the quality. The hygiene is ok but I was sorry to find hair in the shower. We had a lot of mosquitoes even though we kept windows and doors closed. The windows were open on arrival. The kitchen was a disappointment. We would have liked clean dishcloths. It is a beautiful building with a sublime view. We enjoyed the pool.
Room was very nice. Beautiful view from the patio. The pool was gorgeous and warm. Also the restaurant next door was delicious. Make sure you make a reservation. Also the lady at the desk was very helpful with planning trips to Cinque terre

its an good option as a hotel in La spezia, there is Michelin recommended restaurant next street. Good for an option in between Genova and Clique
good on the whole though expensive
The hotel is conveniently located about an 8-minute walk from the train station, making it a manageable distance for traveler. However, I did feel a bit uneasy in the area at night, as it didn't seem very safe. While the hotel itself was comfortable, if I were to visit Cinque Terre again, I would likely opt for a hotel in Monterosso for a more secure and scenic experience. Yet, can't complain with...
Not bad at this price point. But there are rooms without elevators and the hotel should’ve informed travellers about that. Amenities are lacking, no dental kits, no one-time slippers.
Amazing location and hotel, very artsy. They have Toiletpaper showergel and shampoo, for the fans :) All the staff is really friendly and helpful, Isabel especially, thanks for everything. We travelled with our 2 kids and got a junior suite, very spacious, the bathroom had a bidet. Walking distance to everything. Amazing breakfast. Came here after more than a year with a couple of friends. Super friendly staff and amazing location, in a couple of minutes we were at the train station.
Good hotel on a budget and friendly staff. Due to its location it can get very noisy at night. They can improve their facilities but overall they treated me and my family very well and gave us good recommendations. Thank you!!
Amazing, kind staff. I had injured my leg while traveling and was transported back to the La Spezia for treatment. When I was released, I could not walk far. We had no place to stay. The staff went out of their way to help us with a place to stay for the night, helped us get what we needed to accommodate my disability, and even helped us to the train and on our way. Gracie mille!
Loved the hotel wth minimum requirements with the clininess. It's very nearer to the La spezia central and many supermarkets u can find nearby. The bestet hotel with the minimum price. By chance if u got an upper floor as ur room, ul b getting a very nice view of the surroundings.
So near to the station that there is no need to book a place in Cinque Terre
The shared bathroom was not always clean (although 24/24 was not expected) and the mattresses were just awful - noisy and uncomfortable. We were supposed to have a double bed but got 2 single beds put together instead, although not at the same level in height. Good for value, I would say, and close to the train station, which is a plus to visit 5terre. There must be better options (and cheaper) out...

Awesome atmosphere here, staff were very friendly, rooms nice and clean & great location. Will come back here agaon really enjoyed my stay.
Location, cleanliness, quiet, decent wifi. 15 minutes walk from train/bus station. Nice garden bar. Beside high end retail and restaurants. More or less this hotel fits short term stay.
Bit dated but very conveniently located and has everything you need. Keys are huge and a pain, then you are expected to leave them at reception which I wasn't keen on

This hotel is a bit far from the station, but you can walk there. The staff are very nice, the room is clean and tidy, and the price is high.

OK hotel floor tiles worse Breakfast OK An OK hotel introduction
Fantastic staff, location, hotel. We had a lengthy stay here following my husband having a heart attack and subsequent treatment in La Spezia hospital. The only bad thing about this place is the beds. They felt like they were made of stacked cardboard, but we were tired enough from our travels in Cinque Terre that is didn’t matter. Lovely warm welcome with exceptional service. Clean rooms with everything you need. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Dinner in the restaurant was excellent. Great value for money and highly recommended.

Never give 5 stars to restaurants, maybe gave like 5-8 in my whole life. This place is totally worth it. When you get in you totally think its a canteen, but if the place is recommended by tripadvisor and also but the tenant of your hotel in La Spezia then you start thinking it has to be good. We got moved around rooms although we specifically asked for two twin rooms. They blamed their main booking centre. We had to sleep in different bedrooms and could t unpack properly. It was a nuisance. The restaurant staff wasn’t helpful and a bit rude too. Not happy. The lifts take forever but the restaurant food was fab.
A bit of communication issues. Liked the room but would have liked some water in the room. The rooftop bar was lovely and the service great. The restaurant service was not so great. Overall, I would choose again.
I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The room was small but very functional, and everything looked brand new. We even had a partial sea view, which was nice. Just had the pleasure of staying as part of our honeymoon. Would highly recommend, excellent location and incredible views from the terrace (with ample seating). The staff were very helpful and warm, ensuring a pleasant stay. We are already planning our next visit!
Stayed here for 3 nights (solo traveler); had a room on the 4th floor (maybe 423) where I could see the water--with a wrap-around balcony. Room was clean. Bed comfortable. I think this hotel had some charm to it.
