Family run hotel, clean environment with a nice sea view. Great location and hearty breakfast. The swimming pool and green space is a plus.

We are two couples from Rome and we spent a pleasant week in this beautiful property located a stone's throw from the sea, welcoming and well cared for in every environment, with lots of greenery and a beautiful swimming pool. The hotel is quite well maintained, clean, the room was spacious and functional, nothing was missing including a very useful mini fridge. My partner and I stayed a week in early August in the b & b. Very nice and quiet place with some common areas but always quiet. Always kind and helpful owners and many services offered. Sehr netter und zuvorkommender Gastgeber, der trotz der Sprachbarriere uns bei Fragen weiterhelfen konnte. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber! Das italienische Frühstück war gut. Toll war, dass wir zu unserer Reisezeit gratis den Bus in die Nachbarorte Numana, Sirolo und bis nach Portonovo nutzen konnten! Deswegen war die Lage mehr als ausreichend.

B&B piccolino ed accogliente, ottima posizione: si può andare in spiaggia a piedi volendo, ma è anche vicino alle altre spiagge di Sirolo e Numana con un breve tragitto in auto. Sara e suo padre Felice sono gentilissimi e super disponibili, ti fanno sentire a casa!
