Hotel Solaria

We had very bad experience in this "4-Star" hotel. The staff speaks mostly only italian and in 2023 it's not acceptable that only very few speak english (you can forget any other language) and even the english is mostly bad. The hotel rooms are very outdated, with inventory mostly from the time the hotel was build (1970ies). But the most anoying thing is, that if you have room direct around the reception you will have big problem to go to sleep, as in this hotel they have very loud discoteque every night. So if you have children that need to go bed, you can forget it. THAT is not acceptable.

Hotel is good.They only speak on Italian, they don't know how to speak English. Animators are rude. Breakfast is same every day. Dinner is sometimes bad. Every night is disco for litle kids who needs to know Italian. After disco is show on ITALIAN. I don't want to go here again. Hotel is shaking. Rooms are small. Cleaners are very good . They clean rooms two times a day.

For the low price we got what we expected.
Bonuses it is as close as can be to the ski slopes, parking, extensive buffet. Off course the service, accomodations and food are not top notch but they are sufficient according to the price. See this as the Aldi option of skiing.

I deduct points because half of the building is so old that made us nickname it the DDR part. But they are apparently renovating it. The most troubling is that most nights there was a in house disco blasting music way to my room late into the night. The beds are another point of criticism, after a week I was due for a back revalidation.
