Perfect Family Ski Vacation Spot

We had an amazing stay at this hotel as a family of five with three kids—not always easy to please! The rooms are spacious, spotless, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable family vacation. Everything is extremely clean and perfectly organized, especially for a ski holiday.

The staff is exceptionally friendly and always ready to help, making us feel welcome from start to finish. The food is flavorful and delicious, with great attention to detail and dietary preferences, which was much appreciated.

What truly sets this place apart is its perfect location—just steps away from the ski gondola. Plus, you have everything you need right in the hotel, so there’s no need to go anywhere else.

Highly recommended for a stress-free, enjoyable ski trip, even for families with picky little ones!

Very nice place ! Might be not the most posh and new hotel out there but everyone is super friendly, accomodation and food is super good ! Plus the lift is literally one minute !

Excellent hotel - very close to the slopes, just a short walk to the nearest ski lift. The food was delicious and very varied. The staff was lovely and accommodating which created a great atmosphere. I would definitely come here again!

I spent an amazing winter getaway at the Cristallo Hotel in Pejo and cannot recommend it more highly. The hotel staff was amazing, especially Salomea and Siren, who were extremely kind, courteous and helpful throughout my stay. It was definitely a standout experience for me.

Additionally, the hotel was well managed and Syrena was an amazing manager who provided excellent organization and professionalism. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable, and the restaurant offered delicious food and drinks.

If you are looking for a place to relax in the mountains, the Cristallo Hotel in Pejo is an ideal choice. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, excellent service and a great atmosphere.

I've been here with my wife for the second time (first in 2018). We always felt comfortable in your hotel with personal care of a manager to every guest. Hotel Cristallo has it's complete story for us: very nice accomodation, fine home made food cooked with a chef's love, sweet wellnes directly in the building, cable car very close to the hotel, happy friendly staff and all that for suprisingly low prices. All this and around make it a very nice atmosphere in Peio and our new experiences and memories, that is why we would like to come back sometime again. Thank you Cristallo.
