We had a beautiful stay in Hotel Manzi. Check in very welcoming, our room was very clean every day and we had dinner in the rooftop with an amazing sunset. Perfect breakfast included in a sunny patio. Recommended!

Very nice location by a number of beaches. Rooms and baths are on smaller but super clean. They have an affordable buffet breakfast for 7 euros per person (no take out) We enjoyed our stay. Staff is friendly, they recommended place to eat with discounts. I I would recommend that the upgrade the patio furniture - one broke on us.

Clean. Shower was good, hot water all day. Price a bit high. Walls very thin - can hear people snoring above, below and in next door rooms. Would not stay here again. Accommodation in this area in general is expensive and mediocre quality

This is the perfect hotel for long-term business or pleasure. Stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment for 3 months with my wife and 5yo while working at Camp Darby. Hotel a little dated. Good location for a quiet experience. 20 minutes to Pisa and about an hour by train to Florence. Good quaint little city with small shops.

Still my fave hotel on med coast of Italy. Older property done right. Service is outstanding, free breakfast is delish, private beach and Olympic pool are delightful. I have seen lots of group events here and everyone seems to be quite satisfied. I’ve not eaten in the main dining room but I’d expect it to be of the same careful quality.

We always enjoy staying here right on the beach with a beach bar and massive swimming pool that is never packed out with people.

This hotel is tied for the finest hotel I've been in with the Mandarin Oriental in San Francisco. The location, on the beach, is second to none. The best part of this hotel is the staff, they are some of the finest people I've ever met. They are friendly, helpful, accommodating to your every need.

Pretty good hotel. Best location. When it’s windy though, impossible to sleep with everything banging around on the roof. Room was nice and clean, ocean view. Breakfast is your typical cheap variety of foods. Nothing special. Bacon, eggs, pastries, breads, juice, Italian coffee machine, and of course, like every Italian hotel, a pot of terrible American coffee.

This is a very typical modern Italian hotel. We had electric shutters on the window and exceptionally good air conditioning. We over looked the pool. The room was very clean and tidy. Great place to stay! Big appartements, with lots of space. Be aware of the noise of the other appartements (it is really noisy). And be aware of the season. After the end of September the pool and beach closes. We had a great time, also since it is near Pisa.

Simple accommodation right along the beach front. The service was really nice - and very flexible when it came to changing rooms because one had a strong after smell of smoke. The facilities are relatively old - but if you are looking for a place close to the beach it’s a good spot.

Good Hotel great for extended stay customers, big mini fridge, microwave in the common space wifi. It is still close to the beach. The staff is very accommodating and they let us grill out back. It is an older building and you will be climbing some stairs no matter what room you get.

Room was modern and clean, staff was friendly. However, this is not a 5-star hotel! 3 stars at best: Lousy service, no beach/pool towels, mediocre breakfast, gotta pay extra for everything, very disorganized at times. Probably somewhat comparable to an ALoft hotel in the US, decent, but not 5 stars.

This Resort is a lovely place for people who want easy going holidays on the beach. We were lucky to have a very big and nice room with balcony. Very good 3 stars hotel but DEFINITELY NOT 5 stars. Everything is missing ( safe box, slippers .... etc) The service is very expensive. The gentleman ( with barbe) in the desk is DEFINITELY NOT CORRESPONDING to 5 stars hotel: very arrogant very unpleasant ( had impression that we are not welcomed in that hotel)

Nice renovated resort, but keeping the building as it was when it was built!! Beautiful swimming pool, efficient staff and reasonable prices!!! The food experience for the moment has not been satisfactory but we strongly trust in a future improvement ... A cocktail by the pool, listening to good music is highly recommended !!!!

Great place where to spend your holidays. Positives: great personnel from the reception to the pool bar and the dinner service. Special mention to Franco who has been serving my family magnificently and to Davide at the bar whose single macchiatos are unrivalled. The room was not very clean. The cleaning service had no fixed hours, so you could hear them cleaning from 7 to 16. No way to plan your stay during the day. The hotel was “new and nice” 10 years ago. Now it should have 2-3 stars instead of 4. Not up to the standard it thinks it is.

Nice hotel, room was spacious and clean although perhaps a little bit dated (a refurb would make it even better). Restaurant was great, I really did enjoy the food. Outdoor swimming pool was nice. Unfortunately the spa was closed because of the covid restrictions.

A very lovely place to stay. The apartments are very spatious and clean. The domain is huge and well maintained. They offer all the necessary facilities. So it is just perfect to relax and enjoy a nice holiday.

What a fantastic place to stay. The grounds are beautiful with a little animal farm, which our 1 year old daughter loved. Special thanks to the staff who were all very welcoming, friendly and gave us tips and tricks on where to visit, making our stay even better. I don’t often want to revisit places, but here I would.

Nice place! Middle of nowhere (better have a car to get there), very nice forest near, cafes and shops - in 2-3km. Recommended to relax from people presence. Have a not heated swimming pool, football field, and big territory.

A very nice place. Airport is nearby and planes are loud to hear but the rooms are very good and the pool is really great. The bistro is very good as well. If you don't mind the planes, I can recommend the place.

Cool animators, good location, breakfast was not bad, bar doesn't accept cards, dirty sea,friendly persanal.

The place is very suitable for a vacation with small children, the room was wide, the bathroom too, the breakfast was nice. In the evening there is a program for children. It has its own pool and exit to the beach. Two sunbeds with an umbrella on the first line are paid 35€ per day. and parking €10 per day. A quiet place for a family holiday.
