We had a beautiful stay in Hotel Manzi. Check in very welcoming, our room was very clean every day and we had dinner in the rooftop with an amazing sunset. Perfect breakfast included in a sunny patio. Recommended!

Beautiful setting opposite marina. Within a couple of minutes walk to a great pizza restaurant. Clean and comfortable.

Probably the best option to stay in M.di Pisa. With the nice view out of the window. Terrance with a little patio on the ground floor. Fridge and coffee/tea area. Cozy rooms, new bathrooms , comfortable bad and awesome ornaments and pattern's on the walls. Looks really old fashioned, elite and italian. Recommend.

Good evening, start by saying that the property is really beautiful and tastefully renovated, the rooms are spacious and well furnished and the breakfast is home-made. The point at which the structure is located is a, you know, because it overlooks the mouth of the river Arno where it is in the construction of the new marina, we hope to end soon. This villa-hotel reflect the soul of Marina Di Pisa. Nice, new, simple, basic and relaxing. Basic accommodation of clean, well-serviced and refurbished rooms. Each with very good shower and private bath, comfy bed, and good aircon. The villa has a small garden, no breakfast or meals but you can get you breakfast or coffee in the near by restaurant for 2 or 5 euro. Recommended.

Cheap and very near to the seaside

Very nice location by a number of beaches. Rooms and baths are on smaller but super clean. They have an affordable buffet breakfast for 7 euros per person (no take out) We enjoyed our stay. Staff is friendly, they recommended place to eat with discounts. I I would recommend that the upgrade the patio furniture - one broke on us.

Clean. Shower was good, hot water all day. Price a bit high. Walls very thin - can hear people snoring above, below and in next door rooms. Would not stay here again. Accommodation in this area in general is expensive and mediocre quality

It was awesome! Everybody is really friendly and helpful. The hotel is beautiful and there are flowers and plants everywhere. They helped us with our car as too, that where we can find a car service. I really liked it and i want to go back! ☺

This is the perfect hotel for long-term business or pleasure. Stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment for 3 months with my wife and 5yo while working at Camp Darby. Location is great, 5 minute walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops. 10 minute drive from Camp Darby, 15 minute drive to the airport, and 20 minute drive to the leaning tower of Pisa. We came to Tirenia from Poland for two weeks. A great holiday for a reasonable price. We had an apartment with access to a lawn in a house near Via dei Pioppi, its size for a three-person family was sufficient. There was a swimming pool, parking and free WiFi. Nice, comfortable apartment. The location is fantastic walking distance to beach and some great places to eat. The staff was very helpful. Had some difficulty with WiFi at first but Michele kept working on it until he solved the problem...had great internet after. Enjoyed our time there very much!

Hotel a little dated. Good location for a quiet experience. 20 minutes to Pisa and about an hour by train to Florence. Good quaint little city with small shops.

Still my fave hotel on med coast of Italy. Older property done right. Service is outstanding, free breakfast is delish, private beach and Olympic pool are delightful. I have seen lots of group events here and everyone seems to be quite satisfied. I’ve not eaten in the main dining room but I’d expect it to be of the same careful quality.

We always enjoy staying here right on the beach with a beach bar and massive swimming pool that is never packed out with people.

This hotel is tied for the finest hotel I've been in with the Mandarin Oriental in San Francisco. The location, on the beach, is second to none. The best part of this hotel is the staff, they are some of the finest people I've ever met. They are friendly, helpful, accommodating to your every need.

Pretty good hotel. Best location. When it’s windy though, impossible to sleep with everything banging around on the roof. Room was nice and clean, ocean view. Breakfast is your typical cheap variety of foods. Nothing special. Bacon, eggs, pastries, breads, juice, Italian coffee machine, and of course, like every Italian hotel, a pot of terrible American coffee.

This is a very typical modern Italian hotel. We had electric shutters on the window and exceptionally good air conditioning. We over looked the pool. The room was very clean and tidy. The staff were exceptionally helpful. They have a lovely modern swimming pool and tennis court. We experienced no noise and it all seems very calm and peaceful given the hotel sits on a busy road. We spent 5 lovely days here during our recent holiday. The manager Enrico made us very welcome and was always very happy to give us really useful advice on local beachs, restaurants, transport & attractions. The rooms were very comfortable, the breakfast choice wide & very tasty and the hotel pool a delightful place to while away the time. I LIVED IN TIRRENIA ALMOST 4 YEARS AND MY FIRSTBORN SON WAS BORN IN LIVORNO. A FANTASTIC PLACE AND PEOPLE. LOVED EVERY DAY I WAS THERE.

Big swimming pool. Spacious rooms.

Great place to stay! Big appartements, with lots of space. Be aware of the noise of the other appartements (it is really noisy). And be aware of the season. After the end of September the pool and beach closes. We had a great time, also since it is near Pisa.

Went there for a work event. The place I absolutely stunning and we ate quite well. I raccomand it for any event.

The public areas are nice, the entrance and surroundings need attention. The apartment I stayed in is perfect for a week vacation, if you don't mind pull out sofa beds up to 4 people can sleep there

Nice spot to pass by. There are not a lot of things to do. I would say the hôtel is quite an old one and overall I suggest it to be only a passing by point if you did not find anything else. Staff is polite.

Dated hotel but nothing really wrong with it. Stayed in apartment for one night. Plenty of space and clean. Breakfast was OK. Hotel has beach club 10 minutes walk away but umbrellas cost extra. Nice sand and clean water. Hotel has tennis court and small but nice pool. Also table tennis table and equipment for hire.

First visit here and we are coming back! Steak was great, Pizza was fantastic (Ofen baked) and the dessert .... to die for! Johnny and Thomaso where the best waiter we had in a long time!

Good restaurant on the see of the Tyrrhenian sea,offers plenty of early earth and of the sea,with fish specialties, always fresh and chosen with meticulous care by the owner and chef, Mario. The Euro Hotel is an OK Option for short stays. We used it for a night away after a ferry ride to Livorno. Rooms can be noisy due to the road in front and you might hear your neighbors. But they are clean and otherwise fine. There is a n always open parking in the backyard. Breakfast was better than expected and better than stated in other reviews with some Italian sweets, bread, cheese, salami, joghurt...

Beautiful living room. The hotel is well kept inside, it is very close to the sea and beaches. The rooms are complete with every comfort, Wi-Fi will truly come in the room and the breakfast is very GOOD. Highly recommended, definitely a place to return.

Simple accommodation right along the beach front. The service was really nice - and very flexible when it came to changing rooms because one had a strong after smell of smoke. The facilities are relatively old - but if you are looking for a place close to the beach it’s a good spot.

This is an affordable hotel very near the beach with a friendly staff. The place is a bit worn, but it's clean and spacious. The breakfast is typical Italian with a lot of sweet pastries, one type cheese and salami. You'll also find buns and yogurt. The coffee machine made ok coffee. Breakfast is included. Good Hotel great for extended stay customers, big mini fridge, microwave in the common space wifi. It is still close to the beach. The staff is very accommodating and they let us grill out back. It is an older building and you will be climbing some stairs no matter what room you get.

Room was modern and clean, staff was friendly. However, this is not a 5-star hotel! 3 stars at best: Lousy service, no beach/pool towels, mediocre breakfast, gotta pay extra for everything, very disorganized at times. Probably somewhat comparable to an ALoft hotel in the US, decent, but not 5 stars.

This Resort is a lovely place for people who want easy going holidays on the beach. We were lucky to have a very big and nice room with balcony. Very good 3 stars hotel but DEFINITELY NOT 5 stars. Everything is missing ( safe box, slippers .... etc) The service is very expensive. The gentleman ( with barbe) in the desk is DEFINITELY NOT CORRESPONDING to 5 stars hotel: very arrogant very unpleasant ( had impression that we are not welcomed in that hotel)

Nice renovated resort, but keeping the building as it was when it was built!! Beautiful swimming pool, efficient staff and reasonable prices!!! The food experience for the moment has not been satisfactory but we strongly trust in a future improvement ... A cocktail by the pool, listening to good music is highly recommended !!!!

A nice place with a beautiful pool. We were at a party with a buffet in the pool, the bathroom at night and the next evening dance.

Great place where to spend your holidays. Positives: great personnel from the reception to the pool bar and the dinner service. Special mention to Franco who has been serving my family magnificently and to Davide at the bar whose single macchiatos are unrivalled. The room was not very clean. The cleaning service had no fixed hours, so you could hear them cleaning from 7 to 16. No way to plan your stay during the day. The hotel was “new and nice” 10 years ago. Now it should have 2-3 stars instead of 4. Not up to the standard it thinks it is.

Nice hotel, room was spacious and clean although perhaps a little bit dated (a refurb would make it even better). Restaurant was great, I really did enjoy the food. Outdoor swimming pool was nice. Unfortunately the spa was closed because of the covid restrictions.

A very lovely place to stay. The apartments are very spatious and clean. The domain is huge and well maintained. They offer all the necessary facilities. So it is just perfect to relax and enjoy a nice holiday.

What a fantastic place to stay. The grounds are beautiful with a little animal farm, which our 1 year old daughter loved. Special thanks to the staff who were all very welcoming, friendly and gave us tips and tricks on where to visit, making our stay even better. I don’t often want to revisit places, but here I would.

Nice place! Middle of nowhere (better have a car to get there), very nice forest near, cafes and shops - in 2-3km. Recommended to relax from people presence. Have a not heated swimming pool, football field, and big territory.

Great quite place for families.

A very nice place. Airport is nearby and planes are loud to hear but the rooms are very good and the pool is really great. The bistro is very good as well. If you don't mind the planes, I can recommend the place.
