Unfortunately, my experience was far below expectations for a 5-star hotel. The shower was dirty, and the lower shower fitting did not work. The “double bed” was actually two single beds pushed together, with no mattress topper, leaving an uncomfortable gap in the middle. Several amenities were either broken or poorly maintained — the kettle did not work, one of the bedside lamps was out of order, and the toilet roll holder was broken.

Cleanliness was a major concern: both coffee mugs were filthy, the TV remote was dusty and sticky, and no bottled water was provided in the room. The communal toilet in the foyer also had urine on the floor, which was unacceptable.

In addition, the furniture was poorly maintained — the bedside table was so uneven that items kept sliding off, and the pillows were lumpy and uncomfortable. Despite the restaurant being empty, we were unable to dine at our preferred time, which was disappointing.

When we raised these issues with reception, no apology was offered. Instead, we were told it was our fault for not reporting everything immediately. Overall, I am in utter disbelief that this property is advertised as a 5-star hotel.

Not worth the money.

The shower doors do not close, also there is mold in the corners.
It is not possible to turn off the lights on the balcony - so it is light during the night in the room.

We had to ask multiple times to get the coffee in the morning.

But worst - the hotel advertisement suggests access to the beach but you need to pay extra as the beach belongs to a beach club. Additional cost per day depending on the option up to 60 EUR. Also you can't bring your own umbrella even if you pay, which we had to do as we have a small baby.
