Still my fave hotel on med coast of Italy. Older property done right. Service is outstanding, free breakfast is delish, private beach and Olympic pool are delightful. I have seen lots of group events here and everyone seems to be quite satisfied. I’ve not eaten in the main dining room but I’d expect it to be of the same careful quality.

Hotel a little dated. Good location for a quiet experience. 20 minutes to Pisa and about an hour by train to Florence. Good quaint little city with small shops.

We always enjoy staying here right on the beach with a beach bar and massive swimming pool that is never packed out with people.

We loved the location of this hotel. The views from our balcony were beautiful! We kept the window open at night and could hear the waves from the sea all night. The rooms were clean, and the complementary breakfast was one of the best we've ever had. We traveled here because my husband had business with his company. I came along for fun. It was walking distance to the bus stop, so I was easily able to go anywhere I wanted. If we ever return to this area, which we hope to some day, we will be staying here again.

This hotel is tied for the finest hotel I've been in with the Mandarin Oriental in San Francisco. The location, on the beach, is second to none. The best part of this hotel is the staff, they are some of the finest people I've ever met. They are friendly, helpful, accommodating to your every need.

Pretty good hotel. Best location. When it’s windy though, impossible to sleep with everything banging around on the roof.
Room was nice and clean, ocean view.
Breakfast is your typical cheap variety of foods. Nothing special. Bacon, eggs, pastries, breads, juice, Italian coffee machine, and of course, like every Italian hotel, a pot of terrible American coffee.

Lovely place for relaxing in the sun and swimming. Rooms didn't have place to dry towels or washed clothes, that was a bit tricky, but overall rooms were clean and comfortable. Food was good the couple times we ate at hotel.

Rooms ok long walk to rhe part of the beach you can use no near by toilets food is all italian no good if you dont eat italian food . Dont cater for british people food wise. Couple of staff spoke good english at the pool bar and where nice evening meal staff didnt speak english and laughed at us .hotel on paying bill tried to scam us for a bottle of wine we dont drink wine . Not enough things to do at hotel no night life. First night my wife was being sick after eating bland horrible spaghetti it was tasteless. We kept using the local supermarket to buy cooked chickens fruit etc.

Great location with a great staff. Maybe because the main summer season hasn't started, but their cleaning standards were not as good as I've experienced here before. The shower doors could be cleaned better, a less-used stairwell (back of hotel) looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a while.....there were little things like this.

The beach is perfect. The swimming pool is great by its olympic size.
Room was moderate due to old fashioned and very small bathroom.
The internet Wi-Fi is disaster. There is still kbps speed here in this hotel. You must forget to use internet in this hotel. You need to set your alarm clock for morning at the checkout day. Because checkout time is 10:30 latest without any flexibility.
And Sun-bed setup in the beach. It is another puzzle you must to solve at the first day. You can easily get disappointed at the very first hours of your holiday. Overall the price of hotel is only for their perfect beach location.
