I was there on Saturday night for an overnight stay, a disappointment was when I arrived, very dirty rooms, insects walking on the floor, spiders near the wall, absurd bathrooms, very dirty. They also changed my room from 203 to 206 but they were both dirty, Mr. Paolo wanted to dress up as a cleaning lady to clean my room.. then despite everything he made me go down to a cellar called "important suite" still dirty and he wanted to make me come back after half an hour with the difference in money.. I was speechless because I think a hotel should be in good condition and above all clean because having a structure like that is a big responsibility! I also have photos and videos but in the reviews he only makes me publish photos

My nephew was there yesterday he told me about a horror film very dirty neglected broken shower dog food under the bed humidity wet sheets a nauseating smell rude and they didn't even want to refund rude snubs better close I wouldn't go there even if it was the only one on earth below zero

Very dirty rooms with cobwebs and spiders and little animals walking on the floor I attach photos and videos of the 2 rooms they changed my 203 with 206 but they were both like this 😂 it doesn't let me upload the videos but how disgusting then Mr. Paolo from the reception wanted to clean the room himself because he said that the cleaning lady arrived at midnight

I didn't have a good experience here. The rooms are clean, the furniture is quite new and the staff is available for every request but despite this the hotel requires some improvements to the services it offers: the TV doesn't work, the wi fi works at times and the room where I stayed was quite small. Let's say that if you don't have many expectations it could be fine but personally I didn't like it.

nice rooms, bathroom that leaves a little to be desired, without windows or extraction and without shower curtain.

I was there to stay overnight to test the environment on behalf of friends but I can tell you that there is better out there and also at a good price, hot water didn't come out every now and then there was no electricity and the climate freezes, road dark and isolated, let's not talk about the rest...😰😨😰😱

Honestly, I went there yesterday to take advantage of one of their room plus pizza promotions but I was very disappointed, first of all during the phone booking they told me that by telling it at check-in I could use it for 4 hours instead of two and that the room was set up...
I found a cold room with an insufficient air conditioner and not set up and at the reception they told me that it was not possible to stay there for more than three hours. Honestly, I will not return there again.
Especially because in that bed in that room I felt an itch all over my skin which was very strange.
Sometimes saving €15 is not always a good thing in these cases saving is never profit.

We stayed here in April 2019. Even though they did not know much english, that did not matter there. Their kindness and the fact that they are all very nice people makes it possible to get through any language barriers. They were hospitable, accommodating, and the room was very clean! We would definitely stay there again.

Compared to the other structures in the area it is quite convenient, as the price is not very high and it is still comfortable.
There would certainly be some details to perfect and to take care of as regards the maintenance of the structure but I repeat .. for the price paid it was quite satisfactory.
The Jacuzzi was beautiful, and the decoration of the room made us find. The only advice I would give is to take better care of the appearance of the aperitif, perhaps avoiding presenting chips in bags, but adding snacks and not just packaged items.
