We stayed here one night with a tour group. Nice hotel but there were no blankets in the room - only a top sheet and only one outlet. The breakfast was ok but no hot eggs or bacon. It is far from the city center and a shuttle or taxi is needed to get there.

We were a family in the hotel for the whole week, with kids. Not even a single negative thing, staff was always respectful and polite in every communication event. Nice boutique hotel, well decorated and the location is great in the centre of Marsala. Unfortunately the hospitality was not meet my expectations, the front desk staff didn’t explain anything about the hotel and room services, just handed over the room key and that’s it. I believe as a four-star hotel they can do much better in communication.

Very nice room but I think you need 2 luggage holders in your hotel rooms because if you have 2 people in a room, there is normally 1 luggage for each person. That is my only complaint about your hotel. Other than that, it was fabulous !

Oh my goodness! I cannot express how blissful our stay way! My boyfriend was planning to propose and not only did the staff accommodate us so well, but they went above and beyond to make sure our stay and the proposal went smoothly! An absolutely beautiful place to stay. The views are amazing, especially the sunsets which are truly stunning- go for a sunset aperitif! Despite other reviewers negativity, we had a lovely and memorable stay at the Hotel Palace! The staff saved the day by arranging a private boat tour with a local guide when our original tour canceled at the last minute. Drinks by the pool, spacious room, plentiful breakfast. Staff also provided excellent dinner recommendations close to the hotel. They all went above and beyond.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. It is truly a beautiful building that looks just like a palace. Staff were very helpful and responsive. Room was spacious and clean. Great location walking distance to everything in Marsala. Would definitely recommend if you are traveling around Sicily.

Beautiful hotel, friendly staff and excellent service. I urgently needed somewhere to work whilst on holiday with my family and found this hotel. They offer a €15 per person service to use the pool. The lobby and internet were free which was perfect. A big thank you to Sandra who was managing the reception and helping us and for allowing my daughter to play the piano! Super old fashioned hotel on the port of Marsala. Extremely clean and beautiful restaurant, pool and rooms. The only issue we had was the air-conditioning as our room would not cool - horrendous to sleep in!

The surroundings may not be grand but the extensive gardens and pool suggest a grandeur of a previous era. The room and ensuite were well appointed and the buffet breakfast was excellent. The in-house restaurant served good food and there is a mega grocery store up the street behind the hotel.

Mostly good holiday, with staff trying to please. Let down by no air conditioning yet this month, and building works on the beach. Rooms very hot at night. Close to both the Mozia pier and Marsala, in a local town and family owned. Refurbished hotel with great rooms, doors don't block much sound but that is forgiven because the service is impeccable. This is a well situated hotel ideal for exploring Marsala. There are restaurants nearby and major sites are within walking distance. Rooms are well appointed, beds are comfortable and bathrooms have all the conveniences necessary. They even have towel warmers. Staff is helpful, professional and friendly. We had a group wine tasting here, with a lovely meal. Manuela was very knowledgeable and happy to answer all our questions. The local organic wines were very good and each distinctive.

Good value for the money but not special

My husband and I stayed at Nino and Francesca's for two weeks in June. We met two fabulous people, super helpful and very kind, suffice it to say that when we arrived at Palermo airport we had an unexpected problem with the car rental and Nino came to pick us up from Marsala, then on the day of departure he brought us back. Quiet place, very kind owners, the apartment is comfortable and spacious. There is also an organic vegetable garden available. Maximum relaxation. Highly recommended.

A charming place to stay with lots of character, in the pedestrian area of the old town. Room was spectacular, and breakfast excellent. Parking is available on the street nearby. You need to buy scratch cards from a tabbachi to display that you've paid for the parking.

Signorino Resort is a really friendly and cosy place to relax. Nicola and Giovanna are very friendly and helpful and seem truly happy to see their guests happy. The resort is near the beach, but a few kilometres from the city centre of Marsala, so a car is advisable.
