We loved where the hotel was located, the sunset view was stunning. And it was a walking distance from Massa Marittima where they had so many amazing restaurants. Also the staff was very professional and incredibly nice.

A very well located hotel with superb views of the sea and countryside from our large balcony. The staff were great- always friendly and helpful. There was no charge for the pool which was a great place to relax after seeing the town ( 10 minutes walk). We loved Massa Maritima !

Great location, tiny rooms with tiny beds, bad service from main reception guy who seems to dislike English people but good service from the bar staff in the evening.

Not impressed with the accommodation provided possibly due to over enthusiastic Covid 19 precautions . I look forward to a further visit on which I'll post again.

Hotel is old and in bad need for a renovation. Air conditions marginally working. The swimming pool is of decent size and clean. Breakfast is very limited in choice and low in quality. Coffee is the only decent choice. The restaurant is of good quality and very reasonably priced.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. Armando at the reception was very kind and always very helpful. The other staff we encountered were also always very considerate. The room was really clean as well as comfortable. The view from our room was fabulous. There is free parking at the hotel and the walk into town takes about five minutes.

Beautiful hotel in a beautiful town. Super large rooms and they even have kitchen inside. Nice clean pool and large garden. Very good breakfast with real coffee. You can park near the hotel for free. Staff very friendly. The only negative that this is in the higher town so you have to walk down to the old town and climb up later.

Very nice hosting people in this clean and quiet hotel. Rooms are very large and you can enjoy a swimming pool and a beautiful garden behind the house. It's not cheap but the price worths it. Enough comforts for a enjoyable stay but simple enough to keep costs low, there were facilities for making hot drinks in the room, as well as a mini-fridge. It was a fantastic stay. The food was far better than last year. The buffet again offered several courses. We booked the renovated Comfort Room S. The renovation was a success. We missed more storage space in the bathroom. Another dresser in the room would have been welcome. We felt comfortable and would be happy to return. The golf course was great. Stayed one night. Staff were incredibly helpful, the house had everything we needed.

The room furniture is outdated but still comfortable stay at Maremma Tuscany Village. Location is fine if you are by car, otherwise everything is far away. Pool area is ok, not a the most attractive but fun for the kids. Quality of the food at the restaurant is average, not the best. Breakfast was ok, however a lot of sweet options and limited non-sweet food. Again, food quality was average

The bungalows are well furnished a bit simpler but perfectly adequate for normal people like me. The pool is small but that doesn't bother at all. And in the high season for € 640 a week an absolute snap.

A very good location for a one week holiday in Toscana. You can easily reach the sea with some very nice beaches around, but also visit a lot around. The apartments are spacious and comfortable, the swimming pool a blessing in hot summer days when you want to relax. The village is very convenient for families. All you need is just there. Swimming pool, tennis courts and other amenities are really good. What a beautiful little diamond of a place! If you need a break from a busy life this is perfect! A lovely bar (if a little expensive) and stunning surroundings with a gorgeous outdoor pool which happened to be quiet when we were there so it felt like we owned it! Last time I was here it was more than 20 years ago and it seems it still appeals to mostly German and Swiss speaking people which for me was excellent as my Italian is very rusty. Absolutely perfect place for family vacation, next to the sea, pools, restaurants, etc.

The resort is beautiful and well maintained! Everything can be reached in 5 min walk! The sea is perfect for the family with small kids! Something to improve would be the cleaness of the rooms and the Wi-Fi connection in the apartment. It doesn't allow you to stream media from internet and more over also to work remotely.
