Ein wunderbares kleines Hotel mit sehr freundlichem und aufmerksamen Personal. Der Juniorchef ist immer ansprechbar und hilft wo immer es nötig ist. Sein Mitarbeiter Danielo ist besonders zu loben. Das Haus ist sehr sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und geradezu familiär. Das Frühstück lässt unseres Erachtens keine Wünsche offen und das Buffet wird ständig aktualisiert. Bedauerlich ist lediglich, dass es kein Restaurant gibt. Bemerkenswert ist auch die Achtsamkeit auf vermeintliche Kleinigkeiten. So findet sich im Schrank des Zimmers ein großer Regenschirm sowie eine Tasche mit Handtüchern für den Besuch der Therme. Sehr lobenswert.

We have stayed in several different hotels in Merano in the last few years, but Windsor is our new favorite. Family-owned and operated, everyone on the staff was very kind and welcoming. We were traveling by bicycle, and this hotel has a beautiful and convenient bike storage room in their parking garage under the hotel, with the ability to charge e-bikes. Nice breakfast buffet in a comfortable dining room, with good selection of fruit, cereals, rolls, pastries, etc. Being cool weather, we did not get to experience the outdoor courtyard and pool — next time! Conveniently located on the river, close to the train station and the historic center.

Questo hotel è davvero molto bello Ottima la struttura, ben tenuta , pulita e accogliente in una zona vicina al centro ma fuori dalla confusione. Molto silenziosa Il personale, dai proprietari agli impiegati, è molto cordiale, gentile e pronto a tutte le necessità dei loro ospiti Siamo stati proprio bene e lo consigliamo!!!

The hotel is strategically located in the city center, at the edge of the pedestrian area but also close to the local train station. The rooms are spacious, quiet and extraordinarily clean. Breakfast is lavish and it offers a variety of food, from fine local cakes and pastries to high quality bread and cold cuts. The staff is helpful and ready to give advice for an unforgettable holiday.

Cosy family run hotel in Meran within a few minutes walking distance along the river to the center, thermal bath, transportation and restaurants.
Very good breakfast buffet with fresh fruit and comfortable, clean rooms made it the perfect base for a long weekend getaway.
Friendly and attentive staff. To top it all off, we were given a free pass for all public transport in Alto Adige for the duration of our stay.

Perfetto. Situato in ottima posizione per passeggiare lungo il Passirio, visitare il vicino centro e fare piacevoli escursioni nelle vicinanze. Camere molto confortevoli, accuratissima pulizia, colazione particolarmente ricca e varia. Cortesia e disponibilità di tutto il personale. Consigliatissimo!

Hotel bello, pulito, elegante. Il personale gentile e molto professionale! La colazione intercontinentale e buona! La nostra stanza perfetta in ogni angolo, anche con il camino in camera. Parcheggio sia al coperto sia fuori. La struttura tipica è in una posizione ottima per raggiungere il centro della città e fare una passeggiata nel verde e lungo il fiume. È completo di tutti i servizi necessari per un'ottima permanenza. Ci torneremo sicuramente!

Thank you Windsor! The hotel is close to the center, beautiful, spacious and well-equipped rooms, varied breakfasts and, above all, great and helpful, smiling staff. The beds are very comfortable, the room is beautifully clean, perfectly tidy and fragrant 👌❤️. The pool is large, super clean, I appreciate that we also had towels for the pool. B&B bello, pulito, elegante, dotato di parcheggio ed in ottima posizione per raggiungere il centro città comodamente a piedi. Proprietari e personale molto gentili e disponibili. Colazione varia e per tutti i gusti. E stata un'ottima scelta e ci torneremo sicuramente.

GEWELDIG HOTEL! Het hotel wordt gerund door een familie en dat merk je aan alles. Als gast ben je belangrijk en voel je je gewaardeerd. Je bent geen nummer zoals in veel grote ketens. Alles is super schoon, de faciliteiten zijn uitstekend: parkeergelegenheid, lift, prachtig zwembad, airco op de kamer, elektrisch rolgordijn, mini-bar, voldoende ruimte. Het personeel is geweldig. Allemaal, van de ontbijtdames tot de schoonmakers en de receptie. De eigenaren doen écht alles om het je naar de zin te maken. Het hotel ligt op een super locatie. Naast het riviertje de Passer met een fraai wandelpad. Het is ongeveer 400 meter lopen en dan sta je in het centrum! Wij reizen behoorlijk veel en zowel mijn man als ik vinden dit een van de fijnste hotels ooit!! Helemaal TOP!
