The hotel exceeded our expectations! The view is incredible, and everything is super clean. The jacuzzi on the terrace of our room was absolutely amazing. The suite was huge, and the shower had a Turkish bath style, which was a great touch.
Breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. We didn’t get the chance to try dinner as we were out, but the spa was fantastic, with different types of sauna rooms. They also have a beauty salon, and the gym is good enough for a quick workout with a beautiful view.
Don’t forget the infinity view is phenomenal.
I only wish the staff had been a bit friendlier.

We’ve just had a really lovely couple of days in this hotel. We were welcomed by a really nice gentleman called Peter who showed us to our room. He made us feel very welcome. Decor is gorgeous and views are to die for. So many lovely little touches that made us feel very special. Our two boys loved the pool and slide and the kids area. Thank you so much.

An absolutely perfect stay, staff and area. We would like to thank all the staff for a pleasant stay and we will definitely be back. We were fascinated by how such a large hotel can be run in such a family-friendly, pleasant and yet very functional way.
It is also worth mentioning that the whole Merano area is very attractive. It is not just a piece of Italy, but literally one big beautiful garden.

Very nice place to stay at an relax overlooking Merano ! The food was auper yummy and well presented and excellent quality ! I only can complain on a small issue of the air conditioning which was not cooking enough but apart from that it is surely a nice place to stay at in Merano

🤠 had the great experience to stay in a 5 stars hotel in Merano. The SPA is simply amazing. Also the food 😋 delicious! The receptionist lady wasn't very kind unfortunately I asked her for an extra pillow .. and never arrived ..

The daily dinner menu also was inexplicable! I thoroughly enjoyed my 1 week in this resort. They really know how to spoil you and make you feel truly relaxed here!
Also really appreciated the little wine tasting experience and other evening activities they offered.
Spa, wellness, fitness and sauna services also were above my expectations.
Loved the indoor and outdoor concept of the pool, was easy to still swim even during bad weather.

This was our second year in a row going to the Schenna resort. The location is very nice with a good view. Staff of the hotel in every part of the hotel is very friendly. We had the vinea suite which is very good equiped with comfortable beds and are cleaned very well by the housekeeping staff. They have their own winery of which you buy wine in the hotel after your stay and also during dinner. The restaurant is very good with delecious food and a good variety of choices. One of the owners of the hotel does his round every day in the restaurant to greet all the guests and do some small talk which is a nice gesture to see he is really busy with his guests. Do keep in mind that German and Italian is the primary language, they do their best to speak English but this doensn''t always work out great...
