An absolutely perfect stay, staff and area. We would like to thank all the staff for a pleasant stay and we will definitely be back. We were fascinated by how such a large hotel can be run in such a family-friendly, pleasant and yet very functional way.
It is also worth mentioning that the whole Merano area is very attractive. It is not just a piece of Italy, but literally one big beautiful garden.

Very nice place to stay at an relax overlooking Merano ! The food was auper yummy and well presented and excellent quality ! I only can complain on a small issue of the air conditioning which was not cooking enough but apart from that it is surely a nice place to stay at in Merano

🤠 had the great experience to stay in a 5 stars hotel in Merano. The SPA is simply amazing. Also the food 😋 delicious! The receptionist lady wasn't very kind unfortunately I asked her for an extra pillow .. and never arrived ..

Also really appreciated the little wine tasting experience and other evening activities they offered.
Spa, wellness, fitness and sauna services also were above my expectations.
Loved the indoor and outdoor concept of the pool, was easy to still swim even during bad weather.

This was our second year in a row going to the Schenna resort. The location is very nice with a good view. Staff of the hotel in every part of the hotel is very friendly. We had the vinea suite which is very good equiped with comfortable beds and are cleaned very well by the housekeeping staff. They have their own winery of which you buy wine in the hotel after your stay and also during dinner. The restaurant is very good with delecious food and a good variety of choices. One of the owners of the hotel does his round every day in the restaurant to greet all the guests and do some small talk which is a nice gesture to see he is really busy with his guests. Do keep in mind that German and Italian is the primary language, they do their best to speak English but this doensn''t always work out great...

Very good food, spacious rooms, nice wellness area, competent Spa staff, modern minimalistic hotel. I gave 3 stars because I was misinformed that the hotel is in a dog friendly area (it is not). If you are travelling with a dog that needs exercise, this is not the area you need. I had to drive 20min every day to an area where my dog could run. Considering that a nature vacation in a Wellness hotel was the reason of my stay, I was quite disappointed.
It is situated on the sunny side of the mountain, but in a neighbourhood, with another hotel right in front of my room (I had people staring into my room from their hotel). I guess I got unlucky with the view. Normally in a 4Star hotel with these prices, you get flip flops/slippers for the Spa, also, the Wellness area does not provide towels, you have to remember to bring these from your room.
The Staff are very friendly and accomodating. I recommend this hotel if you want to be near the city, for dog owners, not so practical.

First thanks a lot to work stuffs. Only one thing gave me a little bad impression, happened the first dinner of Christmas Eve. I would like to know where is the restaurant, so I arrived in the restaurant 5mins early, just make sure that's the place where I will have dinner. When I arrived the entrance and tried to say excuse me to a waitress who was doing something. but she pretend not to see me. I thought maybe I arrived to early, so I stayed wait,, 1min later a Germany couple arrived behind me, the waitress came towards to them and say Grüße Gott... and bring them to the table soon, Just past front of me..🤔. Then I went back to my room let me come down several minutes. I thought maybe she was not happy to work during festival days o because I am a single Chinese woman .
