This is not a 4 star hotel.
No WiFi
Mould on the bamboo between the bar and restaurant being dripped on by the air con
Staff are fantastic and the food is lovely.
The light on the lift was exposed
We have wires exposed in our room
For the same price as the hilton in milano centrale it's a joke.
Never recieved the welcome gift for child and we arrived a day before my daughters birthday.

When we arrived at the Hotel we had really high expextations but were disappointed as soon as we stepped into the hotelroom. Unfortunately the bathroom was not really clean (hair everywhere) but after we asked at the reception it was cleaned! The staff at the reception and the hotel manager were really friendly. However the waiters seemed tired and/or unexperienced. The breakfast was big but you could tell that some pasteries were nowhere near freshly made (a bonus for the fact that they don't / didn't throw away everything as soon as the day is over but some things started to look a little "nasty") A little disappointing for a 4*s hotel.
