Of all the chalets where we have been, this is the best one, both in terms of rooms but above all in terms of cleanliness. The carambola is a strong point of the house.

Very clean nice quiet large room with good a/c. Staff was very helpful even when our car brokedown. Also gave us 2 days complimentary bfast for 2 persons. Will recommend.

Lovely hotel with a very serviceminded staff. The room is clean and have enough space and I had a room with bacony and view of Etna. The breakfast was nice and you get fresh made scrambled eggs. There is other things to order included in the breakfast too. But I just remember what I had and was happy with that. The check out went smooth. It was a really comfortable stay. Recomend the place.

Very characteristic structure !!! We stayed in the attic, delightfully decorated like a romantic chalet! All well kept and clean. The bathroom, spacious and bright, boasts a medium-sized velux and, at guests' disposal, the classic hairdryer (not that of hotels) ... a really useful detail! Very nice detached holiday home. Quiet, with a magnificent view of the sea and etna behind the house. Welcoming guests at the top. Perfect location to discover etna, tiaormine or Catania.

Stayed here with a friend, we had to shorten our stay to catch an earlier flight and the owner was very understanding. The owner, Luca, was also very helpful with great recommendations for what to do and where to eat. Me and my girlfriend booked the chalet for the 25th of December. Beautiful place, we were greeted by friendly and disponible staff. Small place, true, but it does feel like at home. From the chalet, the views were astounding. Also, we had all kind of commodities. Great and soft bed, huge tv, practical A/C to keep the chalet warm even with chilling temperatures outside, bathroom with all commodities...

It was quite good. Luca was very friendly. He helped for Etna trip. The Garden is very large and cosy. You can also have dinner or a bottle of wine there. Quite good! The breakfast was also very good for an Italian one. The room was clean and quite.

We had an amazing stay. View on Etna is nice, breakfast was amazing and our room was perfect. It’s not far away from a few villages for dinner and good restaurants. Giovanni was quick to answer any questions and was very kind and welcoming.

Beautiful hotel with wonderful views of the volcano and the lower villages. The host Giovanni is one of the nicest people we have ever met. He is always ready for his guests and really around the clock. No matter if it is night or day. Super homemade breakfast and nice and clean rooms. We can only recommend this hotel to everyone. I felt like home thanks to Giovanni. This place is amazing, the best place to stay in Sicily, it's very near to the highway and easy to navigate to there. You can leave the car inside. B & b immersed in total peace. We spent only one night there, unfortunately, two adults and two girls, the room was beautiful, large and welcoming. The owners are friendly and helpful. The only drawback is that there is no fridge in the room, so if you have small children ... powdered milk 😜

The place is beautiful and surrounded by greenery, well maintained, excellent location. The view of the central crater is beautiful. The staff is very welcoming, the breakfast is plentiful. Fantastic willingness to welcome pets. The owners are very nice, having to go with my cat they turned away their dog (who doesn't like cats) for the duration of my stay. I'll come back. Wonderful weekend spent in a welcoming and charming structure, located in a corner of paradise, as you have in front of our majestic Etna, which gave us a natural spectacle during its activity. Friendliness and kindness are the soul of this structure, in particular I thank Mary and Lucia who delighted us with their cakes and their sympathy, we felt at home.

Nice hotel, located at a 1000m on the hillside, in a vineyard, 2km from Milo. There is a friendly staff, on arrival ask for information and look on the (hard to find) information board.
