Best place to stay if you would like to go to Etna. Raffaele and his family were so friendly and good people. The most friendly that we have seen here in Sicily. Huge recommendation for this hotel.

Lovely hotel with a very serviceminded staff. The room is clean and have enough space and I had a room with bacony and view of Etna. The breakfast was nice and you get fresh made scrambled eggs. There is other things to order included in the breakfast too. But I just remember what I had and was happy with that. The check out went smooth. It was a really comfortable stay. Recomend the place.

Me and my girlfriend booked the chalet for the 25th of December. Beautiful place, we were greeted by friendly and disponible staff. Small place, true, but it does feel like at home. From the chalet, the views were astounding. Also, we had all kind of commodities. Great and soft bed, huge tv, practical A/C to keep the chalet warm even with chilling temperatures outside, bathroom with all commodities...

It was quite good. Luca was very friendly. He helped for Etna trip. The Garden is very large and cosy. You can also have dinner or a bottle of wine there. Quite good! The breakfast was also very good for an Italian one. The room was clean and quite.

We had an amazing stay. View on Etna is nice, breakfast was amazing and our room was perfect. It’s not far away from a few villages for dinner and good restaurants. Giovanni was quick to answer any questions and was very kind and welcoming.

B & b immersed in total peace. We spent only one night there, unfortunately, two adults and two girls, the room was beautiful, large and welcoming. The owners are friendly and helpful. The only drawback is that there is no fridge in the room, so if you have small children ... powdered milk 😜

The place is beautiful and surrounded by greenery, well maintained, excellent location. The view of the central crater is beautiful. The staff is very welcoming, the breakfast is plentiful. Wonderful weekend spent in a welcoming and charming structure, located in a corner of paradise, as you have in front of our majestic Etna, which gave us a natural spectacle during its activity. The host stays right in the next house and is always available. Location is accessible only by personal vehicle. I don't think it is easy by public transportation.

I knew the structure with a previous management. Now with a family but certainly professional management, the structure has taken on another dimension. People available at most; maniacal cleaning. I spent an evening with friends in this place intrigued by the new management. And what can I say, with the new management the place has definitely come back to life. The staff are very courteous and helpful. The food is really good (and at a good price) and with excellent quality ingredients. A Great Place to stay by the feet of the Etna!

Fabulous. I stayed there with my girlfriend for one night, it's like being at home. The very kind and super friendly host immediately made himself available for whatever we needed and showed us the area. The only flaw if you return to your room after sunset, the road that goes from the entrance of the residence to the entrance of the B&B itself is dark, only the last stretch has lights that turn on...

Location near the Etna, rooms are gracefully located if you happen to have a balcony with a view. Service is questionable, pay close attention to the prices.

This hotel is pretty good. It's located 15 minutes away from the town center, yet it's in a pretty relaxing atmosphere. Rooms are pretty big, furniture is old but not untidy or unclean. Service and breakfast are OK. I recommend it if you have a car or simply love to walk or discover new places.
