Check in was smooth and let us into room early, room was clean and spacious shower good. Breakfast plenty of choice staff attentive especially with one of us being gluten free. Pool and view fantastic. Need a car to get around however train station 30min walk Giarre not much to do or see. No outside food or drinks allowed. Bar staff attempted to double bill so ensure if paying cash to ask for receipts...

I loved my stay at Etna hotel! Especially the pool so clean and fab setting. Gardens pretty and our room was so clean done every day. This hotel is in the most stunning location over looking Etna It is the ultimate in relaxation. The staff were fabulous and always ready to help. Breakfast is continental with a wide range and the home made yoghurt and croissants are delicious. We stayed 10 nights and did not want to leave. There is a restaurant attached which was fabulous. Sunbeds were always available and it is the nicest pool...

What a gem, had a weeks wonderful stay. Excellent room clean and tidy. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Very present pool area very clean with a small bar for drinks and snacks. Really good restaurant with excellent menus.

Amazing service. Nothing was too hard. All requests were accommodated with a smile. From the great food in the restaurant, which accommodated for a fixed menu as well as a la carte. Reception staff were attentive and household staff were all friendly. The hotel was very clean and rooms spacious. An amazing, relaxing and memorable stay.

The setting of the hotel was spectacular and the service from the hotel staff was very good particularly given the circumstances where about 60 Australians who couldn’t speak much Italian were staying there. Food too was very good each of the 6 nights we stayed which was fortunate as there was pretty much nowhere else to eat out in the immediate environs. Only slight negative was the very small size...

I would recommend. It is exactly what says in the pictures. Room size ok, staff super friendly and helpful, breakfast simple but fresh. Amazing coffee. Location not that great, need a car. All shops around closes at 3 and reopen at 7pm. Safe to walk around.

It has a very good restaurant within the hotel. You could also get bacon and scrambled eggs for breakfast upon request.

We enjoyed our stay at SHS! Great location with private parking. Rooms are very spacious, clean and comfortable. Staff are friendly and accommodating.  Special Thanks to Pierre Paola who was of utmost help when we remembered that we forgot valuables in our room’s safe!! Couldn’t of had a better time, the hotel was beautiful, the spa was amazinggg and the food was delicious!! The staff were so friendly and welcoming and made sure you had everything you need! can’t wait to come back!

if you have your own transport it’s a great centralized location to some of the main sights of this area such as Taormina and Mount Etna. The hotel is clean and comfortable and the rooms looking towards the sea have a great view. The breakfasts are varied and generous. I fully recommend staying at this hotel if you want to stay in this beautiful part of Sicily.

Convenient Location, cute hotel and Amazing Staff. I find this to be a little more than the classic hotel. Conveniently located to visit Taormina and surrounding areas. I can't express how nice the team is. Highly Recommend.

Nice swimming pool and specificities of an urban hotel but in a small village in the way to Taormina. Friendly reception team eager to help. A good alternative to B&B with some pluses like the pool and the breakfast for a better price than many others.

It feels like a nice hotel that wasn't updated much lately. Everything else feels fine, but the elevator does a very creepy sound, the shower in my room feels like one star hotel, crappy plastic door, broken sprinkle, 1990 year furniture

I honestly give 5 dots but it deserves 10. Fabulous structure immersed in a spectacular citrus grove. All taken care of in the smallest details. Spectacular rooms, they looked like three-family apartments. The owner is kind and super organised. Strategic position to visit the most beautiful places in the area. What to say. There are no words. this resort/estate is really big, little bit outside from the town, near the ocean. in the middle of a really big lemon plantation. its calm, relaxed and very quiet. the owner (and i think his mom and dad) were extremely friendly and cute. the rooms are clean and you also have a kitchen and a sofa to chill. also the rooms re very big. from some of them you can see the etna in front, very cool....

Came back after 10 years, because every time we went around we compared the structure to this resort. It was said, yes, beautiful, but Torre Archirafi..... A jewel that has been able to remain such. Scents of flowers and cleanliness welcome you and caress you until the very end, in the good taste of the furnishings and the recovery of these buildings. We stayed at the Torre Archirafi resort, a really fantastic place if you want peace and rest, this is the right place, surrounded by nature, with sea view and Etna view, Francesco and his family, fantastic people, always available when needed. a few more days because it really deserves hoping that Francesco manages to swim a greeting from all of us

The property is amazing. The garden, the view. And a great location. Loved it. The breakfast is so special and delicious with the local products. Julian, the owner, is really caring and helpful. The self check-in worked perfectly.

Spacious accommodation, three of us were staying at ground floor 2 rooms+bathroom suite. There is a large common space, shared with other guests – sitting room (sort of a lounge), dining room, well equipped kitchen. Perfect place to stay to explore Sicily and Etna or even have peaceful holidays in the middle of an orange farm . The rooms are really well decorated very very clean. Everything was great. The hosts very polite and helpful. You will definitely need a car to get around.

We had two wonderful days staying at the Giardino Arancio guest house. The guest house is full of character and charm. Eva & Julien the hosts were wonderful. We wanted to go up Mt Etna and we were pleasantly surprised to learn that Eva and Julien were also mountain guides. So we had the lovely convenience of leaving in the morning directly from the guest house with Eva and Julie to be taken up...

It is such a good place where you can relax and enjoy your dinner time. Davide is a great host. We completely trusted him for our dinner menu and we were offered fresh seafood every evening.

Newly renovated farmhouse run by very nice, young Italian family. Nice and very clean air-conditioned rooms, good breakfast and most amazing old garden with swimming pool. The also have a great fish restaurant and we had a delicious dinner (moderate priced) in their beautiful garden.

I got to know this reality because I attended an event organized by them. We had a great time Friendly, smiling, attentive, all immersed in a pleasant pet-friendly environment and the scent of trees and fruit. We'll be back

a very nice holiday apartment, center in the city center. very clean, very comfortable and very nice owners! late check in possible as well as cash payment. a garage is also available Nearby you can find: apoteke, atm, pizzeria, bar, tourist harbor, fish market, tobacco trafic, town square, St. Peter's Church, and many other shops. This is a funny place because it is a bit in the middle of nowhere. Giarre is not a fancy place and the hotel is on the edge of Giarre. However...the views of Etna and surroundings from the room were wonderful and the service was informal and welcoming (as well as efficient). Parking is on-site and free. Rooms were fine. A new, modern hotel with beautiful design and comfortable rooms. Minor drawbacks include a small shower stall (even though the bathroom is large) and less-than-comfortable pillows. However, the service is excellent and everyone is willing to help with any questions. On clear days, the rooms overlooking Mount Etna and the pool area offer stunning views. Breakfasts are delicious and hearty.

We had a very pleasant stay. It's quite remote, so a car is essential. The rooms are very clean, but a bit noisy from other guests. Despite staying five nights, we unfortunately couldn't use the restaurant; every evening there was a different reason why we couldn't dine. The breakfast is very tasty. There's a lovely swimming pool.

The property is located in the most beautiful spot with incredible views of Mount Etna. The staff were incredible and extremely helpful. The hotel is easy to get to by taxi or train from the airport. The food was delicious and fresh. Would highly recommend!!

Hotel has a beautiful setting - Etna view on one side, sea cost on the other; the premises are surrounded by the citrus gardens. It’s an old mansion delicately restored; especially the dining area which was transformed from an old vinery. Restaurant itself is good, vine list is rich. So that’s all about the strong sides. However, the place is nothing in common with feeling at home; seems it’s not...

Ambiance and Michelin restaurant was phenomenal. Hotel room, spa and service was second to none. Citrus groves provided an earthy experience and Mt. Etna active night view was amazing.

Pure comfort Had a wonderful time at our room with sauna and steam room! The bathtub and view of the Etna from our private garden were the highlights! Would go back for sure!

Die Unterkunft ist super sauber, ich hätte auch 12 Punkte vergeben, wenn es möglich wäre. Francesca und Corrado sind sehr nett und so konnte die Wäsche gewaschen werden und der Pool wurde extra noch gereinigt! Er ist zwar nicht geheizt, bin aber dennoch hinein an warmen Tagen.
