The location was great! 10 minutes from the train station and close to the waterfront promenade. Our room was spacious and very clean. The bathroom was also spotless and modern. Would definitely recommend!

Wonderful place! The very polite owner and also the rest of the staff made us feel really at home. Really nice place with attention to every detail, from the scent in the hall to the numerous comforts in the room, (a drying rack with clothespins, a small ironing board and iron attached, table grapes as a welcome 😍) super cheap price. The hotel is located directly on the highway. Has enough parking spaces so that you don't have to make a reservation. The rooms are a bit dated and I personally don't like the tiles in the room at all.... The view in the restaurant is very nice and makes the morning very pleasant. The staff was also very friendly, definitely recommendable, price performance top.

Super nice and comfortable room. The only inconvenience we had was that the location is bad unless you have a car. BUT, they offer free shuttle service to and from torre a mare station, and the trains are well functioning around the puglia area, so definitely use this service if you don’t plan on renting a car. The food is expensive for what you get, so we prefered to eat out in the city.

We stayed here for 7 nights, family of four with two toddlers. The hotel is a great location for discovering the surrounding beautiful sites. Hotel BARION is a clean hotel with an excellent breakfast offering local dishes and a big variety of food and drinks. Its location is remote and there is no public transport, strolling around is impossible and at your own risk. External amenities could be taken more care of (watering of flowers, outside cafe...). Staff is fine and kind, although applying double standards - pay attention to prices...

Reception staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome, espresso was offered as soon as we finished the check-in. staff gave lots of helpful recommendations for Bari. rooms were serviced daily and professionally. The hotel owner made recommendation for a nearby restaurant and led us personally to it. very much appreciated - he didn't have to do it!

Lovely resort on water clean and comfortable rooms

The hotel had a good location with pool and private beach. Buffet breakfast was also included. After Rome, it was a nice place to relax and take in the sites on the coast.

Solid budget stay Hotel seems to cater for large tour groups on buses so breakfast tended to be very busy. The other guests were largely 60+ age group so not a family focused hotel. Location was a short drive to the town for dinner. Hotel seems well Maintained even if the rooms are a little dated it appears to be well looked after.

It was a pleasure to chat with the hosts. For the breakfast we also had freshly baked home made pastry and cherries just picked in the orchard (real 'chilometro zero').

We were lucky enough to stay in this beautiful property surrounded by the beautiful Apulian countryside. The room was large and clean. The owners proved to be very welcoming, friendly and willing to give us advice on places to visit. I thought the hotel was great. Located 10 minutes on foot from a very nice town and has good parking facilities. The rooms are very large with great finishes and the beds super comfortable and clean. Very good breakfast in the morning. Unfortunately we could not use the spa as there was a reservation system due to covid and it was very popular.

Friendly personnel , nice place ,great rooms and fine beds ,but the food at the restaurant is a nightmare plus they pay no attention to do not disturb sign you leave on the door knob. Perfect hotel, proper breakfast, very clean. Staff is very friendly. Free parking. The only minus - they lost my sons passport....said that we have never given it to them, though we gave ... The passport was found by them in about 20 min. But it was a huge stress for us. It was time of our check out. We got no appologies. Dont leave your documents at the reception during your stay.

My dad stayed here during my sister's wedding and we recently stayed here again while visiting her. It honestly felt like a 5-star hotel. The rooms were incredible, the amenities were great, and the hotel breakfast/bar/cafe were out of this world (and we'd been in Italy for a week at this point). Would stay her again in a heartbeat.

Look it's great for a short stay, my back kills from the bad and thin mattress, what hotels fail to realise is that you sleep on it from 5-8 hours, if that's not comfortable then what's the point, staff were amazing though. And you can use Miami beach club pool.

Room with pool view is nice, but upon arrival we found hairs in the shower. Breakfast is ok, but limited offering compared to the other 4-star places we visited in Puglia / Italy. Pool next to restaurant is ok, but most umbrella’s are broken down, and not enough beach towels available for the sun beds. No bar service at the pool, only once we had a (extremely friendly) waiter go around to take orders...

Our room was big but there was mold in the shower (quite a lot). There was no kettle, cups or plates in the room, we couldn't really eat or drink anything we bought in the city. Hotel breakfast was fine. The hotel is around 3km away from the city. Fine if you have a car, but walking was a bit tricky, as the sidewalk wasn't available everywhere. The staff was nice and helpful. Overall it was ok.
