Very small room, food was sub par. Not my favorite place. I wouldn’t stay here again!

Staff were pleasant and room was lovely.
Not all features advertised were available- there was no swim up bar, no pool service without going into the bar- where you are not supposed to go in swimwear, the restaurant was closed in the evening and the cafe closed at 5.30 so the only fiod option after 5.30 was to wait 2 hours and pay 35 euro per person for a buffet dinner, or go out of the hotel which required a shuttle or taxi.
Also i felt that charging 10 euro per person per day for shuttle use was a bit much as most other hotels dont charge for this.

A really bad experience
The experience was extremely disappointing, and this hotel barely deserves a 2-star rating, let alone 4 stars. They charge extra for absolutely everything. We had to pay a €10 deposit for each towel, and the minibar prices were outrageous, with a small beer at €7 and a small bottle of water at €3. The hotel does not provide any complimentary water bottles.
Leaving the premises is either through their shuttle service, which costs €10 per person per day for a mere 10-minute ride, or by renting bikes, which they also charge for.
The bars and restaurants are extremely uninviting, furnished with cheap plastic furniture and lit with harsh, bright lighting reminiscent of an ER. The overall condition of the facilities is terrible and worn down, and any equipment available for borrowing or renting is of poor quality. Even the private beach is disappointing, which is quite an achievement considering the general beauty of the Puglia coast.
We did not encounter a single friendly staff member. They acted annoyed if we asked for any assistance or even ordered a coffee in the morning. As a final insult, they refused to help us book transport to the airport, which is about 40 minutes from the hotel.
Avoid this place at all costs. I cannot fathom how this hotel has a 4.4 rating on Google; it must be fake reviews.

The hotel had a good location with pool and private beach. Buffet breakfast was also included. After Rome, it was a nice place to relax and take in the sites on the coast.

Nice surroundings, well furnished. Chaotic organization at breakfast with lack of stucture and supervision of untrained personnal.

Solid budget stay
Hotel seems to cater for large tour groups on buses so breakfast tended to be very busy. The other guests were largely 60+ age group so not a family focused hotel. Location was a short drive to the town for dinner. Hotel seems well
Maintained even if the rooms are a little dated it appears to be well looked after.

I loved this place, everybody is kind, friendly and warm. Sea, pool, restaurant, entertainment, acrivities, rabbits… my vacation in this beautiful place was perfect. I hope to came back soon.

The stay was great! The food was awesome and the staff at the restaurant was very welcoming. The pasta lady, the vitelo grill guy and even more the guy that have been in Rio were especially welcoming. The hotel is by the beach, there are beautiful fields with flowers nearby and the whole stay was peaceful.
