The staff is very friendly and helpful, the room and bathroom were very clean and comfortable, dinner was very good and a nice view of the sea on the terrace were I enjoyed a nice evening enjoying a glass of red wine

Wierd smell around the hotel, the sewers might be bad. We had power outtages 22 times within 2 days, very short only lasted a second or two. Rooms was nice and location was pretty good aswell.

Wonderful experience, I spent a wonderful weekend with the family, the Elena property very nice and welcoming.

Excellent place to stay for long periods, independent apartment immersed in total privacy, even the central location offers the possibility of leisure. Not to mention the possible variations of food available from first courses and buffalo mozzarella to desserts all very exquisite

Off season in the beachtown I was in february. Grosery store is open but restaurants are closed. The owner told me to put my Vespa in to the garden for safe keep after he followed me to the nearest shop to by food that I could cook wich I was happy about.

We stayed in this hotel 2 years ago on our way to Rome and decided to come back this year again but for a longer period. Went for a wedding with big group from Seychelles. Outstanding venue, outstanding staff. Very helpful and attentive at all times. Massive freak rainstorm over night after wedding. Staff had things back to 100% before breakfast! Highly recommend.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. Relaxed atmosphere. Beach area is great with food and drinks service at your sun lounger. Good value with a bottle of beer 3 euros. Nice pool area with bar - swim hats required for pool. 2 jacuzzis. Buffet breakfast with large choice of options. Definitely recommend.

Right on the beach, fair prices, wholesome breakfast, but thoroughly used rooms and beds.Some rooms reportedly revamped.

Lunch and dinner were delicious, staff was kind and helpful, great view, renovated bathroom, daily maid service, decent wi-fi, clean swimming pool. Overall, the hotel was great for the price, so I would recommend it to my friends and family for future vacations!

Great beach and lots of things to do

1. The music at the bar in the evening is TOO LOUD and i cant sleep before 00 h. 2. The AC is new but with very dirty filter 3. I dont feel the enterance door of the room safe enough 4. The room was clean 5. The food was very good 3* for the hotel 5* for the restaurant Very good service !

Love this this place. Old world charm. Hope it never changes. Staff are exceptionally helpful & polite. Rooms are a good size and comfortable, ensuites clean with top notch showers. The best part for was the private beach area accessed over the well tended lawns.

This hotel is just fantastic. Beautiful gardens, great beach right on the property. The restaurant on site is truly outstanding. We have stayed at this little paradise, every year for the past ten years. Staff is great and very friendly.

There is very friendly staff (special thanks to Giovanni), very clean and closely located beach, clean and spacious room. What I liked and what I remembered here. That there are many ancient things around, silverware from which we ate. Visitors wore evening dresses and costumes for dinner. High speed internet.

Fantastic personnel and service. A great place to stay a weekend with a pool and ocean close by that's private for hotels guest only. Recommend strongly.

A few days ago my girlfriend and I lived in this hotel and would recommend everyone to sty in BNS Francisco! I really want to thank you the hotel reception for creating positive atmosphere, being extremely polite and helpful! Rooms are clean and comfortable, bar zone is also cozy and quiet, swimming pool is just fine! Breakfast was really delicious with lots of dishes offered! All things considered...

I can't speak about the hotel much as I have been living in one of the villas. The place is damn near its private beach where u get your own umbrella, chairs and sunbed. You have private parking and the entire place is what you want from a beach resort. The villa (2) is big, has 4 dormitories upstairs and 3 bathrooms. The showers are not great (they flow poorly because of calcium deposits), the beds...

Pros: Very modern and clean hotel Excellent pool and bar area Very helpful staff. Cons: WiFi never worked in the room on any of my 3 devices though the staff tried to help Dinner was disappointing for the set price of €25 not including drinks. Soup was tasteless and unsalted and "hot" apple pie desert was cold in the middle.

It's in a nice place on the first line to the beach. Very clean rooms. Shower was not up to par in our room. Also they want you to pay for using the fridge in the room. They have a really nice garden with a pool.

I was staying in this lovely hotel during June and this is the best location if you would like to combine excursions and beach holiday. I had a wonderful experience. Every staff member I encountered, especially from Restaurant and Reception were very delightful and eager to help! They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. Very nice hotel. Super friendly and helpful service. Rooms are cozy, warm and comfortable. Bit expensive inside the hotel - wine, water etc., but all in all pretty ok.

The room was big and clean. The food was good. The waiters took care of us in the restaurant. It's close to the beach. But it's nothing interesting near to the hotel. Napoly a few hours distance.

A cosy and honest beach resort. Perhaps the warmest and gentle staff I have ever met in my trips through the Bel Paese!
