The staff is very friendly and helpful, the room and bathroom were very clean and comfortable, dinner was very good and a nice view of the sea on the terrace were I enjoyed a nice evening enjoying a glass of red wine

Wierd smell around the hotel, the sewers might be bad. We had power outtages 22 times within 2 days, very short only lasted a second or two. Rooms was nice and location was pretty good aswell.

Wonderful experience, I spent a wonderful weekend with the family, the Elena property very nice and welcoming.

Excellent place to stay for long periods, independent apartment immersed in total privacy, even the central location offers the possibility of leisure. Not to mention the possible variations of food available from first courses and buffalo mozzarella to desserts all very exquisite

Sehr süßes Apartment, alles drin was man benötigt. WiFi ausgezeichnet, Gott sei Dank, Mobilfunknetz ist sehr schlecht. Ruhige Lage, Auto kann sicher abgestellt werden Bis nach Napoli ein Katzensprung Sehr netter Kontakt.

Off season in the beachtown I was in february. Grosery store is open but restaurants are closed. The owner told me to put my Vespa in to the garden for safe keep after he followed me to the nearest shop to by food that I could cook wich I was happy about.

Great resort, seems like a hidden gem outside the city. We dont speak Italian, but the staff was super helpful and made us feel comfortable, especially the ladies at the front desk! We had a couples message in the spa, it was my favorite part of the trip so far! We had Gabriella & Davide as our massage therapists, they were wonderful! We really loved our 2-night stay in the lake view lodge of Plana Resort. The rooms are clean, and the view is priceless at any time of the day. Plana resort is a comfortable place in which you can relax surrounded by Nature. The resort is placed between many lakes, of course it means the presence of flies... The room was very clean and the staff was very kind. The resort has 2 big swimming pools, one for adult and one for everyone. The swimming pool is wonderful. There is also a little beauty center a kind of little relaxing area.

If I tell you you do not believe it then I tell you you have to go there, there is nothing to criticize and everything is serious.

Nice stay at the end of main vacation time in Italy. The room was big and clean. Due to the end of main vacation time in Italy there only was10 guests inside the big hotel. But nothing was missed an breakfast was great.

Excellent resort with a fantastic swimming pool, large rooms and very attentive staff. A minor letdown is the restaurant (good quality but very limited choice) however there's plenty to choose from within the 1km range. Definitely recommended.

I stayed here during a four-day long conference I was attending. The room was nice and comfortable. 👍Breakfast and cappacino were included in with the cost of my room.
