Everything about the hotel is excellent except for the staff. A gorgeous pool, terrific restaurants, immaculate hotel, but the service was just not up to par; it was often impossible to find anyone to help us find anything. I would stay here again if the service was better.

The room was decent and the spa was really nice. It made a good central point to explore the Tuscan country side. Our room was a bit of a walk to the spa and restaurant. The WiFi is also only available in the lobby not the rooms.

Stayed here in Nov ‘19 for about $75 euro per night. Good location near the city gate but I would have rather stayed within the walls themselves. The road off the highway up to the hotel can be easy to miss (be careful, the turn off is on a curve in the road and at an intersection). Unexpected, but it was one of my favorite place in Italy. You would never be able to have such a heart-warming experience at this price. Montepulciano is definitely my favorite town in Italy, and Hotel Panoramic was a perfect place to stay in this town. Amazing view and breakfast, extremely kind and helpful staff. A place with flavors of the past. Perfect location, parking under the bedroom window despite being in the center. The owner available and attentive to customer needs. The only flaw in terms of comfort, the floor shower, to which we are no longer used, but in the context, it could not be otherwise. To return during the Christmas markets.

Hotel spotless plentiful breakfast the only flaw is that the walls are thin and you can hear the badges in the other rooms they should soundproof the bedrooms with panels. However we had a good location excellent for both the spa and to visit Montepulciano.

The Sangallo structure has fully met my expectations. With the family we were welcomed with kindness, grace and a lot of courtesy. Cleanliness is at the highest level and you can see that nothing is left to chance. Excellent and plentiful breakfast and a "breathtaking" view from the room. We will be back very soon ... HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Structure of the 70s (outside and inside) but with everything you need. The nets are a bit squeaky but to stay one night they are fine, sufficient quality ratio.

Having visited towns in Tuscany in the past, I had always envied the ancient hilltop buildings that housed small boutique hotels. Finally got my chance and it was amazing. Il Tosco feels like you are visiting a wealthy relative. Rooms are authentically decorated and the kitchen is always filled with fresh pastries for you. It is such a special Tuscan experience. Cannot recommend too strongly!

We loved our stay here. Especially the interior, cleanness, and tranquility. Friendly and professional staff. If you are traveling with kids there is a small playground. It is located close to Montepulciano, Pienza, and Terme San Filippo. You can also have a picnic at a cheese farm Cugusi Silvana on your way to Pienza. The road to the Borgo is very colorful in spring.

New and very comfortable and quiet. Pool is not heated (brrr!) and their laundry needs a better clothes dryer, but the beds are comfortable and the hosts very attentive and helpful. Recommended.

Hotel renovated a couple of years ago, clean and comfortable. The furniture, especially the hall, is too old, needs to be renovated. The staff were courteous and helpful. Normal breakfast, mostly sweet. The only flaw, the room on the left of the entrance, has two large fans underneath, which when they are activated, very often, has a noisy motor and is annoying, especially at night.

This is our third time that we go back to Villa Luca to do the spa and as always we had a really good time, clean and spacious rooms, the swimming pool which is located on the roof is a dream with a breathtaking view, kind and very attentive staff to every customer's need, you feel at home, hearty breakfasts and excellent products, too bad that the kitchen due to Covid will only open next week ......

Family-run and very clean residence, the rooms are comfortable and the owners really kind, we felt like we were staying with family. Animals are also accepted as long as they are calm, in fact we brought our dog and we had a great time. We will be back with pleasure, I recommend it.

No enough parking spots. Not suitable for staying with kids because they are suposed to be a quiet place. Also they don't let the kids go into the swimming pool in all the schedules but just from 9-10 am and one other turn in the afternoon.

The rooms are out-dated and when you stay at the hotel to use the pool in the spa it is 10 euros extra per person and we tried to make a reservation as soon as we checked in but it was already full for the day. The breakfast was very good with a lot of choices. The workers at the breakfast were very, very nice and helpful.

We stayed one night in this family and welcoming hotel, the weather was not on our side despite this the room was clean and comfortable, we did not have breakfast but they suggested a very good pastry shop with home-made products, the hotel also hosts animals, if I pass through Chianciano again I will return!!

For a 3-starred hotel it was ok, but the breakfast was laughable - scanty amounts of ham and cheese (the cheapest sort of course), but quite a lot of sweet cake and croissant as a dessert

Super clean hotel, room a little dated 70/80 years furniture but very comfortable, the bathroom a bit cramped but in the end it fits us, the air conditioning turns on automatically if it is very hot outside (at least so we heard😁 ) so since it is a bit cold outside it is off, but in the end it is equally good the heat in the room is not excessive just open the windows. We bought a Smartbox and decided together with another couple to go to Chianciano. The structure of the hotel is not brand new, but I must say that we had a good time. The owner is very kind and very helpful as are the rest of the staff. The included dinner and breakfast were plentiful. The good kitchen.

Rooms are small which is typical in the area, but the rooms weren't particularly clean. The first room I was assigned had something in the fridge that had been there for a long time... you could tell from the smell... probably months. It was so bad, I had to change rooms after opening the fridge. I would describe the smell as dead mouse-esque.

We walked in used our translation app and got a great rate for the 4 nights needed. Continental breakfast was included. We even ate a great dinner at the hotel one evening. Very welcoming reception. Everything was clean and my expectations were surpassed. They also gave us suggestions of near by places to visit that were amazing. The spa was my best experience there and the massage was very relaxing. The room was large with a sitting room section. Don't leave without trying out their pici al ragù.

This is a lovely three-star hotel. We were charmed by the family touch (it is run by a husband and wife team who do everything from check in, to baggage help, and dinner service). The spa on the first floor is completely new and private. Be sure to stay for dinner at least one night - it is an experience and the homemade food is great!

The hotel was in a good location, music can be heard from your room of live music that was playing in the lounge area and you can hear all movements from other rooms. The breakfast is poor not even fresh orange juice is served, rooms need renovation and a deep clean is needed.

We stayed here on a Road Scholar tour. The room too hot, and the A/C was turned off in the winter. The breakfast was rather poor and the group dinners were not good, but the dinners we purchased from the restaurant were good. Our room had poor internet coverage, which limited the TV service. The second year that I come to this splendid hotel equipped with a SPA, a very complete hotel as it has an indoor thermal-type swimming pool and an outdoor one equipped with free umbrellas and sunbeds for guests. To complete the services in the evening live music on the lawn in the garden is a really complete continental breakfast of both sweet and savory.

It didn't have a shower, only a bathtub with a shower handle, which meant every time we used it, the entire bathroom and everything in it got wet, including the toilet paper.
