The lady very helpful location excellent cleaning excellent furnished well, but lack of some precautions elengati you booking but missed type was missing the microwave, the coffee machine, towels, bathroom products, the shower without a box or curtain there was no appentino where to put the bathrobe and also not air-conditioned. I would suggest the lady to arrange as it is a shame as it is a nice property

Fantastic, clean house, surrounded by greenery and a step away from the entrance of the Alcantara gorges.

Large apartment with kitchen use 2 bedrooms, living room and 2 sofas. The swimming pool enriches the garden. The proximity to the Alcantara gorges, the silence and the kindness of the owners make this b & b a pleasant discovery.

The hosts of this B&B are nothing short of adorable and super helpful! They offer a beautiful house in the center of serenity and just 200 meters from the entrance to the gorges of Alcantara. Great prices, recommended !!

Amazing location, just the water was temperamental and ran out of gas but was quick to bring gas again.

The whole place is beautiful, a huge complex combining lodging, dining, adventure, sightseeing, relaxing, swimming and more together. Highly recommend this place. Thumbs up.

The place has a really beautiful garden, and the building is also nice. The owner and everyone else was helpful and kind. They have dinner which is typical Italien, and delicious for a good price. The only thing that we did not like during our stay that our room was stinky, musty and it was not totally clean.

Comfortable room, really good food and very friendly and informative staff. There are many places of interest accessible from here and it's a welcoming oasis of calm to return to after a hectic days grockeling.

Quiet, relaxing, clean place, a stone's throw from the Alcantara Gorges. Excellent breakfast, to be consumed outdoors under the lemon trees. Possibility to park the car inside the structure.

Kindness out of the ordinary! The room is very spacious and very clean, the breakfast plentiful and very varied (from dessert to fruit, all fresh and delicious). The place is surrounded by greenery, one minute from the descent to the Alcantara Gorges. Too bad we only stayed one night!

We were external customers to the La Macina restaurant at Il borgo. The food was excellent, the cozy environment and well dressed tables were highly appreciated by us. We were offered mineral water, a first antipasti and a glass of pistachio liquor. We enjoyed every dish from the menu.

Nice place, too bad the lack of care, left to rot a little in the middle of the green. Not very clean and nothing comfortable for sleeping. Small suites. Too expensive for what it is!

I stayed for 3 nights with my family. Clean rooms peace tranquility and relaxation. The 2 girls who manage the structure are very cute, in particular Sabina, always friendly, smiling and helpful. The only thing that should be revised is the greenery that surrounds the structure.

Just a fine place. Our junior suit was large although the bathroom could have used an upgrade. Moreover, astonishing view with the Etna in the background, let’s hope it doesn’t erupt!

I rarely review companies with the desire to do so, this is one of those ... If you want to switch off and relax, this is the place to be. The location, the greenery, the pure air, the sounds of nature, make the Prophet the ideal place to stay. The swimming pool, clean, embellishes the stay. The courtesy, friendliness and helpfulness of Mrs. Susanna put customers at ease. Super recommended.

The person who gave us the cabin was very nice with us and nice atmosphere in the pool with the mountain views.

A beautiful place good for a trip with a team (you can feast at large barbecues) but for a maximum of a week. Viewing an eruption from the pool - priceless! Nice owners, if you are polite, you will get delicious cheese of their own production. There are also disadvantages: you live in the middle of the wild with many creatures (luckily there are mosquito nets) and the houses are no longer fresh.

Really sweet place to be. Bed are good, habitation have all include and in good shape. Swimming pool with a view on Etna is a plus. Special remarks for Susana and Daniele our host really nice people and always careful with their guests.

Small hotel in a small village, ideal for those who want to disconnect from the world in all senses, no Wi-Fi 😱or however little reception. The hotel is fully furnished in a 70's style, the rooms are average and kept fairly clean. The bed and pillows on the other hand were really uncomfortable. But for one night it's fine.

Excellent hotel in a quiet location in the beautiful village of Castiglione di Sicilia from where you can easily reach several nearby tourist resorts. The professionalism, the kindness of the owners and collaborators is of a superior category. Excellent and plentiful breakfast. Comfortable and always well cleaned rooms.

This is a family run hotel, that takes great pride in their business. They are very accommodating and are very friendly. This location is close enough to all the major attractions in the area, yet transports you back to time long past. A must stay if you are in the area. Nicole

A very romantic hotel. Family business. Of course, a 4 star hotel is not the same as in a big city, but it is highly recommended for a small town. And the view of Mount Etna (if it shows itself) is fantastic!

Angelo, very kind and always available for anything. Possibility (if there is space) to park the motorbike or the car. The country is beautiful, to visit the castle, the Jewish quarter. Breathtaking landscape.

If you want to feel the real sicilian atmosphere, with no touristic touch, come off season to Castiglione. Its very beautful. This hotel is also real, with good, honest owner! I recommend the place and a City a lot.

A wonderful place to relax in the mountains within sight of the sea. The breakfast was extremely wonderful and generous. The suggestions and responses from the staff were spot on. Great place away from the madness that is now Taormina.

This was our fourth visit to Fondo Cipollate. While the previous visits have bern romantic getaways, this visit was with our three kids. We stayed in the spacious family room with two bed rooms. This is a well-located very charismatic farm stay 20 minutes from Taormina (no traffic). The kids say the breakfasts were the best part but they're crazy; Gabriela, the owner, is the real gem. My sister and I stayed here for 1 night on our way from Cefalu to Taormina. We had an amazing stay and wish we could’ve stayed longer. We rented this house for a week and they treated us great. The owner, who lives next door, offered us vegetables from his garden, free-range chicken eggs, and even great dried tomatoes. It has a super nice garden with swimming pool and playground. The place is unbeatable, quiet and with views of Etna. 100% recommendable! Thanks for everything!

L'arc des anges is located at the top of the village with a breathtaking view of Etna. The view also overlooks the village square, which is also very cordial and very clean. L' Arco dei Sogni is like a warm hug. I don't think I've ever been in a place where I felt so welcome and so pampered. Luigi and Rosangela are fantastic.
