Mareneve Resort

Very good hotel. Stay only for one night, but was very impressed. The room was very big. The outdoor area was lovely and I really liked the jacuzzi even though I did not go into it. The breakfast was plentiful and gluten-free options were provided for me and other guests. The bed was extremely comfortable.

A marvel: from the welcome, to the cleaning of the room, to the spa treatment, to dinner and finally to breakfast. Everything taken care of down to the smallest detail, a unique experience and absolutely worth repeating. I'm just sorry I only stayed one night.

We stayed for a weekend of pure relaxation and that was it. Wellness center is actually small but just right if you really want to unplug. The staff are nothing short of exceptional, from the reception to the wellness center, through to the waiters and the maitre d'. The food was very good, in fact we also stayed for Sunday lunch. I had reported an allergy to black pepper which was always paid attention to by the dining room staff. What can I say, we felt pampered. I highly recommend it.

It was difficult to find snow, the heat of these days left the landscape not as white as I would have liked. My suitcase was inadequate for the heat and expectations were uncertain about the structure. Three days with many friends, with children, teenagers, experienced couples and young loves. We had fun. We sang at the top of our lungs, disturbing the other guests with a pinch of exuberance, and once put in line by the attentive management, we continued to transmigrate happiness and carefreeness into another wing of the structure, made available to avoid further noise. I apologize for having occupied the hall and used the piano to strum at the end of a fun day, I apologize for having forgotten in these days of celebration, that 11pm is a late time and rightly there are those who may not like hearing singing during hours of the night, I apologize for having disputed for a few seconds the fact of having to finish singing, but I do not apologize for feeling happy, full of joy together with my friends and with those who became happy on the spot, I do not apologize for having been a a little cheeky, just a few seconds, because at Mareneve I felt at home, like in a family living room. I thank the director and all the staff who were able to pamper us and in the same way I thank them because they were able to protect all the guests of the structure, even in the separate management of the intentions. I recommend the structure to everyone even when the snow melts, because it still manages to be a place where you can feel close to the top of a volcano with all its powerful beauty, perhaps interspersed with a S.p.A. massage. and a vibrant immersion in the heated jacuzzis, under a sky of stars.

Overall we definitely enjoyed the stay, the staffs were really nice and patient to answer our questions, and the restaurant there was awesome as well. However, the toilet in our room seemed to have problems with the flush can apparently they couldn’t fix it. Despite, I recommend this hotel for your journey.
