4 star hotel and only a receptionist speaks English. Disapointing. Bar is most of the time unattended, but that comfortabel that no one would linke to sit the re anyway

The hotel is too far from the old town and the beach, so the location is awful. So are the surroundings. The staff was polite and helpful at times. There was good wifi in the hotel and breakfast was also alright. The inside of the hotel is old and quite primitive. This hotel most certainly cannot have 4 stars. 3 stars is the best I can give. This is a good place to stay for one night.

Comfortable hotel with a great location. We stayed several days in Oristano and this hotel was a reasonable price with a good location. It's an easy walk to the city center and is very close to a nice park. They provide a nice breakfast as well.

Good enough, but really needs renovation. 5 for hot water bath, and good mattress. 4 for breakfast, general cleanliness and service (had to ask for what have to be from the beginning, dust on lamps). 3 for old and yellow equipment and ceilings. 2 for loud and slowly refilled toilet cistern. And it's a bit overpriced, I think.

Hotel is a bit tired. Feels like it needs a bit of an update. But saying that rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast could have been a bit more inspiring and we sat in the garden planning how it could be improved with some weeding and replanting! Tasty food in the restaurant for dinner and good value. Great situation and kind, considerate and helpful staff with very good English.

The stay at the hotel was very pleasant. This has already started at the reception with the extremely friendly staff at the reception. I have not been greeted so friendly and helpful in a hotel for a long time. I can only recommend this nice hotel. Ì´ll be Back 😎

Nice hotel in the city center, however the 4 star is not that accurate: the breakfast was good, but not exceptional, the room medium with fair service, very kind young lady at the reception desk.

No parking except in the street. The structure of the building is old, big crack in roomwall, and loud noises from the waterpipe system, bath and taps from other rooms. Best position, near the center, parking nearby. Room was perfectly clean, quite and comfortable. Staff very helpful and kind. It will be my hotel from now on when I go in this area

The hotel was fine, the room comfortable, the bed was great! The bathroom was ok, the shower a bit small, at least in the room we got (#209). I mean it was fine. Breakfast was simple but had the best croissants! You could ask for "real coffee". The garden was beautiful!

Clean and Nice staff. Hostel is at walkable distance from the city. I only wish there was a nicer common room to share a drink and a lagh with other travelers.

Really nice hostel. Very clean and very nice staff. I booked a 6 bed dorm but I don't really know how I ended up in a twin room, so it was a total luxurious experience for me. I went there in November so I guess it's normal that the place was kinda empty and quiet. The only issue is that the hostel is quite far from the centre of Oristano, around 30mins walking distance. That was no problem for me...

It's the worst hotel I have seen in a long long time. Only good decor and location. Service is bad and the room is suffocating. The rooms have air conditioners but the hotel staff have taken away the télécommande so you can't use it. I even complained and the lady at reception asked to use antique central air conditioners which are good for nothing and very noisy. I experienced 28+ degree in the room...

Nice building in the middle of the town. Easy to go walking to historic cente. Service is kindess and efficient. Breakfast buffet is good

If you don't mind the creaking of the bed and the sounds from the next room it's fine. Free parking and old town near by. Good breakfast.

A great experience living in this little palace in the middle of Oristano. There is a small inner yard where you can have breakfast. The rooms are clean and decorated in old Sardinian style, but not old-fashioned. Very friendly staff, they helped us book dinner and find a parking spot and were otherwise very helpful. The hotel is very central so all the sights, bars, restaurants are in immediate vicinity

The hotel is located within a walking distance from the center. The staff is extremely friendly. If you are too tired in the evening and do not want to leave the hotel, there is a very good set dinner menu available in the hotel restaurant.

Nice small and kind hotel. You can get the sleep for the price. People are kind... only 2 thing that were not satisfied. 1. Very dirty shower head. The hotel is generally clean and tidy but the shower head in the bathroom is very dirty. Covered with full black fungus... it was painful to use it. 2. Noise. At night I was able to hear very steps from the room above me. Sounded like elephant dancing...

The staff, spacious room, I loved the wooden floor, the furniture is new in the room. Good sound proof, I had a good night’s sleep overall.

We stayed at this hotel and we were very well treated. Their attendance to detail and support were superb! The location is so ideal, it is extremely clean, the bed is comfortable and the whole room is comfy. It is truly immaculate and honestly it is worth every penny. I would certainly recommend staying here and would visit again soon.

I was staying in this hotel in October 2018. Building is an old palazzo of 19th century with the same old entourage. Booking was easy without prepayment. Staff was very friendly with some knowledge of English. Breakfast nicely served in a beautiful porcelain cups and plates. There are few lovely restaurants around with typical Sardinian cuisine. I highly recommend Ristorante Craf Da Banana 100 m away...

Beautiful 19th century hotel, with large rooms for 3 ppl and comfortable installations. Location is also good in the center of Oristano (although the city itself was very disappointed). Breaks fast was beautifully served but could be tastier. Still I d strongly Recommend it

Great quiet location next to the beach. Camping pitches are flat, staff are friendly and facilities are good. The only downside is having to drive to get groceries. There is a restaurant on site, but we didn't use it.

The campsite is relatively big and situated on the beach. It offers a swimming pool and free hot showers (for six minutes). There is a mini market and a bar that is opened during the day for drinks and coffee. For food they have a restaurant and pizza place. And especially nice; a pool! Water is probably as warm as the sea but ones your in it is nice enough to stay in. Camper sites are spacious but...

Camping is perfect. Great localization, all the needed services. However the restaurant is a joke. Poor quality food (really), menu only in Italian, pizzeria is open... sometimes, noone knows when. When you want to cook on your own or eat at the city - it would be a great choice.

The camping itself is nice. Showers are a bit dirty and there are thousands of very annoying mosquitos at this camping place.

Donatella is an exceptional woman who stands out for friendliness and culture. You take great care of the guests and breathe a very familiar air. His breakfasts are super both in terms of quality and quantity and eating them in his company with a chat is very pleasant. My room was spacious, comfortable and I found it to be perfectly clean. Nice and clean room with a modern interior which is not easy to find on on Sardinia among these antiq and ugly furnished overpriced places. Very good value for the price. We arrived in the evening. Didn’t see any employee there. But everything was already prepared. The keys with our name was at the reception desk for us with a note. The aircon was on and the room nice and cool.

We have known each other for 5 years now, I have always found myself well I found all the rooms of the house welcoming and above all cleanliness and a sense of order. I had agreed on an excursion on a sailing boat with overnight stay on board, but due to adverse marine weather conditions Alberto organized me a stay in his B&B without problems, in a magnificent apartment overlooking the city and equipped with all comforts. Excellent and abundant breakfast and excellent customer care with support for visits and attractions in the area. Highly recommended.

Full marks. We had room 1, balcony with garden view (yellow sun room). Well equipped with comfortable bed. Close to beach, shops and restaurants.

A good place to spend a night, in the third row compared to the sea which is a hundred meters away. The accommodations are clean and comfortable even though the double bed was not the best size and mattress. Good size bathroom but not spacious shower. The price in September was 60 € without breakfast, a bit high considering the period and location.

Beware of the dogs! I booked a room over the direct website in "AlMare" but just got transferred by the owner to another place one road further back away from the beach. At that place there were at least three dogs in the neighborhood which were barking all day and night. For some dogs nobody seemed to care but hey were locked in some backyards.
