Good hotel... BUT Pool not open (end September)... because of some rain drops..almost no rain!.. I booked this hotel because I wanted to swim... after some discussions they opened the pool. THANKS

The hotel is a pleasant place to stay. Staff was friendly and helpful. The diner & the breakfast were qualitative. Very clean place.

City center, clean, vintage in a good way. Breakfast is ok, even though is the same almost each day. Great reception (they gave us something to eat at arrival, at 2 a.m., after a 10 hour travel). Kid friendly. Lots of parking spots around. Remember: for parking white line is free, blue line you pay. Would come again for sure.

Good enough, but really needs renovation. 5 for hot water bath, and good mattress. 4 for breakfast, general cleanliness and service (had to ask for what have to be from the beginning, dust on lamps). 3 for old and yellow equipment and ceilings. 2 for loud and slowly refilled toilet cistern. And it's a bit overpriced, I think.

Hotel is a bit tired. Feels like it needs a bit of an update. But saying that rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast could have been a bit more inspiring and we sat in the garden planning how it could be improved with some weeding and replanting! Tasty food in the restaurant for dinner and good value. Great situation and kind, considerate and helpful staff with very good English.

The stay at the hotel was very pleasant. This has already started at the reception with the extremely friendly staff at the reception. I have not been greeted so friendly and helpful in a hotel for a long time. I can only recommend this nice hotel. Ì´ll be Back 😎

Nice hotel in the city center, however the 4 star is not that accurate: the breakfast was good, but not exceptional, the room medium with fair service, very kind young lady at the reception desk.

Nicely classically decorated hotel with friendly staff and adequate breakfast. Fairly centrally located with excellent restaurant Da Lelle nearby. Proper spacious elevator. No parking except in the street. The structure of the building is old, big crack in roomwall, and loud noises from the waterpipe system, bath and taps from other rooms. No bath, only small shower in our room. Central airco opening...

The staff! So kind and welcoming. They do everything to make you feel at home.

The hotel was fine, the room comfortable, the bed was great! The bathroom was ok, the shower a bit small, at least in the room we got (#209). I mean it was fine. Breakfast was simple but had the best croissants! You could ask for "real coffee". The garden was beautiful!

We had a very nice stay, the personnel wav very friendly and nice, the hotel is also in a good position to visit the surroundings ans vwry close to the center of Oristano, I'm not giving 5 stars because we asked for a cradle and even if it was supplied it was very basic, we askes for an extra mattress to make it comfortable for the baby, but they weren't able to provide it, anyway I'd reccomend the...

Clean and Nice staff. Hostel is at walkable distance from the city. I only wish there was a nicer common room to share a drink and a lagh with other travelers.

It's the worst hotel I have seen in a long long time. Only good decor and location. Service is bad and the room is suffocating. The rooms have air conditioners but the hotel staff have taken away the télécommande so you can't use it. I even complained and the lady at reception asked to use antique central air conditioners which are good for nothing and very noisy. I experienced 28+ degree in the room...

Nice building in the middle of the town. Easy to go walking to historic cente. Service is kindess and efficient. Breakfast buffet is good

If you don't mind the creaking of the bed and the sounds from the next room it's fine. Free parking and old town near by. Good breakfast.

A great experience living in this little palace in the middle of Oristano. There is a small inner yard where you can have breakfast. The rooms are clean and decorated in old Sardinian style, but not old-fashioned. Very friendly staff, they helped us book dinner and find a parking spot and were otherwise very helpful. The hotel is very central so all the sights, bars, restaurants are in immediate vicinity

The hotel is located within a walking distance from the center. The staff is extremely friendly. If you are too tired in the evening and do not want to leave the hotel, there is a very good set dinner menu available in the hotel restaurant.

Nice small and kind hotel. You can get the sleep for the price. People are kind... only 2 thing that were not satisfied. 1. Very dirty shower head. The hotel is generally clean and tidy but the shower head in the bathroom is very dirty. Covered with full black fungus... it was painful to use it. 2. Noise. At night I was able to hear very steps from the room above me. Sounded like elephant dancing...

Really great hotel in Oristano. 10 minutes walk from downtown and nearly close to the beauitful beaches in Oristano. Hotel staff really polite, always smiling and friendly. Big buffet for breakfast. The hotel restaurant serves typical sardinian dishes as "malloreddus alla campidanese" and "burrida alla cabrarissa "'. I higly recommended.

We stayed at this hotel and we were very well treated. Their attendance to detail and support were superb! The location is so ideal, it is extremely clean, the bed is comfortable and the whole room is comfy. It is truly immaculate and honestly it is worth every penny. I would certainly recommend staying here and would visit again soon.

Fantastic stay, friendly and warm hosts, clean and beautiful!

I was staying in this hotel in October 2018. Building is an old palazzo of 19th century with the same old entourage. Booking was easy without prepayment. Staff was very friendly with some knowledge of English. Breakfast nicely served in a beautiful porcelain cups and plates. There are few lovely restaurants around with typical Sardinian cuisine. I highly recommend Ristorante Craf Da Banana 100 m away...

Beautiful 19th century hotel, with large rooms for 3 ppl and comfortable installations. Location is also good in the center of Oristano (although the city itself was very disappointed). Breaks fast was beautifully served but could be tastier. Still I d strongly Recommend it

Great quiet location next to the beach. Camping pitches are flat, staff are friendly and facilities are good. The only downside is having to drive to get groceries. There is a restaurant on site, but we didn't use it.

The campsite is relatively big and situated on the beach. It offers a swimming pool and free hot showers (for six minutes). There is a mini market and a bar that is opened during the day for drinks and coffee. For food they have a restaurant and pizza place. And especially nice; a pool! Water is probably as warm as the sea but ones your in it is nice enough to stay in. Camper sites are spacious but...

Camping is perfect. Great localization, all the needed services. However the restaurant is a joke. Poor quality food (really), menu only in Italian, pizzeria is open... sometimes, noone knows when. When you want to cook on your own or eat at the city - it would be a great choice.

The camping itself is nice. Showers are a bit dirty and there are thousands of very annoying mosquitos at this camping place.

Everything! Just amazing this place - location is super nice, the b&b is so nice and homely, and the star is Donatella - she is so sweet and welcoming and easy to talk to. At breakfast, where she had also been baking pastries which were delicious, we would stay and talk for a while after eating, she is so kind and easy to talk to. The paintings on the walls are also painted by her, a true artist...

Donatella is an exceptional woman who stands out for friendliness and culture. You take great care of the guests and breathe a very familiar air. His breakfasts are super both in terms of quality and quantity and eating them in his company with a chat is very pleasant. My room was spacious, comfortable and I found it to be perfectly clean. Seeing is believing.

Full marks. We had room 1, balcony with garden view (yellow sun room). Well equipped with comfortable bed. Close to beach, shops and restaurants.

A good place to spend a night, in the third row compared to the sea which is a hundred meters away. The accommodations are clean and comfortable even though the double bed was not the best size and mattress. Good size bathroom but not spacious shower. The price in September was 60 € without breakfast, a bit high considering the period and location.

Beware of the dogs! I booked a room over the direct website in "AlMare" but just got transferred by the owner to another place one road further back away from the beach. At that place there were at least three dogs in the neighborhood which were barking all day and night. For some dogs nobody seemed to care but hey were locked in some backyards. While the owner lady was nice, the place was clean...

Breakfast was served when I wanted, it was good coffee, and also an easy breakfast with food.

Amazing experience! The host is a welcoming and really nice person and the place is clean and well positioned to visit Oristano! You can also ask for a proper Sardinian dinner for €25 which was delicious! Highly recommend this place!

I went to Marco and Laura for a very short stay in Oristano for work. The b & b is designed for travelers but staying here is a bit like coming home: cozy, warm, clean. Laura attended us, very friendly, willing to advise us what to visit. Speak Spanish. Clean facilities. Private sink upstairs with some complimentary products. Correct breakfast but little variety. As an inconvenience, the city center is somewhat far away, about 35 minutes on foot.

nice large rooms with common area didn’t use the facilities too much as I was there just for two nights but it looked well equipped for longer stays. shared the bathroom only with my party as we had 2 rooms in interconnected area separated from the rest. easy to park outside and free (at least in April when we were there). staff very welcoming and helpful.

Mr. Salvatore is helpful and attentive host, fluent English is aslo advantage :) Excellent and tasty breakfast with possibility to enjoy morning time on garden parking inside the closed yard only for guests. About 5 minutes away from the city centre.

Big modernly furnished rooms with kitchen (incl. microwave), TV in the living and bed room, and good views from 4th floor. The only two things I could complain about: the area downstairs is somewhat rundown and the bathroom ventilation has a bad smell. Still loved it!

An immaculate three-bedroom house was perfect for couple and 2 singles travelling together. Our host Donatella could not be more friendly and accommodating, especially the fabulous breakfast - all home-made and/or from their own lovely garden. Located in a quiet suburban street with easy parking, a few minutes’ drive from the centre of Oristano.
