Good hotel... BUT Pool not open (end September)... because of some rain drops..almost no rain!.. I booked this hotel because I wanted to swim... after some discussions they opened the pool. THANKS

Hotel near the center of Oristano, with parking and a swimming pool. Helpful and courteous staff, a varied breakfast with a wide selection (both sweet and savory), and clean rooms. It's a pet-friendly hotel, so you can stay with your pet for a €10 supplement. The rooms and lobby don't look like a 4-star hotel, but it's still comfortable. Recommended, especially for its location.

The hotel is a pleasant place to stay. Staff was friendly and helpful. The diner & the breakfast were qualitative. Very clean place.

City center, clean, vintage in a good way. Breakfast is ok, even though is the same almost each day. Great reception (they gave us something to eat at arrival, at 2 a.m., after a 10 hour travel). Kid friendly. Lots of parking spots around. Remember: for parking white line is free, blue line you pay. Would come again for sure.

We spent one night at Mariano IV Palace Hotel. The hotel has a glamorous exterior, but the rooms are a bit dated once you step inside, although they were clean. We encountered some difficulty during check-in as they seemed to have overlooked our ******* request, which is understandable since we booked just an hour before arrival. The staff! So kind and welcoming. They do everything to make you feel at home.

The hotel was fine, the room comfortable, the bed was great! The bathroom was ok, the shower a bit small, at least in the room we got (#209). I mean it was fine. Breakfast was simple but had the best croissants! You could ask for "real coffee". The garden was beautiful!

This was an average hotel. Staff were friendly, food was mostly good and the rooms were basic but kept fairly clean. Really no complaints other than it is a very basic hotel but right next to the football pitches so worked out well. I would not stay there with family as we generally look for something a little nicer but I was pleased with the hotel overall.

We stayed there for 4 days from the 16th to the 20th. They gave us a family room, consisting of two connecting rooms with a bathroom. The hotel is well kept in an excellent location. Very friendly staff. I would improve the shower, which I found small and with a non-modifiable jet, and I would enrich the choice for breakfast. However, it is an excellent hotel that I recommend

It's the worst hotel I have seen in a long long time. Only good decor and location. Service is bad and the room is suffocating. The rooms have air conditioners but the hotel staff have taken away the télécommande so you can't use it. I even complained and the lady at reception asked to use antique central air conditioners which are good for nothing and very noisy. I experienced 28+ degree in the room...

Nice building in the middle of the town. Easy to go walking to historic cente. Service is kindess and efficient. Breakfast buffet is good

If you don't mind the creaking of the bed and the sounds from the next room it's fine. Free parking and old town near by. Good breakfast.

A great experience living in this little palace in the middle of Oristano. There is a small inner yard where you can have breakfast. The rooms are clean and decorated in old Sardinian style, but not old-fashioned. Very friendly staff, they helped us book dinner and find a parking spot and were otherwise very helpful. The hotel is very central so all the sights, bars, restaurants are in immediate vicinity

The hotel is located within a walking distance from the center. The staff is extremely friendly. If you are too tired in the evening and do not want to leave the hotel, there is a very good set dinner menu available in the hotel restaurant.

Nice small and kind hotel. You can get the sleep for the price. People are kind... only 2 thing that were not satisfied. 1. Very dirty shower head. The hotel is generally clean and tidy but the shower head in the bathroom is very dirty. Covered with full black fungus... it was painful to use it. 2. Noise. At night I was able to hear very steps from the room above me. Sounded like elephant dancing...

Really great hotel in Oristano. 10 minutes walk from downtown and nearly close to the beauitful beaches in Oristano. Hotel staff really polite, always smiling and friendly. Big buffet for breakfast. The hotel restaurant serves typical sardinian dishes as "malloreddus alla campidanese" and "burrida alla cabrarissa "'. I higly recommended.

Awesome! It was awesome. They give you keys to let yourself in when the reception closes at 11 pm. The breakfast is always great with that Illy coffee machine. Great value. It’s also within walking distance to the center.

Stayed here for two nights while on a cycling holiday holiday. Check in was very simple and the lady spoke very good English. We had a nice large room that was very clean. The pool was small with a few sun lounges but enough chairs to sit on. I did notice that there seemed ample parking around the hotel if you had your own car! Breakfast was okay and free! From the hotel it is just a short walk into...

Very kind service, including the restauration and even the cleaning lady is kind. Rooms could be somewhat better but correct. I recommend it.

Great quiet location next to the beach. Camping pitches are flat, staff are friendly and facilities are good. The only downside is having to drive to get groceries. There is a restaurant on site, but we didn't use it.

The campsite is relatively big and situated on the beach. It offers a swimming pool and free hot showers (for six minutes). There is a mini market and a bar that is opened during the day for drinks and coffee. For food they have a restaurant and pizza place. And especially nice; a pool! Water is probably as warm as the sea but ones your in it is nice enough to stay in. Camper sites are spacious but...

Camping is perfect. Great localization, all the needed services. However the restaurant is a joke. Poor quality food (really), menu only in Italian, pizzeria is open... sometimes, noone knows when. When you want to cook on your own or eat at the city - it would be a great choice.

The camping itself is nice. Showers are a bit dirty and there are thousands of very annoying mosquitos at this camping place.

A place that remains in your heart, able to regenerate you, with a unique and different atmosphere at any time of the day. Especially thanks to Mrs. Anna and her family. Also excellent breakfast and location.

Great hospitality from our amazing host. Had our room upgraded for free which was a nice surprise & recommended a great restaurant for dinner. Breakfast was the best we had on the island by a long way, home made treats from the hosts own kitchen. 10/10 recommend

The place is superb. We arrived in the evening (8 PM), the host was warm and welcoming, and we moved in very quickly. The accommodation was very nice, clean and comfortable with AC working very nicely. The kitchen was fully equipped, including a big fridge and nice gas stove+oven. The place is within a maintained garden with olive trees and pines and offers a quiet place to rest and enjoy yourself...

Peaceful and relaxing, traditional and great breakfast, beds were comfortable shower good and toiletries great. Staff helped when we had a broken down car

Been there twice and will go more. Super good sevice (in context of other restaurants in Sardinia where waiters are just rude), nice environment, food is good and prices are relatively low! You can sit outisde or inside where AC is on. Beautiful garden. And when the night comes, the tree in the parking slot looks amazing!

A great hotel in an area that is full of great beaches. This family owned and run hotel has it's own restaurant and is a perfect base to travel around the Sinis area and explore the coastline. The staff treat you like a part of their family and truly strive to make your stay perfect. Will definitely be back!

Outdated and WAY too many mosquitos. It was not possible to get from the room to the restaurant without getting bites. That is not entirely in the hands of the hotel, but open water outside does not help... More screen doors/windows would help. Breakfast was... 'meh. Coffee, some sweet baked goods, and some fruit. The accomodation and it's atmosphere is very lovely. The service is correct. The staff is always nice and ready to complete your wishes. In the restaurant the food is special, but a little bit pricey. The room is not so big, but always clean. I was seatisfied with everything.

A typical beach hotel with comfortable rooms with a basic kitchenette. The breakfasts are okay and the service is good. There is a nice playground for young kids/toddlers and the pool is nice and clean though it was too cold to swim when we visited. Great staff, good location to visit the beaches on Sinis. Quite pricey however, room interior somewhat aged, during both days of our stay the hotel had a lot of day guests who only came to use the pool and drink at the bar, which meant a lot of commotion and noise - unattractive to stay there during the day. Our mattresses were beyond repair, unfortunately.

Good and quiet location (10 minutes walking from the beach, 15 minutes to the centre), safe parking place inside the hotel area, very good breakfast, nice and polite personal, nice and clean swimming pool, clean and spacious room (Sea Suite) on the top floor of the hotel.

From the moment you step in you feel like you are in an up-market hotel. Its spacious and light and you immediately notice the terrace looking out to the beach. My room was a single room, so small but definately comfortable and clean. I loved the immediate access to the beach and sun loungers. I also spent every Apperitivo hour on the terrace watching the beautiful sunset. Would definately recommend...

We came to the beach of this hotel for a week. Since we were staying in a very cozy agriturismo a few kilometers from the hotel, we were told that this is the only well-equipped hotel with a convenient entrance to the sea. This is true. This part of Sardinia has luxurious beaches, but they are all wild. There is not a single hotel on this entire coast, where there are all conditions for recreation...

The room was beautiful with a stunning view. Sitting on the balcony at night was really nice. Very clean and comfortable. The staff was excellent. Always friendly and helpful. Whatever you need, they will help you. Really nice to come back from the beach to a clean and cool room. We will most certainly be back!

We stayed at this hotel during our first trip to Italy and Sardinia it was a great experience The staff was friendly the food was great I would stay there again. I hope it has not changed.

Nice apartment in Torre dei Corsari, clean and simple but a wonderful view on the beach of Torre dei Corsari. From the apartment you can go down directly to the beach with some steps. At night you only hear the sound of the waves. Very nice village with shops.

We have just returned, the hotel has a breathtaking view, and the sunset and a wonderful cs. The catering is excellent and the staff is very kind and attentive to the customer.
