Nice, but pricy accommodation. Be aware, there is only sweet breakfast included.

This hotel's good with location and the design of the hotel . Everything looks antique and very well designed. But the service is poor. Not even a little kettle or coffee in the supposedly 4 star hotel. It's the minimum you find. I had to struggle to prepare milk in the night for my child without hot water. We found nothing of a sort which could make this even 4 star. Even breakfast was lame and small. We had a terrible experience with the air conditioning not working but the hotel heard our complaint and tried to compensate later which is appreciated.

It's the worst hotel I have seen in a long long time. Only good decor and location. Service is bad and the room is suffocating. The rooms have air conditioners but the hotel staff have taken away the télécommande so you can't use it. I even complained and the lady at reception asked to use antique central air conditioners which are good for nothing and very noisy. I experienced 28+ degree in the room with no air movement, reception closed at 10pm and there is no one to help during the night.
Updated : Hotel management contacted me to understand in depth the issue and were deeply apologetic. They even refunded the amount they received post booking comission. Hope they have also took measures so this issue doesn't happen again

Nice building in the middle of the town. Easy to go walking to historic cente. Service is kindess and efficient. Breakfast buffet is good

If you don't mind the creaking of the bed and the sounds from the next room it's fine. Free parking and old town near by. Good breakfast.

A great experience living in this little palace in the middle of Oristano. There is a small inner yard where you can have breakfast. The rooms are clean and decorated in old Sardinian style, but not old-fashioned. Very friendly staff, they helped us book dinner and find a parking spot and were otherwise very helpful. The hotel is very central so all the sights, bars, restaurants are in immediate vicinity

This hotel is just wonderful! Super friendly staff, super clean rooms, excellent breakfast. I highly recommend this hotel!
