The hotel is not updated, the A/C never works, breakfast don’t know what to say they are kind of cheap, the waiters don’t supply enough food, they received lots of Germans groups who does a good clean of the food, we are not coming back. We found bugs in the bed. Nothing was done about it.

Good enough, but really needs renovation. 5 for hot water bath, and good mattress. 4 for breakfast, general cleanliness and service (had to ask for what have to be from the beginning, dust on lamps). 3 for old and yellow equipment and ceilings. 2 for loud and slowly refilled toilet cistern. And it's a bit overpriced, I think.

Hotel is a bit tired. Feels like it needs a bit of an update. But saying that rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast could have been a bit more inspiring and we sat in the garden planning how it could be improved with some weeding and replanting! Tasty food in the restaurant for dinner and good value. Great situation and kind, considerate and helpful staff with very good English.

The stay at the hotel was very pleasant. This has already started at the reception with the extremely friendly staff at the reception. I have not been greeted so friendly and helpful in a hotel for a long time. I can only recommend this nice hotel.

The smell terrible, like someone died in the bathroom. Just a little room, I really wanna cry when I was go in there. The price high. In the recepcion the people so nice but I really don’t like this place. And I don’t forgot, the room was dirty.:) It’s 1 stars max.

Nice hotel in the city center, however the 4 star is not that accurate: the breakfast was good, but not exceptional, the room medium with fair service, very kind young lady at the reception desk.

Excellent! It's a great hotel with good staff and facilities. The garden is lovely for breakfast and relaxing anytime of day, there's a comfortable reception area and the rooms are large, comfortable and stylish. We booked for one night and stayed for three!
