City center, clean, vintage in a good way. Breakfast is ok, even though is the same almost each day. Great reception (they gave us something to eat at arrival, at 2 a.m., after a 10 hour travel). Kid friendly. Lots of parking spots around. Remember: for parking white line is free, blue line you pay.

Had problems with wifi which the staff tried to fix right away which was appreciated but problem was partly fixed

The hotel is not updated, the A/C never works, breakfast don’t know what to say they are kind of cheap, the waiters don’t supply enough food, they received lots of Germans groups who does a good clean of the food, we are not coming back. We found bugs in the bed. Nothing was done about it.

We spent one night at Mariano IV Palace Hotel. The hotel has a glamorous exterior, but the rooms are a bit dated once you step inside, although they were clean. We encountered some difficulty during check-in as they seemed to have overlooked our ******* request, which is understandable since we booked just an hour before arrival. The breakfast provided was average. The surrounding area is currently under construction, so it's advisable to avoid spending time nearby and instead explore other parts of the city.

The property is reasonably close to the station and town but is in need of modernisation. Good customer service.

The street that the hotel is on is populated by a multicultral/multirace community. The "feeling" was that of uncertinty of safety.

Good enough, but really needs renovation. 5 for hot water bath, and good mattress. 4 for breakfast, general cleanliness and service (had to ask for what have to be from the beginning, dust on lamps). 3 for old and yellow equipment and ceilings. 2 for loud and slowly refilled toilet cistern. And it's a bit overpriced, I think.
