This is an absolutely beautiful and amazing resort. The architecture and design are excellent. The staff and service are top-notch. Danielle stood out as he would make extra efforts and give advice that was very helpful. It is very clean and secure. A lot of parking is available. We stayed in the main building but there are many rooms, apartments and suites in other buildings. Our room was big and in excellent condition. It has a big bathroom that is very clean and in excellent condition. And the tiles in the bathroom are wonderful. The landscaping around the property is like going into paradise. So many trees and flowers and plants around add to the experience. It has a very large pool that wraps around the landscape .It's totally awesome. Not far from a long and wide sandy beach. There are umbrellas for the guests with two beds and a chair and a small table at each umbrella. Also, it is close to the archeological site of Paestum.
It is family-friendly for sure. And there are many kids and a lot for them to do. However, if you are a grandparent, then you need to be patient at meals, but it was mostly quiet.

Wedding facilities were brilliant. Staff were very friendly. Would recommend anybody who wants a destination wedding in Italy, this place rocks.

A family resort. Mini club is the best part. They recently added a dedicated kitchen for infants and toddlers that is nice. However that space is extremely hot with no AC and many baby applies are missing such as sterilizers. Rooms are beautiful and clean. Air conditioning is poor in the restaurant and shared places though as well as in the kids play rooms. Food is ok not so top scale.

This was our first all inclusive resort in Italy. It was like being in cancun. Poolside drinks delivered. Beach also has drink service and a nice restaurant.

A piece of paradise on Earth - wonderful garden and swimming pool - perfectly maintened - surely 5 stars structure, helpful and professional staff, fantastic atmosphere. I have never seen such a dedicated animation team able to provide entertainment for both children and parents at the same time - thank you Pippo and all your team! Recommended for families with children. Thank you all for the wonderfull stay.

Lovely hotel, really geared up for families. Lovely clean rooms, great pool facility and beautiful beach. Everything we expected. Fun entertainment in the evening.

I can't speak highly enough of this hotel resort. We had an amazing Easter family break here. Everything we requested from the hotel was handled beautifully. The venue is beautiful, wasn't busy, the rooms are large and kept clean by housekeeping, with the beach just a short walk through the fir trees.

Gorgeous grounds, lush vegetation, fantastic pool, perfect beach! The ambiance is absolutely beautiful. Wonderful hotel restaurant with good food and good service, though I would've preferred more menu options. The beach restaurant had a larger menu and was absolutely stunning! Unfortunately they're open only for lunch; otherwise we would've dined there watching the sunset every night. They said they may extend hours in the future. Kids club was grest; our 6 year old looked forward to it every day. The decor of the hotel lobby and surrounding areas are stylish, elegant and gorgeous. The actual sleeping rooms need an upgrade... they were spacious inside but a bit basic... I recommend booking an upstairs unit (5 stairs up outside) with looked much more luminous and attractive. Good little kitchens inside, and dining/playing on our garden area outside was a highlight. It was a wonderful stay! I definitely recommend!

Wouldn't recommend for an overnight stay. The exterior is beautiful, however the rooms are terrible. I can't speak for all of them because right now there is no availability to upgrade. We arrived yesterday night, exhausted, looking forward to a good night's sleep... This wasn't possible due to a wedding happening at the hotel, the music was VERY LOUD and it continued until around 1:30am, then there was shouting and screaming from the wedding guests. I didn't actually sleep till 3am. The rooms need to be sound proofed somehow, that amount of noise is absolutely unacceptable. I mentioned it today and they said there's nothing they can do because it was due to a wedding. So I asked if there will be more of these weddings during my stay, she said there are around 3 more! The room itself is terrible, not shabby chic, just shabby. The shower head has to be held while showering because the holder is broken, the bathroom in general is old and needs some attention. The double bed is actually 2 small beds moved together. There is no duvet, just a cloth which is exactly the same material they use for their curtains. I woke up freezing. The reasons it gets 2 stars is because the staff seem friendly and the beach is lovely. I guess I'll just focus on these 2 redeeming factors for the rest of my stay... Wish me luck on getting some sleep tonight!
