Oleandri Resort Paestum in Paestum

A very nice resort near the sea (100 m with a private beach) and a beautiful swimmingpool. Very nice people and good food. We enjoued our stay for ons week there.

We only stayed one night, but it was very good. The resort and room were clean and inviting. The breakfast was terrific. The staff was polite and helpful. I would stay again.

Local American family, I decided to come with my children for a few days. We will definitely return!! Beautiful resort, very kind and helpful staff. Food was delicious. Gorgeous pool, clean sandy beach, endless play space, very clean. No reason to get in the car if you chose not to, all of your needs will be met. Comfortable beds and pillows! Room service. Cold refrigerator in room. Eurospin 5 minutes away if needed. We will return for a longer stay and get an apartment. Oleandri is a wonderland! Close to sites and the famous buffalo farm. Fresh air and beautiful area all and all.

Upon arrival you will be warmly welcomed by the reception staff. We were neatly taken to our room by golf cart. The room was very clean and spacious. A bathroom and floor with beautiful Italian colored tiles and a spacious balcony with a view of the well-kept planting of the resort, everything made it a very pleasant stay. The beds were firm and I still regret not asking which pillows they were. I have never had such fantastic pillows in a hotel; not too thick, not too soft, but just right for everyone. All the staff is very friendly (even though we hardly speak Italian) and everyone is really focused on making the stay pleasant for the guests; from the staff in the restaurant to the people who take care of the garden every day. Our luggage had not arrived in Naples and the reception staff helped us very well with tracing it. In addition, with tips for shopping malls to buy the necessary items that we missed because we had no luggage. The resort is beautifully maintained and also outside everything is clean and tidy. The pool is clean and beautifully situated between Oleanders and Tuscan jasmine. The resort has rooms in the main building, around the pool and in a second ring around it. The rooms in the 'second ring' are quieter, but also have a view of the beautiful flowering garden. We were well informed in advance about the fact that there were a number of weddings during our stay and on which days they were. The pool may have closed an hour earlier, but we were not bothered by that at all. Around the pool there are a lot of sunbeds, sun umbrella's and there is space for you in the sun or shade under the trees. After a short walk through a pine forest you arrive at the private beach of the resort. So you always have the choice between the pool and the beach (with sunbeds). The breakfast is very good and there is really nothing missing. The dinner is fine, one day a little better than the other (after all, tastes differ). But every evening there is a choice between various starters, main courses and desserts. The prices for the dinner are in line with Northern European prices. The Paestum ruins are about a 5 minute drive from the resort (a car is needed). Having a drink in the afternoon with a view of the ruins is a nice way to end a beach/pool day. Pompeii or Herculaneum is about a 1 hour drive from Oleandri, but definitely doable for a day trip. In short, for us it was a wonderful stay and we certainly hope to come back at Oleandri!

Very beautiful resort situated in garden with oleandres and bugenvilles, very nice Staff especialy Teresa in reception - charming girl who even helped us to book on- line ticket to Vesuvio! Wonderful sandy beach with bedsun and umbrellas. Exellent breakfest! Everything excellent, I really recommend it

We had been travelling with 4 children. The children loved the resort! The food was delicious and you could choose from a great variety of dishes. The closeness to the beach is really a big advantage. The staff of the hotel is very helpful and always friendly. So I can only recommend the hotel.

This is an absolutely beautiful and amazing resort. The architecture and design are excellent. The staff and service are top-notch. Danielle stood out as he would make extra efforts and give advice that was very helpful. It is very clean and secure. A lot of parking is available. We stayed in the main building but there are many rooms, apartments and suites in other buildings. Our room was big and in excellent condition. It has a big bathroom that is very clean and in excellent condition. And the tiles in the bathroom are wonderful. The landscaping around the property is like going into paradise. So many trees and flowers and plants around add to the experience. It has a very large pool that wraps around the landscape .It's totally awesome. Not far from a long and wide sandy beach. There are umbrellas for the guests with two beds and a chair and a small table at each umbrella. Also, it is close to the archeological site of Paestum.
It is family-friendly for sure. And there are many kids and a lot for them to do. However, if you are a grandparent, then you need to be patient at meals, but it was mostly quiet.

Wedding facilities were brilliant. Staff were very friendly. Would recommend anybody who wants a destination wedding in Italy, this place rocks.

The resort was top notch. We visited in last May and the resort was relaxing and accommodating. It was a great property and having both the pool and the beach was heavenly.
