No AC when the temperature is low outdoors, but the room is stuffy. Room design is super out-dated, wifi is not guaranteed for all rooms. Overall, it's not a 4-star hotel standard at all.

It's a 10-minute walk from the train station. The room is quite big, the balcony has a sea view, and it's also close to the city. The breakfast is OK. For Italy, this hotel has a very good environment.

Very close to travelmar ferry, you can walk. Otherwise not much around. Older hotel but very big room, 3 beds, two twin one king

Rooms are clean. Shower was leaking. Air conditioner are controlled by the hotel, meaning no AC at all. They provide a fan as request, first come first serve. Bed it’s really hard with very thin pillows.

A bit dated. Rooms do have wifi unlike other reviews I have read. The staff is extremely helpful. The a/c ran the whole time and the room was never cold. Breakfast was quite basic with nothing but sweets, under-ripe fruit and machine-prepared coffee. There were some boiled eggs but that was the only protein. It is a little bit away from the main attractions, but if you don't mind a 10-20 minute walk than It is fine. Would have really liked to see this place 20 years ago. Would have been quite elegant. Also was very clean, you could see your reflection on their polished marble floors

Staff were nice. However, the hotel promotes having wifi to all rooms. This is not correct, and when I asked about the problem I was experiencing, I was advised that there would not be anything done to make it available. Clearly, they are aware of the problem. Many others in my tour group experienced the same problem.

Opposite the sea, close to the train station. Recommended hotel.
The downside is that there are tour groups every day and there are many people.
Overall it is a good hotel and the price is also acceptable.

The hotel itself on the outside & in the main lobby look nice. The rooms were clean & spacious but there was NO HOT WATER to shower!!! There was barely enough water to shower & whatever There was was ice cold! The breakfast was completely blah. Boiled eggs only. Slics bread only. No meat other than coldcuts. The town itself is rundown & dirty. I would not recommend staying here.
