Stayed a night in a single room last weekend, the room was tiny but in the end functional. Reception was great and well mannered. Best part is the location, if you like Italian historical architecture you’ll find yourself at home. Also the breakfast was satisfactory and quality. Considering price, overall a good experience. If you travel during the week there might be problems with accessibility of cars and parking.

Great hotel with a simple breakfast. Nice location near the city center. Staff was great especially Chara (hope I got that right) who checked us in and had great restaurant recommendations.

Cleanliness doesn't come free , mean management, did a very late check in and the person in charge didn't let me stay at least an extra hour, I arrived wet to this Hotel , due to the night rain and after payment I requested to stay an extra hour , because of my tiredness, yes a bug NO was over pronounced.
The reception guy*, totally not a gentleman, was mean and showed no flexibility, he called early the room that I had rented in second floor and told me that I had to leave, I believe their white puffy doggy has a bigger heart .
Highly unrecommended.

This hotel is the perfect, small, romantic location to stay when in Parma for a few days. I wouldn't recommend bringing young kids as this place was very quiet with limited space. The staff are welcoming and kind.

Excellent location close to palazzo de Pilotta and piazza Garibaldi. Wifi signal on the second floor was not good. The single room did not have a mini bar. Breakfast price: 10 € overall good experience!

Very neat small hotel right in the city centre. Our room was extra small but very clean and the bed was big and very comfortable. Nice breakfast room with natural lightning. Overall the hotel looks like a very well managed facility with attention to detail and cleanliness.

We had the top floor with a little balcony
Nice room, bathroom old but more than stayable.

The bed and bathroom were okay. But there were bars outside and people were drinking and talking even very late at night. It was really really noisy. And in general,this hotel was not very soundproof. If you are looking for a quiet room, you should think about it before booking.
