Hotel opened in 2001, renovated in 2006. In this mini-hotel 166 rooms, 2 floors.

the hotel is very big and we must walk a lot to reach our room but the room was good , the breakfast was not interesting

Very unfriendly hotel. We travel all year long for work but this is the baddest service we ever had. When we made the booking, we selected the wrong date, it was for the same day but stupid from us, we hit a different date on our phone. Of course we called straight away to tell our stupid mistake. The lady said to us: make a new booking for today and when you arrive, tell it at the reception. That evening the person at the desk was very rude, did not let me finish my sentence and said straight away: NO, you don't get your money back! I was totally shocked, if the lady on the phone told me they did not help us I did not book for that night. Terrible hotel, never had this before.

This is not a 4 star hotel. It is a disaster. We stayed 2 nights through Globus tours. First night was good, sheets on bed in addition to duvet, extra pillows, good Wi-Fi. We returned to the hotel on day 2 to find water leaking from the ceiling. Apparently housekeeping changed the AC settings and froze the unit. We were forced to change rooms. 2nd room had no Wi-Fi connection, no extra pillows, no sheet on the bed. Also, hotel is in the middle of nowhere.

Super weird hotel. Stayed here on an all-inclusive group tour, so I can’t comment on the price-for-value. Seems like an old hotel that’s been converted and extended over time. It’s super confusing and labyrinthine to navigate, easy to get lost or stuck outside. Finishes seem nice on the surface but walls are paper-thin, you can almost hear full conversations through them. Breakfast spread was pretty nice tho, and there are some solid outdoor lounge areas.

Avoid this hotel at all costs!
I don't like to write a bad review without giving the hotel management the opportunity to solve the problem. I had a terrible stay at this hotel and I tried to reach out to the management by email to address the serious problems in this hotel after my stay. I even sent a reminder, but simply no answer to both of my emails.
This is my last hope to reach the management of this hotel. See below the email I sent them:
Dear Sir/Madam,
I write you this email because I experienced serious inconveniences while staying at your hotel. I feel the need to inform you about it.
On the evening of 9th of November I checked in along with my partner and we were assigned to the room 235. At first everything in the room seemed fine but after a few minutes we discovered the room was full of insects. We informed the front desk immediately. They sent housekeeping to the room to remove the insects. 10min after the housekeeper left new insects appeared in the room. Looks like they are coming through the ventilation system of the hotel.
We went back to the front desk and they assigned us to a different room - 160. We went to room 160 but found out the insects were also in this room. Again - we informed the front desk and they send housekeeping to remove the insects. We informed the front desk that we were not comfortable staying in the new room either. At this point the front desk said they can’t do anything else for us - refund or assigning us to the other room was not possible. It was 10PM and it was too late to find a different accommodation. We felt uncomfortable but we had no other option but staying the night.
We killed multiple insects during the night and we found out in the morning there were insects even in our bed.
Next to the insect problem the room had a seat-through chair, the shower head couldn’t be stabilized that didn’t allow us to take a proper shower, bottles of shower gel and shampoo were damaged.
We did a checkout in the morning of 10th of November with Madelena. She was friendly but she wasn’t updated by her colleagues with the problems we experienced during our stay. She was very apologetic but there’s nothing she could do. Madelena asked me to leave my details so she can reach out to me after talking to her manager.
We had one final issue with paying the city taxes. Our booking confirmation states that all taxes and additional fees are included. Madelena charged us again for city taxes saying there’s an issue/mistake with the booking. She could not help us
The service, the insect problem and the other issues in the room are not what I was expecting when booking a room in a 4 stars hotel. The issues I brought up are fair and reasonable and I strongly believe those issues should be addressed to the management of the hotel to be solved. I kindly ask you to refund for a stay at your hotel I never wished to stay at.

We stayed one night as a family on our trip deeper into the heart of Italy.
The rooms were very nice and clean not so spacey but very good for one night.
The pool was very clean and refreshing.
I also want to say that the wifi didn't work at all in the hotel rooms. Only in the lobby.
We had dinner at the restaurant.
The experience there was disappointing and the service was rude. Fair to say the had only two people on duty for a whole restaurant.
Anyway, the food was overpriced for it's taste.
I do not recommend the restaurant here.

Kinda disappointing! The place look rather nice and posh but didn't live up to the expectation. The room wasn't fancy but clean and alright for a stop over. The bathroom was small and had some moldy corners, that were seal up with transparent silicone (grey might have covered it, just saying). Arriving on a Saturday night wasn't the best choice, silly me. Loud parties and noise all through the night and again early morning. I guess the pandemic had ended and nobody told me, at least in the breakfast room with self service not even half of the people were wearing masks. Since the food didn't look all that inviting with scrambled eggs that had probably seen better days and a line to wait to getting a coffee I quickly decided it's a fasting Sunday and checked out 😐

In the middle of nowhere. Small pool. Decent breakfast. The "fitness center" is almost non-existant.

Very clean amd big with lovy staff and food. Just need softer beds but shower fab with lovely toiletries
