Brilliant location, really nice pool which was so refreshing, with a great bar / ice cream shop right next to it which is run by the hotel. Inside the hotel though, rooms are small, basic and some things don't work, like plugs, my mini fridge didn't work - needs a refresh. Unfortunately there are also rats living in the vents, you can hear them during the day - this didn't bother us much but I know...

Nice place with a pool & good services

I can’t recommend this place enough. The staff were so friendly and attentive in every way possible - they even gave us free transport to the town nearby and the train station. We were attending a wedding at Castle Borgia nearby, which was a 5 minute walk away. Our room had a lovely balcony and was very very clean! Loved our stay. Breakfast was good , room was cozy for us and spacious. The room air conditioner was old so there was a drawback that it was not cool in hot summer, but it was not bad in the evening. The staffs were very kind. The restaurant was also delicious. The price was reasonable.

We spent only one night in the hotel, but our kids really enjoyed the swimming pool and we appreciated the included breakfast. The room for 4 was a bit small, but for one night stay ok.It was well airconditioned.

Worth for money which we spent

Awesome stay with the proprietorship going out of their way to help. Really worth the money. Remember always to keep the mosquito net of the window to be closed in the evening as insects from outside can be attracted with the lights on.

We visited Villa Paradiso during July 2022, all the staff were very friendly. We were with 4 adults and my wife has a gluten allergy. Erika and Luciano were amazing in helping here, she could eat a lot. The cocktails of Elizabetha were very taste full.

I had no issues with my stay here but with the money we paid we expected a little bit more. Like proper breakfast and wifi in the rooms. Proper breakfast would include real coffee, not instant, scrambled eggs that are not made of powder, etc. Lots of kids by the pool all day. Highlight was the cute boy performing aqua yoga daily (pictured).

The building is beautiful from the outside, the rooms require considerable investment, especially the bathroom. However, it is not bad after all. The pool is a bit small, there are not enough sunbeds for this amount of guests. Tasty cuisine, although not very varied.

Very nice villa, spacious, nice rooms. Well-stocked industrial kitchen. A wood grill is available. Dear owners. It would deserve 5 stars if the wifi worked well, unfortunately it does not hold all devices (villa for 16, at least 16 connected devices) and the wifi coverage is lacking. There is practically no telephone coverage (a landline telephone is still available to use).

I spent 5 days in this wonderful place surrounded by the green Umbrian hills. The property is cozy, rustic style, with meals prepared by them. But what even more enhances everything was the beautiful atmosphere created by all the staff. Available, kind, with a very beautiful energy. In short, enchanting.

Father, mother and son to manage the structure, and you naturally find yourself as if you were in the family. Dear never banal. Rooms a little dated but with every comfort and above all very clean. After breakfast, almost sorry to have to leave. Experiences that warm the heart. I would go there again.

No frills property with comfy beds and 80's furnishings. Perfect stay only the train passing by felt lightly but if you are a sleeping beauty sleeper it's perfect. Basic but excellent breakfast and above all the friendly and very helpful staff. Highly recommended for those who want to spend little and get more than just right.

The hosts are very nice, kind, helpful for customers. The location may seem a bit deconcerting, but you can walk to the city center in 15 minutes. Breakfast is decent. A big plus is the private parking, for those traveling by car. The house has an interesting history. The inner courtyard, full of plants, is also a good look. Convenient location to reach the lake and very nice managers. We stayed in the room with an external bathroom ... Let's say you can do it for one night ... Parking only for a fee, so it becomes expensive. Too poor is the breakfast consumed at a kiosk, a b & b generally offers much much more ... A cap or a brioche is a bit too little in our opinion.

The staff was very helpful and the room very comfortable. The german shepherd was a plus for our baby. We had a balcony. We unfortunately arrived to the hotel with Covid and had to change plans and leave home and they were very understanding.

The breakfast was included in the price and was very good. There were savoury meats and cheeses, yoghurts, pastries toast and various jams etce, everything you could want .The staff were obliging and friendly, especially the receptionist and there was a restaurant next door. The hotel was in a great position to walk into town., free parking always available too.

Had a great stay at this family owned hotel. The staff was very friendly, the restaurant was good and the location is perfect. The room was also nice and clean. Sylvia (the owner) gave us great tips on things to do in the region and was always helpful to answer our questions. Everything was perfect about our stay in this lovely hotel. We planned on staying 1 night, but we even prolonged our stay with one more night. Spent two nights here, middle of summer. The service was outstanding! No effort spared to make us comfortable. Mind that the hotel does not have climate control in (all) guest rooms, nor is there a mini-bar or fridge in the room. If that doesn't bother you, look no further than this family-run, friendly and cosy accomodation.

Marvelous setting in Umbria on the Southern border of Tuscany.

Truly unique atmosphere and location with an amazing view on the beautiful Lake Trasimeno. The owner is very friendly and has a great sense of humor. The appartments are a little bit dated (which fits the theme of a 17th century village) but they have everything you need. The nice, cool pool helps with the burning heat. Amazing experience, we will come back!

Overlooking wonderful landscapes, olive orchards and the Lake Trasimeno, this borgo is a gem! The owner is a humble and extremely helpful and nice man. Squeaky clean rooms, well equipped kitchen. Nice facilities outside (playground, table football, bocce field). Daniele is an exceptional host, I wish we could stay longer here. The grounds around are beyond beautiful, view over the lake, endless orchards and olive groves.

Really special farmhouse. The colors of the hills, the scents of nature and those of the kitchen, magnificent and above all regenerating. The Pinazza family was very welcoming. We are already planning the return !!!!

Secluded and surrounded by greenery, the family that runs it is friendly and warm, the rooms are clean and tidy. The only flaw was the bad coordination with the site used to book, however understandable given the large number of people from which the group was composed.

I do not agree with the negative reviews ... we spent a week in a beautiful place, relaxing and quiet, clean apartment.You can easily reach the lake in 10 minutes. Being in a valley obviously there may be line problems but the structure provides a telephone to be able to call for free. Excellent welcome always available at any time. Recommended place
