Great location, ideal to explore the countryside, Mantova, Verona and the Garda Lake. Trebisonda is a beautiful country house with fields and woods all around it. Valeria is a splendid host and her cakes for breakfast are something special. Highly recommended for a relaxing break.

Spacious and tidy apartments. Peaceful and quiet place but also strategic because with 15/30 minutes by car you can reach the main attractions and many towns of Garda (Sirmione, Lazise, ​​Peschiera, etc.). The managers are friendly, helpful and discreet. The beer they produce is excellent. The prices of the apartments are very cheap. Really high quality / price ratio.

Daniele, the owner, was extremely kind and helpful with all our specific needs, like buying tickets for nearby activities and tips for good restaurants in the vicinity. If you're looking for a peaceful place with warm hospitality, that's the place you should book around Garda lake. Daniel is a great host, seems that he "was born for this work". Rooms were very nice, clean and with air condition in each room. Lovely surroundings with playground for kids (external & internal), some farm animals, fruit trees on a quiet hill only 15 - 20 minutes driving from Movie land...

This is the perfect place to stay, while trevelling with a family.Very comfortable rooms, nice and tasty breakfast. Small playgarden for kids. The place location was perfect for us, very close to places we wished to visit. The owber was nice and helpful.

It has nice playground for the kids and some farm animals around. The rooms are quite basic and maintenance could be better. Wifi is week and not really sufficient. The hosts are nice and friendly and customer satisfaction is on the top of their list.

Menu change not so much during the season, but food offer a wonderful experience. Country restaurant which is accurate also in its country modern style.

Cinzia made us feel welcome, was always available if we needed her, ensured we had all the information about the property and the area and was really easy to communicate with. This is so nice to relax. Top spot close to Sirmione and Peschiara del Garda. In an oasis of tranquility near one of the busiest holiday areas in Italy. Great place with wonderful people (the host family) and tasty breakfasts. The view is fascinating and there are free bicycle to barrow to getting around. They have big pool ,warm jacuzzi, ping pong table, soccer table and excellent homemade jams. Im sure I'll come back next time Im in italy!

Beautiful & Friendly place for kids and families. Our room and view is great. The owners are an amazing family ( Lena, Giuseppe ) who serve an amazing generous breakfast, unforgettable cakes, cockies and special jam (made by Lena). Very helpful with information suggestions.
