I had an incredible stay! My requests were happily accommodated by the lovely staff. I arrived late on my first night and I was a little hungry. The receptionist prepared me a Sandwhich and some fruit despite the kitchen being closed. I wasn’t feeling too well that night and this made me feel so much better!
The interior of the hotel was beautiful and clean. My room was tranquil and the bed was beyond comfortable. I had two of the best nights of sleep. I was disappointed to have to leave.
I ordered a steak and fries with a side of ketchup for room service the second night. Fries weren’t on the menu but the restaurant did their best. They were like the ones my mom would make at home, they were lovely!

We stayed here with a group of golfers to play the nearby beautiful course of Antognolla. De hotel is very nicely decorated, the rooms spacious and nice and clean. The bathroom, shower and towels were excellent. We also really liked the breakfast. On the last day we had an early tee time and because it was weekend the breakfast officially opened at 7:30 instead of 7:00 when we were there. The staff was very flexible and apologized that they were still preparing but we could start breakfast. That is a real proof of customer service & friendliness. The location is just outside Perugia but there is plenty of free parking and I would go there again when I visit Perugia & Antognolla Golf

We stayed four nights at tis lovely boutique hotel in Perugia. The room was very comfortable and the double glazing blocked out all outside noise. The breakfast was an extensive buffet. The Pool looked very clean and had plenty of loungers around it. The value was amazing €149 per night.

We spent 12 days in Umbria and used Perugia as our home base. This lovely hotel is about 10 minutes from the center of Perugia. You must have a rental car to stay here as the bus rarely comes by and it is not within walking distance of Perugia center. We had a car so no issues for us, There is excellent on site free parking. The hotel is wonderful. Big thanks to the fabulous Jessica and Aymen at the front desk! They helped us every day and made dinner reservations for us several times. They were always warm, friendly and very helpful. The room was clean and lovely. The shower is small, but typical for Europe. The buffet breakfast included in the room rate is phenomenal. There is nothing they have not thought of to serve!! The staff at breakfast are also absolutely lovely. We had a wonderful time at this hotel!! Highly recommend.

The Relais is very well looked after, the staff is very courteous and always available to resolve small and large issues. The swimming pool is very beautiful and is a relaxation area that is needed after a day out. The SPA area is excellent and costs the right amount (€30 per person for an hour) and is very clean and well maintained. Good breakfast, convenient free parking. Some things I liked less: - It is located along a busy road during the week and the whole relais is in a very industrial and commercial area (not very bucolic) The rooms along the road are noisy - There is little in the swimming pool check, some guests play ball or don't wear headphones and no one says anything - when leaving the rooms the a/c turns off and then when you come back it turns on by default and in the evening it can be annoying -The services are quite expensive. Note: The coffee in the breakfast room is truly terrible

We really enjoyed our stay at Relais dell'olmo. All of the staff were great, especially Andrea who was so helpful and kind. We thought the breakfast offered a great selection. The whole hotel was beautifully decorated, clean and well maintained. the pool and outdoor areas were wonderful. The room was very comfy; we had everything we needed and loved our use of the private spa which made the stay that bit more special. The only thing that let the hotel down slightly was the location, near a main road etc but it did not ruin our overall experience.

Comfortable rooms, delicious breakfast. Silence is the main character of the site, where a nice garden offers typical Italian ornamental trees. Visitors can use the swimming pool. It offers a nice landscape.

I would stay at this hotel a thousand times over!! The staff was incredibly attentive, the service and food were impeccable, and the grounds were beautiful. The adjacent hotel restaurant food was to die for!! My wife and I from New York stayed between November 3rd 2021 - November 10 2021. The following staff were amazing....Jessica! Anna! Chiara! and Michele,,,,,we loved all of them and will be asking for them when we return!!

Booked solely as a place to sleep in between a visit to another for a wedding. Seemed an odd location for a hotel but a short walk will get you great value food. Great hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. The lady on reception was always smiling, very accommodating and was only too happy to recommend some local restaurants for dinner. She can also have you in a taxi to anywhere you need to be in 10 minutes or less!

Rooms are modern, clean and well equipped with excellent air conditioning. The breakfast is very good for an Italian hotel. There is a small spa which can be booked for private use which is very nice and the outside pool is clean and well looked after and there is a good bar service bringing snacks and drinks to the pool area. They do require swimming caps to be worn in the water (you can buy them from reception) and they also charge you for beach towel hire if you don't bring your own. No restaurant but there is a nice Osteria just next door. Friendly and helpful staff. Private parking.
