Super pleasant small hotel Excellent location in a beautiful section of a very classy beach town.

Photos are lovely so I went for it! However I had so many small but important issues! I arrived in Hotel! First of all it’s not Hotel if u don’t welcome me! Was air b&b! U start ur self checking! U enter apartment entrance ( pretty nice door) then u will face at least 20* sharp stirs! Impossible for me to carry my suitcase! I was on phone with manger and I told her this is challenging for me! Any way...

The positives: great location. Very clean, tidy and modern. Well kept and adequate amenities. The negatives: not being told if check in procedure BEFORE we physically arrived at the location. There are 7 steep flights of stairs to climb from street level to the second floor (not good with heavy suitcases) Microscopic bathroom, everything gets soaked from the shower it’s that small. Sink was blocked

It was a nice large room. Toni was very helpful to get us checked in. All the needed amenities were provided. Safe street parking in front of the building.

We made last minute reservations on a winter night and the owner met us in very friendly way at the entrance. He was helpful and very nice and approachable. Bed was comfortable, bathroom clean and modern. Good WiFi. Breakfast ok.

Very convenient transportation

This hotel is very nice, very clean, and the price/performance ratio is very good. It is only about 50 meters away from the bus station. The little sister at the front desk is very beautiful.

I find it a very clean and welcoming hotel, convenient for me because I travel by train and it is located just a stone's throw from the station, the breakfast is fresh and varied, the olive tree next to the entrance door is beautiful

I was very satisfied with my stay in this structure, clean, quiet, everything I expected. In addition, Mr. Stefano came kindly to me, thus resolving a situation that would otherwise have compromised my stay.

I stayed only one night at the property, kind and helpful owner, excellent cleaning and observance of the COVID rules. The essential but finely furnished environment does not hurt. Soundproofed rooms that guarantee absolute silence. I will be back

The apartment is very comfortable and modern. The localization is wonderful in the center and near to the free beach. The Host is very kind and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. I strongly recommend.

The staff of the b & b was very kind and helpful from a few days before the trip, when we exchanged some messages to define the arrival time. I arrived at the b & b a little earlier than the established time and everything was ready to welcome us and I had the confirmation of their education and kindness. Close to the center, to the beach. Room clean, well decorated. Poor internet coverage, coffee and tea available in the kitchen, hot water boiled in a pot on a gas stove. Lady, the owner very positive, although there is a language barrier. I recommend 👍

It's not even a one star hotel. But they changed as 4 star hotel. No water, no tea or coffee making facilities in the room. Single flat pillow. Two pillows should be there.

Great price/quality ratio - modern, clean, quiet. Room had a huge balcony. Great breakfast too - not just a typical Italian coffee/juice/croissant - there's omelet, vegetables, fruits.

All was good, though after a few days of staying we were missing towels change and cleaning. Maybe that could be as an option to add to people, after some amount of days when they stay to have cleaning. Otherwise the girl was super nice to us, she let us to check out later, we are very thankful for it :)

I love this B&B. The family is always so welcoming. I've stayed twice and I can recommend this as one of the best kept secrets in Pescara! The breakfast is always amazing and they've recently installed a brand new coffee machine.
