We have been here for nearly a week in a Junior suite. The staff, room, breakfast, gym and ambience have been excellent. Dinner not so good but plenty of nearby restaurants. I was competing in the European Athletic Championships in the 80 to 85 age group. Sleep obviously very important to me. Last night a function was booked immediately beneath our room. Facilities were adequate - nice pool area but blaring music and loud speaker noise along with trucks and traffic noise made it less than ideal

The swimming pool and grounds were fantastic. Rooms are modern, spacious and clean, with a very large modern TV with sky. Nice that they included a bidet aswell.

The hotel is really Nice and the people are kind but we stayed 3 days, and during 2 of them, there was a party near the swimming pool until 2 am with loud music, this was very annoying. On top of that, the cleaning ladies couldn't stop yelling near our room very early in the morning, every day... That's why I only give 3 stars because other than that it was perfect

The staff was very friendly and even served us breakfast at 4am on 2 days during our stay. The only weird thing there is the complicated light system designed by the architect who was supervising the transformation of the wine silo into the hotel it is now. But as said in the beginning, the staff's attitude is first class. And by the way, the hotel is clean, quiet and moderately priced.

For those seeking discretion and tranquility this is the ideal place to stay. Internal parking space, garden, terrace, room where you can have an Italian breakfast. The unpretentious room met our expectations. If we have the opportunity we will definitely return, also for the courtesy and availability of the owner. An apparently anonymous hotel that far exceeds expectations. Conveniently located for those traveling on the motorway, 2 km. from the Pescara Nord exit. Fairly spacious and bright room, ample parking, courteous staff. All pretty clean. Excellent for its proximity to the a14 motorway, the rooms would need to be modernized like the whole structure, the breakfast is plentiful and the staff very kind.

It met our expectations: adequate quality / price; we found the room always clean and tidy, comfortable beds, fully functional air conditioning, wi fi available. Kindness, hospitality and discretion on the part of all the staff. The lady of the breakfasts is very sweet.

Nice hotel, Moreno and his brother always available for everything. Anything you ask and they are ready to help you. Then the professional and very kind cleaning staff and breakfast. Then a strategic point between a huge supermarket nearby is Conad and nearby there is also a place to eat kebabs which is called "Rosso di sera". I'll be back for sure.

Clean and comfy. Our perfect stop over on the way to Puglia. Close to the motorway, just a few km away, with a few close restos to dine with quality food. I would recommend if you search an easy stay for one night.

Lovely place, a breathtaking view ... the owners kind and helpful .... very close to the highway, ideal for breaking the journey to the south. The road to get there is a bit raging, but it depends a lot on personal familiarity I think ... The rooms are tidy and clean ... the mattress is a bit too firm, but this is also very subjective ... in general very satisfied

Beautiful location. The room was also well laid out. Average breakfast with everything you could need. Friendly and helpful owners. The room is slightly damp, but then we are in the country .. good price. Good cleaning. Bed a little too firm for my taste. Recommended.

An absolutely recommended structure. Very well finished, equipped, and welcoming apartment. The room is spacious and warm thanks to the economic kitchen, the panorama is very suggestive. Arrived at our destination and was met by the owner. Greeted warmly and welcoming. We were supplied with drink and food as a welcome to their establishment. The property is well kept, cleaned and the garden has a swimming pool with lovely display of flowers and the scent of jasmine. I stayed in this B&B from Monday 27th to Friday 31st August. This property is surrounded by greenery. It has a patio outside where it is possible to have breakfast but also to devote oneself to healthy reading in peace. From here you can reach the center and the sea very quickly, even if by car. Excellent breakfast and clean rooms. Kind and friendly owner. Excellent value for money.

Hospitality, courtesy and good location. 5 minutes by car you can visit the medieval village of the city of San Angelo, 5 minutes in the opposite direction you can get to the beaches of Silvi. Recommended!

The campsite is located a few meters from the sea. We found a lot of availability, tranquility and courtesy on the part of all the campers present. This hotel recently reopened and the staff are very kind and willing to help out when we had issues in the bathroom (i.e. the faucet pressure was off). They clearly want to improve the state as the hotel was closed for a while. Otherwise, our stay was very pleasant and we really appreciated the kind staff.

It is a truly beautiful place. You eat very well. Every now and then we organize a family lunch or dinner, have a table of at least 20 people, and we always book here to be safe. In fact, you are divinely and eat very well. Tasty and abundant foods. The service is professional. All the staff are very attentive to guests' needs. The gardens are also suitable for taking beautiful souvenir photos. Recommended
