Excellent location 5 minutes from the sea and Montesilvano station. Ample free parking, excellent hospitality and abundant breakfast. There are also shopping centers nearby. Tastefully decorated rooms, we felt right at home. I recommend this B&B to all those who want to relax and have fun.... A strong hug.

It's really not okay. I upgraded to a room on the 7th floor and had to squat to take a shower.

Hotel is very old and simple but it has all essentials: good breakfast, grate beach for kids, proper AC.

We would like to say big thanks for the whole team! Our booking has a long story since Covid time, finally we got it from 20th to 27th June. The reception team is really friendly, the restaurant people are super helpful and fast. The breakfast is quick, lots of pastries, cakes, pies, muffins, croissants, jams like everywhere in Italy . Great hotel in a great, beach front location. The staff were very helpful and very professional. The breakfast was very good with a good selection of food to choose from. There are some good restaurants nearby offering nice Italian food at very reasonable prices.

Seaside hotel with daytime and evening entertainment. It has a swimming pool, which however remains somewhat in the shade. Beach bar with the option of an all-inclusive package including draft drinks, coffee and cappuccino. With excellent cuisine. Free parking is small, paid parking spaces are too narrow. There is a shopping center, ice cream parlor and evening market nearby.

The location was not nice and remote. In the middle of business buildings that gave me the feeling that you are not on vacation. We were there in the winter and everything looked as if we visiting a closed B&B. No coffee or tea in the room. No glasses. There were numerous things that we liked: 1) The pool was awesome - very large, deep at one end, shallow at the other. 2) The garden was very relaxing. 3) It was nice to be able to relax in the chairs outside of our room next to the pool after our arrival. 4) Parking was very handy 5) The staff were great 6) The architecture was very memorable.

The location was ok, the pool was nice, and the room was comfortable, but it smelled of stale smoke and was not as well appointed as most b & b accomodation we've stayed in, in the area. There were no cups or glasses, no bottled water, no dress mirror and no hairdryer. I had to spend two weeks in Montesilvano at Grand Hotel. The rooms were fine, clean and the view was very nice. Would like to thank the maids, the chefs and the staff of the restaurants in the hotel, for their great service. Please change the pillows, too hard. and add some salads and Macedonia to the menu.

Nice hotel right on the beach. The a/c didn’t work the best but we had a corner room with two balconies so we had a nice ocean breeze to help. Food was excellent and the wait staff was fabulous. The boardwalk offers lots of places to eat and things to do but we are most of our meals at the hotel since it was included. Close to the beach and excellent breakfast

Having heard about Pescara beautiful sea front, we decided to give it a try and choose your place. We arrived late at night without booking. Reception was really helpful but the room, despite its size, wasn't as good as the reception. We couldn't get to turn the air con on, we boiled the whole night. Because we thought that the hotel was going to provide bottled water, we didn't buy it...rookie mistake...

Lovely site, beautiful views and beaches

I was here as part of the conference hosted by Italian Ministries. My wife and I stayed here for 3 nights and everything was amazing. We loved the atmosphere and the staff was pleasant and helpful!
