Le Ali Del Frassino Mini-hotel

I highly recommend this amazing Resort for the stunning position, delicious food and the service, professional and promptly prepared to asaist you with dedication.
The 2 restaurants, il Tuffetto and the Ardea Purpurea serve excellent fish and meat dishes, fresh and high quality.
The environment is warm and welcoming, all surrounded by the lush nature and the lake.
If you are going to visit it please be respectful of the animals and the nature.
I really appreciate the the efforts and the patience of the entire stuff to manage some guest misbehave.

Great hotel, great food, great staff and I'm quite picky to be fair. Everything was perfectly clean and the pool was heaven for children but also for adults. Rooms good in size and amenities. Airconditioning impeccable.

Only thing that does not suit a hotel like this with the quality of all other things: people are leaving their towels on the sunbeds and leaving for half a day, leaving those who want to join the pool for an hour or two always without any beds close to the water where the children are playing. Mostly this is a comment for those who place these towels: be mature, you don't own a piece of the hotel by booking a room. For the hotel: please adjust your policy so this is simply not made possible. E.g. unattended towels to be removed after an hour or so. Otherwise you only serve a very small portion of pool guests.

Very nice place with good value for money. Great spa and wellness and 2 pools. Nice breakfast variety and service is great. Only thing that surprised us negatively was a very cold pool and the dinner portions was small.

We had our wedding here on 27-05-2025. We are from The Netherlands and all the contact about the wedding was via email. This went very good. In 2024 we had our first conversation with the manager, Aurelio. His enthusiasm was really good and he let us feel that everything was possible. Then all the email contact was quick and clear, everything we asked was possible. In the days before the wedding we spoke to Aurelio again and felt heard. Everything we wanted was getting arranged and they where really, really flexible. The location is beautiful, the food is like we never tasted and the service was so, so good. Such professional people and location with in particular Aurelio. There wasn’t a thing that we wanted to do different if we look back on it. Also the weather was not as we hoped but still Aurelio did all he could to make the day as beautiful as it was. And it was perfect. Very friendly staff, they also did everything to make it as comfortable as possible. We are very, very happy that we did our wedding here and could recommend it to everyone to do it here. Worth every bit.

Surrounded by vineyards and beside a small lake with wildfowl, idyllic location fairly isolated if you do not have your own transport. Wonderful views particularly from the restaurant which serves excellent food.

Beautiful hotel small portions of pasta for dinner more of a starter 3 bedroom has double bed and a child's fold up bed will not fit an adult

Perfect holiday, excellent hotel and facilities for couples or families. Very pretty and peaceful surroundings at and around the hotel.
You can really relax here. Amazing staff who were always happy and helpful.

Very nice resort, excellent location overlooking the lake, large and spacious rooms. Friendly restaurant and pool staff. Not satisfied with the reception service, which was hasty and incomplete. This is the only thing that should be improved.
