Overpriced for the level of service. I had a few issues during my stay and the hotel manager literally told me “sir, we don’t waste this much time with one guest”

Issues
Couples Massage was booked for 50 minutes (180euro) and they finished after 30 minutes. There proposal “book another massage and we will give you a reduced rate”

Restaurant, the staff don’t speak English and the level on reception is not to the standard you would expect for the 4/5 stars.

They don’t refill the water in the room

No mosquito nets, meaning you can’t open your windows.

Following this unhelpful discussion, the hotel charged my credit card a day before I even checked out. Given me no opportunity to query what has been billed from the restaurant on the first night.

Later that night the loud music from the wedding/event that was held at the hotel facilities, was pumping and could be heard from our room until just after midnight.

In summary, I’ve paid for first class experience and received what would be expected on a Spirit/ Ryanair flight. The hotel is at least 100 a night more than anything else in the area and it’s really not worth it.

A really good hotel. The location is beautiful and all in all this is okay. However, you have to expect much more for a 4 star S hotel. The room in which we were accommodated could only be reached through the balcony door. The balcony door is completely made of glass and anyone can look into the room at any time. This is of course a disaster for a 4 star S hotel.

The employees in the hotel also unfortunately do not greet at all. No smile on the face.

The breakfast is fine as far as it goes. Everything tastes very good. Unfortunately, there is no fish at all at the buffet there. Neither salmon nor anything else. This is also not worthy of a 4 star S hotel.

However, not a 4 star S hotel.
Unfortunately, you have to be that honest.
