Perfect holiday, excellent hotel and facilities for couples or families. Very pretty and peaceful surroundings at and around the hotel.

Amazing hotel, facilities and food. I really couldn't fault this place Amazing stay, so enjoyable and relaxing, I really could not recommend this place more. I will definitely be planning a return trip. 👏 Amazing

Very nice resort, excellent location overlooking the lake, large and spacious rooms. Friendly restaurant and pool staff. Not satisfied with the reception service, which was hasty and incomplete. This is the only thing that should be improved.

Overpriced for the level of service. I had a few issues during my stay and the hotel manager literally told me “sir, we don’t waste this much time with one guest”
Issues
Couples Massage was booked for 50 minutes (180euro) and they finished after 30 minutes. There proposal “book another massage and we will give you a reduced rate”
Restaurant, the staff don’t speak English and the level on reception is not to the standard you would expect for the 4/5 stars.
They don’t refill the water in the room
No mosquito nets, meaning you can’t open your windows.
Following this unhelpful discussion, the hotel charged my credit card a day before I even checked out. Given me no opportunity to query what has been billed from the restaurant on the first night.
Later that night the loud music from the wedding/event that was held at the hotel facilities, was pumping and could be heard from our room until just after midnight.
In summary, I’ve paid for first class experience and received what would be expected on a Spirit/ Ryanair flight. The hotel is at least 100 a night more than anything else in the area and it’s really not worth it.

Great location!
In summer season must be increadibly beautiful scenerio!

A really good hotel. The location is beautiful and all in all this is okay. However, you have to expect much more for a 4 star S hotel. The room in which we were accommodated could only be reached through the balcony door. The balcony door is completely made of glass and anyone can look into the room at any time. This is of course a disaster for a 4 star S hotel.
The employees in the hotel also unfortunately do not greet at all. No smile on the face.
The breakfast is fine as far as it goes. Everything tastes very good. Unfortunately, there is no fish at all at the buffet there. Neither salmon nor anything else. This is also not worthy of a 4 star S hotel.

Absolutely beautiful hotel located juste next to the lake. The views from the rooms are very nice. The restaurant offers great food and a very nice service! You have the choice between two swimming pools. One is reserved for adults which is perfect if you are looking for some rest

We had a lovely 6 night stay at the Hotel with our 21 month old son.
(+) the hotel is clean and has a super nice design
(+) The view over the small lake is stunning!
(+) The staff is friendly and always very helpful. Also a BIG THANK YOU to the kitchen! Our son had problems eating pasta, so they went out of their way to cook Risotto for him. ALMOST EVERY DAY! I am super thankful for their flexibility! Also did they order bananas for our son for the breakfast.
(+) they always helped us order taxis, even when we called from another city (Verona)
(+) The location is quiet and outside of all the tourist noise
(+) the pools are perfect for small kids as they get slowly deeper. Our son LOVED it!
( - ) it‘s hard to get anywhere without a car. So we ended up ordering taxis a lot. BUT that‘s what one pays as a price for the quiet location ;)
( - ) The restaurant was rather pricey and there was no other restaurant close
( - ) Had to buy pricey water every day as no water bottles were included in the room price
To conclude: we‘d love to go there again, but next time we‘ll definitely head there by car and not by train ;)

This is really a great place, looking for a place to relax then go here. Just a couple of miles from the roaring Lago di Garda, in the middle of wineries. The facilities are super, rooms are spacious and good. The staff is visible when you need them and are always at 100% service. Restaurant does have a great view and the food is more then fine, good selection of local wines. In short. We enjoyed staying there for the week and might get back there again. Little challenge.... guests which are claiming a sunbed at the pool. Dropping towels at 8 am and showing up at 4PM, very weird
