Loved this hotel. Felt grand & opulent. Great rooms with big bathroom. Breakfast room was just beautiful & amazing selection of food. Staff are very kind & helpful.

The bad reviews were on point sadly. I couldn’t help feeling I was in a Stephen King novel. Wait staff at lunch were great but front desk really needs training. Didn’t even ask how our stay was when we left. Bartender very unhappy. And what is up with that couch in the main lobby facing check in with the big green stain? Just get rid of it there are lots of couches.

This Hotel is 2 max 3 star Hotel... Everything is sooo old, rooms has never been refurbished since it was built in 1990. We stayed in superior room and it was soo disappointing... aircon is disaster, no proper vents in bathroom so free sauna after the shower also walls are so thin you can hear other people talking 🤦♂️ and the worst part is the dust! OMG after night everything is covered with huge layer of dust and believe me I am not exaggerating. Now going to breakfast... very poor quality food and everything dry or cold... I've seen one comment before we went to this Hotel, it says: "reception looks good and thats where it stops" now after our stay totally agree with it. So if your standards are 2-3 star hotel for that price then you'll be grand... otherwise avoid. Hope that helps. Safe travelling folks.

Rooms: the bed is quite small compared to the standard double bed in any other hotel. Plus: the bathroom has a horrible noise ALL night.
Service: compared to other hotels, the employees here were not nice.
Location: is nearby the train station.
Overall, I didn’t like my experience in this hotel.

Everything is incredibly old and crusty, we had no cold water but they fixed it later. The girl on the desk was nice. Breakfasts are just disgusting, guys, do something with them. Scramble is mushy and overall just not tasty at all, bacon is dry and tastes like paper, sausages taste like nothing, and everything is cold. Cappuccino that I made in the coffee machine was undrinkable, felt like milk/cream is old or just really cheap. Horrible way to start a day. I actually wanted to vomit after this breakfast.

They will left your luggage at the front entrance. Nobody want to take care of it. We already told front desk carefully save our luggage. They do nothing on it. This hotel stuff not care about customer feeling. I don’t think they are not deserve for 4 star rewards. And also I am so disappointed for their attitude.

Some traditional rooms - very impressive and other more modern - beautiful rooms. Ideal location located out of the main busyness.
Mystery solved - regarding issue of warm rooms - it is not the hotel's fault but due to local legislation controlling the use and availability of air conditioning. Not allowed / turned on until summer months .

Classic but nice hotel 20m from the city center. Staff were nice and attentive. Quiet area to work and good WiFi. Noticeable smoke smell in the room in a non smoking floor. Overall good experience.
