Hotel Alpina in Pinzolo

We have just returned from a week in Pinzolo staying at the hotel Alpina. The room was clean with a large shower and very comfortable bed. The rooms are cleaned daily . Breakfast was plentiful with a good choice. Evening meal had a large food bar containing lots of various things to eat, very tasty. A choice of starter and main course. ( would have liked a vegetarian option for dinner) however, I am sure if I had asked they would have given me something different. I didn’t bother as the salad bar was so plentiful. Lovely desert. We never went hungry . The staff are lovely. Very attentive. We decided to have a locker at the gondola. There were ski buses nearby to the hotel , we didn’t need to use them as we left our skis in the lockers. It was only a 10 minute walk so no hassle at all. Pinzolo is a nice town. Smallish but several shops and restaurants. Unfortunately I managed to break my wrist on the second day of our holiday. I think the ladies name was Cathy. The owner. She was absolutely fantastic. She sorted a taxi for my husband to come to the hospital and then again for the return journey. The following day we had to return to the hospital. She sorted out the bus timetable for us. Nothing seemed to be a problem. The whole family were lovely.

I have not actually stayed at this hotel but received amazing customer service from Collini family members to help sort out a booking made by mistake via a major international booking agency This demonstrated concern and willingness to assist even though I was not a hotel client was gratifying and made me feel confident that this family run hotel would always put customer service as a top priority Thank you

Nice small family hotel where you feel very welcome. There is a really good service and the staff/family do everything to make it a pleasant stay. A recommended place to spend your winter holidays. Lovely hotel rooms and lounges, where you can spend your evenings.

This was one of our best vacation ever! Hotel Alpina is a small, family run hotel in the very center of Pinzolo, right in front of the town's main square. Even though the hotel faces the main street, it's very quiet and comfortable. We stayed in a triple room (#304), which, though relatively small, had everything we needed with plenty of closet space and very comfy beds. The bathroom was not fancy, but everything worked perfectly. The hotel has also a nice common area on the first floor which was great to do family games and to But the highlight of our stay was the staff, professional and extremely friendly at the same time. I highly recommend booking a "mezza pensione" because the restaurant and breakfast are really, really good. If we go back to Pinzolo, we will definitely stay again at Hotel Alpina!

Great choice! The family hotel is in the center of the town. Pleasant homely hotel, friendly and helpful hosts, nice rooms, good food. The hosts really try to make the guest feel good, everyone is smiling and helpful. In short: WE RECOMMEND!

Myself and my wife stayed here for a weeks skiing at the beginning of March. The hotel is family run and from the minute we arrived to the time we left the service was exceptional. The family are so helpful and friendly and I believe absolutely nothing would have been too much trouble if we asked. The food in the hotel is excellent. We were half board and ate in the hotel every night except one. The course choices were good and every meal was very well presented and very tasty. The hotel itself is a great location. The hotel is a traditional alpine style hotel. The rooms were extremely clean and spacious enough. Bed was extremely comfy and made me think I need a new mattress at home. On the last full day my wife took unwell due to a skiing injury the day before and had to go to the hospital. The hotel went above and beyond to be helpful with little things from phoning the doctor for us and keeping food for us beyond the meal times, phoning us later on to see we were alright and providing food on a tray to take to my wife as she was unable to eat downstairs in the restaurant. We cannot thank the hotel and the staff enough for the fantastic stay we had and we would definitely recommend for anyone to stay here and we will be back.

Great family run hotel with clean, comfortabel rooms, good kitchen, and friendly staff.

We stayed in this hotel and I have to say we had a great time ... beautiful room with balcony .... good food with various choices. Excellent cleanliness, the staff is the family that runs it, nice people and attentive to their guests. We will definitely be back.

Located in Pinzolo, in the perfect center. Very clean hotel and very well kept by the very kind owners, the Collini family. Extremely nice and helpful owners and staff who go out of their way to make your stay perfect. Excellent cuisine and impeccable cleaning. There is also the possibility of parking in a private garage, a few steps from the hotel. Excellent structure.
