We stayed at this property last July.
The friendliness and availability of the staff makes the big difference for this structure, kindness, courtesy and availability are the flagship of the Ferrari!
Excellent and rich breakfast is served in a large and comfortable room with a sweet and savory buffet and bar service.
The clean and welcoming rooms all with private bathroom.
Location in excellent position.

Excellent hotel near the center of Pinzolo and the park with adjoining sports centre. Clean rooms, excellent service with Silvia and her collaborators, more than good breakfast. For two years he has been showing meta

A special note deserves Silvia, an extremely kind and patient person, prepared for everything and smiling. The room could be improved, the windows did not close perfectly, during our stay the temperature remained high and we were not cold but I imagine that in the middle of winter it could be a problem. The breakfast has a very good variety of excellent quality products, many of which are HAND-MADE. We will certainly return. See you soon

My whole family was very satisfied because of really helpful and nice host- Silvia. Hotel is in the great location.

Once we get to the room we find hair on the bed. Apparently clean freshly opened towels were dirty and stained black. Bathroom quite ugly. Poor breakfast.

A pleasant stay in an exquisite family-run context.
Silvia was very kind to our family.
Our room was large enough for all of us (2 adults and two children) with plenty of space for sports equipment.
We really enjoyed the cakes prepared by them!

Very comfortable stay, fantastic breakfast. Silvia is a fantastic host, fantastic person and the job she does is incredible. I would strongly recommend this hotel if you are looking to stay in Pinzolo.

I stayed as a couple for 3 days in September.
It is not a luxury or design hotel, but unlike many, nothing is missing. Equipped both in the bedroom and in the bathroom with countless hangers, space to store everything, safe, small but perfectly functional shower with immediate hot water, television with access to all channels (very often in Trentino in the various hotels you can count them on the fingers of one hand) , parking right under the hotel, excellent cleanliness and varied and abundant breakfast with homemade products and above all very kind and helpful staff.

We stayed in this hotel for a weekend and plan to return soon. We found a comfortable room (we have never slept so well in a hotel. The mattress is top🔝), a very welcoming environment and a breakfast full of delicious products, both sweet and savory. The location is very convenient. It is close to the center but also to the park and the paths that lead to magical places. Silvia then knows how to advise you best. It is possible to book a packed lunch the day before and this is also an excellent service. There is free parking and you can also bring pets. Our dog also had a great time. I highly recommend it

Excellent location in a quiet area and 2 steps from the center (5 min walk).
Abundant and varied buffet breakfast, but it is possible to make requests such as scrambled eggs, pancakes or anything else.
Kind and attentive staff, clean and comfortable rooms.
Dogs are welcome and this is a very positive point for the structure.
